Neeltra factory for cement products and concrete pipes and accessories
is a Sudanese registered factory founded in 2010. To fill the void in large
diameter pipes in Sudan so our country development will continue growing.
Using its highly educational and expertise staff (engineers, business
consultants and government links) Neeltra is willing to provide you with
outstanding services and high quality products in rain sewers construction,
sanitary sewers, water pipes, irrigation and others.

The company established its work in order to fulfill the shortage of
experience in Sudan. In order to complete long life projects which cost less in
the long terms and to keep our level of quality and production in high
standards, the company use advanced quality control programs.
Neeltra is always searching for new technology to keep up it level not
only with the local companies but also to stay competitor to the global market.

To achieve our goals in providing our clients with high quality services
and products our staff have been well trained by group of Italian engineers
and technicians for 880 hours. The staff is well trained to operate the
machines, maintain the machines and the methods to produce high quality
concrete pipes.

8 km pipes in one month. Which made it the leading factory in concrete pipes
production in Sudan.

Technical specification for our products:

Neeltra factory is equipped with wide range machines producing concrete
pipes with different diameter from 30 cm up to 3.5 meters. In the present
Neeltra has four molds producing pipes with diameter 40 centimeter, 90
centimeter, 1.2 meters and 1.5 meters.

NEELTRA factory production line contains 3 main machines:
Concrete mixing plant:
The mixing plant prepares the concrete for the pipes.
Capacity: 60 cubic meters in one hour.

Cement silo: capacity 60 Ton
Water tank: Capacity 47000 liter water

Cage machine:
The cage machine prepares the steel for reinforcing the pipes. The cage machine has the
capability to make 300 welding point in one minute.

Vibrotube:
The machine cast the pipes. It produces pipes with different diameters
form 30 cm to 350 cm depending on the molds. It also produces different
types of precast concrete products.

Overhead crane:
To make handling more effective inside the factory a 30 ton over head
crane comes very handy. It is use for moving pipes, molds and maintenance.

NEELTRA is fully equipped with the tools necessary for construction
purposes and pipes erection together with a list of qualified suppliers and subcontractors who carried out some task to accelerate the work. Such
