RFI 29 ACP to coordinate with granite
supplier to meet EX6 light location; LZ to
ask Dennis (electrician) if sheath cable is
needed; BB to review submittal 87 on
bench blocks; Vacri/ACP is to coordinate
with granite supplier on location of
conduit for west seatwall lights; Vacri is
to send revised location of pavilion
electrical receptacle to steel fabricator;
DW to locate hole in base plate for EX9
and EX2 light conduits; SR to review if a
separate submittal is needed for each
gateway structure; Location of RPZ in

3.2. Gateways: @Aurora: Vacri to dig test pit
this week to verify if pier is in conflict
with vault wall at 224 E State; @Cayuga:
Verizon to schedule crew to relocate DB;
schedule for helical pile installation?
3.3. Vacri (Bank Alley): Sasaki issued 18 curb
detail; Start pouring ribbon footers
3.4. NYSEG Gas: schedule to complete 4
services and purge mains?; punchlist:
remove surplus fill on State St, finish
paving at Cayuga/Aurora, adjust gas valve
boxes throughout, cut out main at Trolley
Circle CB 1.A, cut out mains at light pole

3.5. Pavilion Lighting: Vacri to advise on
additional costs to add HHs, delivery date
for steel
4. M&PTP: MAINTENANCE & PROTECTION

4.1. Site Maintenance: NYSEG to remove
surplus fill to re-establish site to subgrade; All trash and debris must be
removed on a weekly basis
