The following items were discussed at the Construction Site Meeting #6 for the contract for the anaerobic
treatment of septage/corn stover and biosolids to produce biogas, lectrical power and treated biosolids
for the Township of Georgian Bluffs and the Township of Chatsworth:

Action Bv:
The Minutes from Construction Site Meeting #S were reviewed and the
following comments were provided in reference to the items in the
Minutes.

The CofA amendment concerning receiving other waste products,

has been issued generalizing what additional waste products will be
allowed to be received. A copy of the revised CofA is to be provided

to CHFour.

The revised application package for the Air & Noise Approval was
submitted to the Ministry of Environment on July 21 , ZO1O. To date,
no Air & Noise C of A has been receved.

Payment Certificate #5 has been received by Maple.

Leakage Test Acceptance Reports for each of the digester, FOG

Tank and hydrolizer are to be provided to CHFour and Maple.

Waste from "Planet Earth" will be provded up to January, 2011,

however a final agreement has not be signed to date.

The cooling bed installation has been completed

formal letter has been submitted by Maple to GENIVAR

a request for extension to September 16, 2010 for

be submitted by Maple to GENIVAR concerning an extenson to
September 30, 2010.

The Project Team was informed that the opening ceremony for the
biogas project would be sometime in October, 2010. The otficial
date would be provided at a later date.

Backfilling of the digestate storage tank is complete.

It was noted by CHFour that the hydrolizer would be able to receive

sludge on September 17,2010 at the earliest to be directed into the
digester.

There was discussion that the blower building power requirements

could be met with the use of a smallgenerator operaling the blowers
during the daytime and olf at night, with lhe spray inigation system.
A request to Hydro One would be made for a disconnect from the

bower building.
Revised MCC component layout drawings were provided by CHFour

to

GENIVAR showing how the equipment locations would be

modified within the MCC Room and where equipment can be located
outside of the Control Building. GENVAR is to review and provde
comment to CHFour.

ESA is still reviewing CHFou/s submittal.

Mr. Rick Winters stated that the municipal operator would be Mr.
Troy Unruh.

A change order for the series to parallel metering change is to be

provided by GENIVAR.

A letter from Bahler concerning the concrete strength issue is going

to be submitted to Miller Group. GENIVAR has requested that a
copy of this letter be sent to them as well.

l. There was discussion concerning progress of

construction on-site.
Maple was confident that the remainng construction was proceeding to
be complete be the end of September,2010.

There was discussion concerning the Ontario Sales Tax after July 2,
2010. Money has been held back in the interim (starting at Payment
Certificate #6) until the finalized value for recovery of the embedded
retailsales tax is calculated and submitted by Maple.
Request for Payment Cerlificate #6 was submitted to the Municipality of
Georgian Bluffs on September 10, 2010.

It was noted by CHFour that the computer specifications provided in the

contract documents were obsolete. An up-to-date computer will be
provided.

5. Hydro One noted that motors > 10 HP must not be started

simullaneously.

6. Hydro one noted that the Protection Phitosophy proposal to mitigate the
requirement for transfer trip has not been provided. GENIVAR
commented that s in the process of being completed.

7. Hydro One noted that the site ESA approvatis

to be submitted to Mr.
Paranuik, Hydro One and Ms. Jackie Bradley, Hydro One (FBC) once
completed. Mr. Paranuik noted that S working days would be required
once the ESA approval is received to schedule the transformer install
and load connection.

The COVER document submission was discussed. The COVER

document is not complete to date.

9.

lt was noted that Account setup and connection Authorization s subject

to allother Hydro One requirements being met.

10. lt was noted by Hydro One that a Draft DCA document would be ready
by September 17,2O10.

11. The meeting adjourned at 1 1:30 a,m.
