FURTHER FLYING BLUE INFORMATION ON TV


SCREENS, MONITORS AND/OR DISPLAYS AT THE
AIRPORT CHECK-IN AREAS
In accordance with the Air Europa integration program into
the SkyTeam Alliance, all passengers holding Flying Blue
Elite (Silver) cards or Flying Blue Elite Plus (Gold and
Platinum) cards will be allowed to check in at the
Business Class check in counters from the 15th June
2007, even if they travel on Tourist Class. Even though Air
Europa shall offer this service on international flights only,
the rule will apply on all flights, either domestic or
international.
With effect from the 15th June 2007, the message FLYING
BLUE ELITE FLYING BLUE ELITE PLUS shall appear
on the TV screens, monitors and/or displays placed on top
of the Business Class check in counters. This will be the
way to announce Elite and Elite + passengers which are
the check in counters they may use if so desire.
Check-in Supervisors/Managers shall pay special attention
to Business Class passengers booking in order to organize
the use of an additional counter to avoid congestion at the
Business Class counters in case of heavy load of Business
Class passengers.
From their side, the Economy Class check-in personnel shall
pay attention to Elite and Elite + checking in on Tourist
Class counters if those counters are not as busy as the
Business Class counters.

In case of Elite and Elite + passengers trying to check in


at the Tourist Class counters, the assisting personnel shall
ask them if they have already gone to the Business Class
counters.
If the answer is affirmative, it shall be understood that the
passengers have been resent to the Tourist Class
counters due to congestion at the Business Class
counters and they will be assisted with the maximum
efficiency.
If the answer is negative, these passengers shall be
offered the chance to check in at the counter where they
are, even if it is a Tourist Class counter; however the
passengers shall be informed they can check in at the
Business Class counters if they desire so.

With effect from the 15th June 2007, Elite and Elite +
passengers may check in at the Business Class counters if
they desire so. This service is offered to improve quality and
speed. Under no circumstances Elite or Elite +
passengers shall be denied the chance to check in at the
counter they are being assisted nor will be forced to move
unnecessary from counter to counter.
Please find enclosed the right logos to be used on TV
screens, monitors and/or displays at the airport relevant
areas.
