METHODOLOGY

Sample and Procedures:


We collect data from Textile sector. For that purpose we visit different textile organizations, like Klash dyeing
and finishing Pvt (Ltd) ,Aftab textile Pvt (Ltd), Ruby international, Maki textile Pvt (Ltd), Interloop Pvt (Ltd),
Star textile Pvt (Ltd) and collect appropriate data. Questionnaire comprise at one page front and back sides.
We classify workers into four categories top management, middle management, First level supervisor and non
managerial. Questionnaire consists of four sections which contain Organizational environment, Job Rewards,
Training, and Workers Motivation. Samples of 85 respondents were taken.
The sample is few short due to shortage of time. The data is primary data because we collect itself directly from
workers of different organizations. In sample males were 82.1% and females were 17.9% in which 46.5%
respondents were single and 53.6% were married. Elementary/High school 25%, College degree 32.1%
Graduates are 36.9% while others are 6% according to their education. Including 10.7% top management,
40.5% middle management, 16.7% first level management and 32.1% non-managerial. With respect to their
ages 39.3% respondents are 18-25 years, 20.2% respondents are 26-30 years, 17.9% respondents are 31-35,
10.7% respondents are 36-40 years, 7.1% respondents are 41-45 years, 3.6% respondents are 46-50 years and
1.2% respondents are above from 50 years.

Measurement:
All the scales used to measure the constructs in this study were derived from instruments designed for previous
studies in which their reliability and validity were checked and reported. Our overall cronkbach alpha is 0.785.

Organizational Environment
Organizational environment is defined as the environment given to the workers of the organization to perform
their jobs effectively. The basic purpose of good environment is to increase the workers motivation level, so
that they work with the best interest of the organization. The cronbach alpha is 0.652.

Job Rewards
Rewards associated with the work context were included in the analysis. The items used to measure these
factors were drawn from several widely used scales reported in Robinson et al (1969) and Clifford (1985). The
items of these scales were modified accordingly to present stage, due to our societal changes. Clifford (1985)
reliability by cronbachs alpha which yielded reliability coefficient of 0.726 for the scale. Organizational
rewards and social rewards, degree of agreement varies from 1 5, representing 1 for strongly agree to 5 for
strongly disagree and accordingly in between.
Training
The purpose of the training is to tell the workers about new innovations and new ideas regarding organizational
environment or performance or introduction of a new technology, so that done in effective and efficient
manners. Our cronbach alpha for training is 0.701.

Workers Motivation
Workers motivation is work as back bone for increasing the production level and to increase the workers
energy level. The purpose of workers motivation is to increase the level of satisfaction. In this way, the rate of
turn-over and absenteeism can be controlled or its intensity decreases. Our cronbach alpha yielded to 0.373.
