Questionnaire

This questionnaire has been prepared to gather information about the usage
experience of GPS In-car Navigation devices. The participation into questionnaire
is based on volunteering. Hereby, please keep your identity hidden. All collected
data will be used in the research study of "Effects of In-Car GPS Navigation
Systems on User Perception within the Environment based on Technology
Aptitude" by Ali Pakkan, Gebze Yuksek Teknoloji Enstitusu.

The questionnaire contains of three parts. While the first part queries the user
basic information, second part includes the questions about usage experience
with GPS in-car navigation systems. And the third part measures the technology
aptitude of the user.
