0 OPERATIONAL PLAN
4.1 Introduction
Operational planning is important in a business because through it, the qualities and
quantities of our product will be determined. The main objective of our operational
plan is to fulfil the demand of our target market. Moreover, operation plan is also vital
to ensure us that our business will be able to produce our product in quantities that
are required, capable of meeting the customers need and meet the specification of
our product. Thus, it is safe to say that operational plan is important in determining
our product quality. Since Premium Halal Meat Sdn. Bhd. is new in the business and
having the prospect of facing established competitors, we believe that were strong
enough to survive and succeed in this business.
Site selection for easy access by road and train for transport need.
Meat service
Receive call from the customers and ask about type of meat and
amount of their order.
Available
Tell the customer when the meat will be delivered. (According to the
schedule).
Note down the order from the customer in the log book.
Good condition
Package the meat and load the package into the truck.

The working hour per day is 8 hours without adding rest period. The hourly
production rate is 75 kg. The working period is 6 day per a week. There are 2
operations in a day which is operation 1 and operation 2.
