Projects sponsors and the Congestion Management Agencies (CMAs) are responsible for the information presented in the checklists. Questions
about specific projects should be directed to the projects sponsor and the CMA.
From MTC Resolution 3765:
"CMAs will review completed project checklists and will make them available through their websites, and to their countywide Bicycle/Pedestrian
Advisory Committees (BPACs) for review and input to ensure that routine accommodation is considered at the earliest stages of project
development. The checklist outlined in Recommendation 7 should be the basis of this discussion prior to projects entering the TIP."
