project office on a weekly basis to
minimize future conflicts
2. CRITICAL PATH ITEMS
2.1. NYSEG Electric: HH at Aurora St installed;
Coordinate with PCG for electric panel
installation; Signal project work to be
coordinated; Relocation of electric in 156
N areaway
2.2. TTC Telecom: F.O. switch over scheduled
prior to 06/15
2.3. TTC Alley Storm: LaBella to issue FD;
Areaway at #156 to be abandoned
2.4. 119 E State Vault Infill: Scheduled to be
backfilled (06/19?)
2.5. Pavilion / Gateway Footings: Review
