The Michael Omidi Family have joined 200 families to surpass $8.7 million for
Temple Emanuel
Michael Omidi MD, Julian Omidi, and Cindy Omidi have joined the 200 families whose
donations have surpassed $8.7 million to support Temple Emanuel. The Omidi brothers felt the
urgency to help such a wonderful organization and push them one step closer to reaching their
goal of $9.5 million.
Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills was established to help those in the Jewish community truly
live and practice their faith. Since they began in 1937, Temple Emanuel has sought to strengthen
the Jewish community and help its congregants make sense of the world around them. The
organization seeks to enlighten those of the Jewish faith to the number of paths they can follow.
At the same time Temple Emanuel encourages Jewish learning, Jewish culture, compelling
worship, social justice, community, and spirituality.

Through the avenues Temple Emanuel offers there are many ways to give back to the
community. You can provide a charitable donation through the General Fund, which will help in
all of Temple Emanuels efforts, or you can request the donation goes to a specific project. Some
of the programs currently accepting donations include the Shabbat Unplugged and Shabbat
BYachad program which helps provide a musical method for worship. Should you choose to
donate such as the Omidi Brothers have you can become a full member of the synagogue through
the Pillar Program method of donation. This program enables Temple Emanuel to fund many of
its important services and programs.
Both Dr. Michael Omidi and Julian Omidi felt that it was time to give back to the Jewish
Community and decided to donate to the genuine organization which is Temple Emanuel.

Julian Omidi Discusses Michael Omidi Surgical Mission to Philippines

Julian Omidi shares a letter from his brother Michael Omidi regarding his recent Surgical
Mission to the Philippines. Julian Omidi co-sponsored the mission through No More Poverty.
My brother Michael Omidi recently embarked on a surgical mission to the Philippines cosponsored by our non-profit organization No More Poverty, Charitable Enowment Support, and
the local government of the Bulacan province. This trip not only helped to improve the quality of
life for those residing in the area, but also provided much needed medical care for citizens who
would have otherwise never received proper care.
