Update CEMAT V7.1 SP1 from PCS7 V7.1 SP3 to PCS7

V8.0
You have a CEMAT V7.1 SP1 Project, - based on PCS7 V7.1 SP3-, and want to upgrade this
to PCS7 V8.0.
The CEMAT Update is confined to the Installation of a Hotfix which does not contain any new
function, only necessary adaptations for PCS7 V8.0 were made.
The following description explains all necessary steps for the update.
Requirements
Before the installation of PCS7 V8.0, please check the requirements for the operating system
of your PC. The installation of the operating system and PCS7 is explained in the PCS7
manuals and in the readme and therefore not part of this description.
Caution: The update to PCS7 V8.0 with CEMAT V7.1 SP1 requires a complete reloading of
the PLC and consequently cannot be carried out while the plant is running.
Follow the Manual "PCS7 Software Update with utilization of the new functions" from the
PCS7 V8.0 Documentation, especially chapter 7.2 "General Adaptations". The following
description refers to this manual.
Please also pay attention to the hints for the OS-Migration in chapter 7.2.2. The Server
Projects have to be migrated on the Server-PCs directly in order to maintain the runtime data
(curves and messages)
Install CEMAT V7.1 SP1 HF before you upgrade you project. If you have OS projects with
migrated S5 PLCs (CEMAT V2, V3, V4), you have to install all parts for the S5 migration on
your PC.

Save Modifications
Save your project data. Beside the Multi Project this comprises all settings which you have
carried out in the CEMAT_CS Directory, as well as modifications in the block library ILS_CEM
or PRO_CEM.

Archive the Multi Project with the SIMATIC Manager
Export the Data of the User Archive C_INFO if you want to continue to use it after the
upgrade.
You can copy the modifications under CEMAT_CS (Config, Multimedia, Sounds) to a
backup-directory.
Caution: Never save directory CEMAT_CS/BIN!!!
The files from the BIN directory are entered in the registry and must never be moved or
deleted.
Update Information
Modified/new functions
The modified/new functions are listed in file liesmich_V71_Hotfix.pdf from the CEMAT Hotfix
zip file.
Installation of CEMAT V7.1 SP1 Hotfix

Cemat is already installed in directory 'D:\CEMAT_CS'
The information about the installed CEMAT Version you find in file:
d:\CEMAT_CS\Config\Version.cfg
Keys for projekt standards
000 = CEMAT
004 = Holcim

The following actions have to be taken on all CEMAT Stations

1. Reboot all PCs
2. Copy zip File "Hotfix_V71_yymmdd.exe" to D:\CEMAT_CS\HOTFIX\
(exactly to this place; not into a different folder or subfolder

3. Start CematHotfixUpdate.exe (Additional information is given with button "Help").
4. Select Project standard (1) and Screen resolution (2)

5. Select Hotfix file then press button " Extract Zip File" (3)
(The Zip File Hotfix_V71_ yymmdd.exe gets retrieved in sub folder CEMAT_CS\HOTFIX)
6. Press button "Update Cemat" (4).

A DOS Box will be opened in order to install the CEMAT Controls (for this reason the
computers must have been rebooted before).
Caution: For Windows7 64Bit Systems you additionally have to run the following Registry
batch manually as Administrator (right mouse click -> Run as Administrator):
D:\CEMAT_CS\HOTFIX\Hotfix_V71SP1...\CEMAT_Register\CEMAT_Installer_Windows7.cmd
After this the CEMAT_CS is actualized with the Hotfix and the CEMAT Controls are installed.

Update Information
The next actions concern the PCS7 project and must only be executed on the CEMAT
CEMAT Engineering Station.
Update of the block libraries

Please refer to the chapter 7 of the manual "PCS 7 - Software Update with utilization of the
new functions.
New PCS7 Library

With the installation of PCS7 V8.0 new block library were installed:
- PCS7 Basic Library V80
- PCS7 AP Library V80.
There is no PCS7 Library V80!!!!!!!!
If you don't want to upgrade completely to V8.0, but continue to use the blocks of the PCS7
Basic Library and PCS7 Library V7.1, you first have to install the latest version of the V7.1
library from the PCS7 V8.0 DVD under "Additional Products".
The new PCS7 Library V7.1 SP3 contains 2 versions of Channel driver blocks (z. B. CH_AI),
each of them with version number V6.0 and V7.0.
The channel driver blocks of V7.1 have version number V6.0.
The channel driver blocks of V8.0 have version number V7.0.
A mix of channel driver block with different version numbers is not permitted!!!

CEMAT Libraries
After the installation of CEMAT V7.1 SP1 the CEMAT library ILS_CEM is installed in directory
C:\Programme\SIEMENS\STEP7\S7libs.
This library contains the CEMAT Symbols, Blocks and the System chart.
The CEMAT V7.1 SP1 Hotfix for PCS7 V8 probably contains modifications for these blocks.
For this reason the block library ILS_CEM must be actualized with the blocks from the Hotfix.
The Symbol list and the System chart have not been changed from CEMAT V7.1 SP1.
Using a Project standard the additional library PRO_CEM has been installed in directory
C:\Programme\SIEMENS\STEP7\S7libs. This library contains all the blocks which differ from
the Normal Standard 000.
The CEMAT V7.1 SP1 Hotfix for PCS7 V8 probably also contains modifications for project
specific blocks. For this reason the block library PRO_CEM must be actualized with the
blocks from the Hotfix as well.
The Hotfix has one subfolder per Project Standard, containing archived libraries with the
name udate.zip. Each library contains only the blocks which have been modified for the
specific project version.

Actualization of Library ILS_CEM

For the update of library ILS_CEM please proceed as follows:
1. Use the SIMATIC Manager in order to retrieve library update.zip from folder
D:\CEMAT_CS\HOTFIX\Hotfix_V71SP1...\000_Normal_Standard\AS into the same
folder.
2. Open the library C:...\Siemens\Step7\S7libs\ILS_CEM

3. Transfer all blocks from library "Update" under "000_Normal_Standard" into library
ILS_CEM, S7 Program container CEM_ALL and TYPICALS.
4. Open for both S7 Program containers the CFC editor by opening any chart.
5. You must now use Options -> Block Types to update all blocks of the chart folder with
"New Version". With this step the CFC Data Structures are updated to the format of V8.0.
Actualization of Library PRO_CEM (only for Project Code > 000):

For the update of library PRO_CEM please proceed as follows:
6. Use the SIMATIC Manager in order to retrieve library update.zip from the folder of the
project standard, e. g. "004_Holcim into the same folder.
7. Open the library C:...\Siemens\Step7\S7libs\PRO_CEM
8. Transfer all blocks from library "Update", e. g. under "004_Holcim" into library PRO_CEM.

Update of the S7-Program

Blocks
Actualize the project library (master library) first:
1. Copy the S7 program from library "Update" under "000_Normal_Standard" into the block
folder of your project library (overwrite = yes).
In case of a project standard, open the library PRO_CEM and transfer all blocks into your
project library (overwrite = yes).
Caution: It is not sufficient to copy only the blocks from the "Update" library in to your
project library!
2. The project library must not contain blocks with Author ES_MAP. If you find those blocks
you have to delete them.
3. Double-check if there are other blocks in your block folder which have to be updated as
well.
These are e. g. the blocks with Author BAISIS71, TECHN71, DRIVER71, CHN71.
Upgrade these blocks to the current version by copying the blocks from the new PCS7
libraries.

Die mitgelieferten Treiberbausteine aus der Cemat Bibliothek ILS_CEM verwendet die
Treiberbausteine fr PCS7 V7.1 = Versionsnummer V6.0. Bentigen Sie die
Treiberbausteine fr PCS7 V8.0, dann verwenden Sie ausschlielich die
Treiberbausteine mit der Versionsnummer V7.0. Ein Mischbetrieb der Treiberbausteine
(Versionsnummer V6.0 / V7.0) ist nicht zulssig.
Caution: In some projects AS300 blocks are wrongly used (Autor ELEM_300). Please
use only blocks with ELEM_400. ELEM_300 blocks, used in an AS400, could cause
sporadic faults.
4. If the system attributes or the message configuration has been changed in the standard
blocks for your project, these modifications have to be carried out in the block folder after
the upgrade again.
Carry out the adaptations in the system attributes or in the message configuration already
in the project library.
5. Open the CFC editor by opening any chart.
6. You must now use Options -> Block Types to update all blocks of the chart folder with
"New Version". With this step the CFC Data Structures are updated to the format of V8.0.

Update Information
After actualizing the project library (master library) you have to upgrade your AS.
Carry out the following Steps for each AS:
1. Copy all blocks from the project library into the program folder of your AS (overwrite =
yes). After this all CEMAT blocks should be actualized.
2. If your project library is maintained well, there should be no additional "old" blocks in the
block folders of the AS. Check the block list, if all PCS7 blocks with family code BASISxx,
TECHNxx, CHNxx and DRIVERxx have the actual version.
3. Open the CFC editor by opening any chart.
4. In order to update the chart folder use Options -> Block Types, select all blocks in the
chart folder (right window) and press "New Version".
5. Compile the CFC
6. After the actualization of the blocks a complete download to the AS is required.

Update of the OS-Projects

OS-Migration
Again refer to the OS-Migration in the Manual "PCS 7 - Software Update with utilization of
the new functions".
Maybe you have to migrate all OS Projects in your MultiProject. This is carried out under::
Start SIMATIC WinCC Tools Project Migrator.
CEMAT Update
After the CEMAT installation, the D:\CEMAT_CS\WinCC directory contains the current
version of the global scripts and the system pictures. These must be transferred to the WinCC
project.
We assume that in your project the picture tree was derived from the plant view and that the
standard message selection of PCS7 is used, which is also used since V6.1 of CEMAT.
If your picture tree was nevertheless generated manually you have change it to plant view.
In all WinCC Projects carry out the following steps:
1. Open the WinCC Explorer.
2. Open the OS Project Editor. Check the settings according to the Engineering Manual
Chapter 3 "Installation of a PCS7 Project".
Close the OS Project Editor with "OK". All standard pictures (Overview, buttons, alarm
line, etc.) are replaced by the new standard PDLs of PCS7 V8.0
3. Close WinCC Explorer.
4. During the Cemat installation the Cemat WinCC files are copied into folder
D:\CEMAT_CS\WinCC under GraCS, Libray, PRT and WScipts. These files must now be
additionally copied to the equivalent folders of the OS Project.
With the program 'CematProjectUpdate.exe', which you find under D:\CEMAT_CS, the
update can be carried out automatically.
5. Start the application 'CematProjectUpdate.exe'.

Update Information
The Source must be D:\CEMAT_CS

Under OS Project - Destination you have to enter destination (Directory of the OS
Project). Default directory is the last closed WinCC project.
Under OS Project Sub Directories you find the Subfolders which get copied during the
update (cannot be modified).
The Screen Resolution (1280x1024, 1680x1050, 1920x1050, 1920x1200 or 1600x1200)
is important for all OS Projects with Operator Interface. The Standard pictures
@AlarmEmergency.pdl, @AlarmEmergencyOP.pdl, @AlarmOneLine.pdl,
@C_AlarmListing.pdl, @Overview1.pdl, @TopAlarmNew.pdl are exchanged according to
the screen resolution.
Press button 'Update OS Project' and the files will be copied to the corresponding
directories.
6. Open the WinCC project.
7. Open 'Global Script' and regenerate the header. (Menu/Options/Regenerate Header)

For Single User Stations and for OS Clients this is correct. For OS Servers the OS Project
Editor must be started again, because in this case the standard pictures delivered with
PCS7 have to be used (the Server has no Visualization). Please select the above listed
Pictures in order to be overwritten and confirm with OK.
For all other Station types the files have to be deselected if you run the OS Project Editor
again.
Caution: The files @TopAlarmNew.pdl and @Overview1.pdl can not be deselected and
must therefore be copied again after running the OS Project Editor.
(Start the program D:\CEMAT_CS\CematProjectUpdate.exe; the button Res copies the
CEMAT resolutions pictures to the destination again).
Procedure, if migrated S5 PLCs exists

Compile and Download

1. For all PLCs: Compile CFC.
2. For all Single Stations and primary Servers: OS Compile.
In the background the Server data (package) will be automatically created and loaded
into the OS Client Project. Please double-check!
3. Load the program into the PLC.
4. Actualize the Server and OS Clients with Project Download.

PCS7 V8.0
Sie haben ein CEMAT V7.1 SP1 Projekt, - basierend auf PCS7 V7.1 SP3-, und wollen dies
nach PCS7 V8.0 hochrsten.
Das CEMAT Update beschrnkt sich auf die Installation eines Hotfixes in dem keine neuen
Funktionen, sondern nur notwendige Anpassungen an PCS7 V8.0 enthalten sind.
In der nachfolgenden Anleitung finden Sie alle Schritte die Sie dazu bentigen.
Voraussetzung
Bitte berprfen Sie vor der Installation von PCS7 V8.0 die Betriebssystem- Anforderungen
auf Ihrem PC. Die Installation des Betriebssystems und PCS7 sind in den PCS7
Handbchern und im Liesmich beschrieben und daher nicht Bestandteil dieser Beschreibung.
Achtung: Die Hochrstung nach PCS7 V8.0 mit CEMAT V7.1 SP1 erfordert ein Neuladen
der AS und OS und kann somit niemals bei laufender Anlage erfolgen.
Folgen Sie der Anleitung PCS7-SW-Aktualisierung mit Nutzung neuer Funktionen aus der
PCS7-Dokumentation 8.0, speziell das Kapitel 7.2 "Allgemeine Anpassungen". Im
Folgenden wird Bezug auf dieses Dokument genommen.
Beachten Sie besonders den Hinweis fr die OS Migration im Kapitel 7.2.2. Die ServerProjekte sind auch auf den Server-PCs direkt zu migrieren, damit die Runtime-Daten
(Kurven und Meldungen) erhalten bleiben.
Installieren Sie das CEMAT V7.1 SP1 HF bevor Sie Ihr Projekt hochrsten. Haben Sie OS
Projekte mit migrierten S5-Gerten (CEMAT V2, V3, V4), installieren Sie ebenfalls die
Migration.
Beachten Sie auch die Projektierungsregeln aus dem CEMAT Handbuch PCS7-Projekt
einrichten = 03_PCS7_Projekt_007.pdf
Datensicherung
Sichern Sie Ihre Projektdaten. Dazu gehren auer dem Multiprojekt auch alle Einstellungen
die im CEMAT_CS Verzeichnis gemacht wurden, sowie nderungen in der Bausteinbibliothek
ILS_CEM bzw. PRO_CEM.

Das Multiprojekt archivieren Sie mit dem SIMATIC Manager.
Exportieren Sie die Daten aus dem Anwenderarchiv C_INFO wenn Sie diese nach der
Hochrstung weiterverwenden mchten.
Die nderungen unter CEMAT_CS (Config, Multimedia, Sounds) knnen Sie in ein
Backup- Verzeichnis kopieren.
Achtung: Sichern Sie nie das Verzeichnis CEMAT_CS/BIN!!!
Die Dateien aus dem BIN Verzeichnis sind in der Registry eingetragen und drfen niemals
verschoben oder gelscht werden.

10. Projektstandard (1) und Bildschirmauflsung (2) einstellen

11. Hotfixdatei selektieren - dann Taste "Zip File Extrahieren" (3)
(Die Zip-Datei Hotfix_V71_ yymmdd.exe
entpackt sich dann selber in ein Unterverzeichnis von CEMAT_CS\HOTFIX)
12. Taste "Update Cemat" (4) bettigen.

dabei wird auch eine Dos-Box geffnet um die CEMAT Controls zu installieren
(deswegen muss der Rechner unbedingt gebootet worden sein).
Achtung: Bei Windows7 64Bit Systemen ist zustzlich der folgende Registrierungs-Batch
manuell als Administrator zu starten (rechte Maustaste -> als Administrator ausfhren):
D:\CEMAT_CS\HOTFIX\Hotfix_V71SP1...\CEMAT_Register\CEMAT_Installer_Windows7.cmd
Damit ist CEMAT_CS mit dem Hotfix aktualisiert und die CEMAT Controls sind installiert.

Engineering Station auszufhren.
Update der Bausteinbibliotheken

Beachten Sie die Anweisungen im aus Kapitel 7 des Handbuches PCS7-SW-Aktualisierung
mit Nutzung neuer Funktionen.
Neue PCS7 Bibliotheken

Mit der Installation von PCS7 V8.0 wurden neue Bausteinbibliotheken installiert:
- PCS7 Basis Library V80
- PCS7 AP Library V80.
Eine PCS7 Library V80 gibt es nicht!!!!!!!!
Wenn man nicht komplett auf V8.0 umsteigen will, sondern weiterhin die Bausteine der PCS7
BasisLibrary und PCS7 Library der V7.1 verwenden mchte, dann muss man die neueste
Version der V7.1 Bibliotheken von der PCS7 V8.0 DVD unter "Additional Products"
installieren.
Die so installierte Bibliothek PCS7 Library V7.1 SP3 enthlt 2 mal die Channel-Blocks (z. B.
CH_AI). Jeweils mit der Versionsnummer V6.0 und V7.0.
Die Kanal- / Treiberbausteine der V7.1 haben die Versionsnummer V6.0.
Die Kanal- / Treiberbausteine der V8.0 haben die Versionsnummer V7.0.
Ein Mischbetrieb der Versionsnummern der Kanal- und Treiberbausteine ist nicht erlaubt!!!!

CEMAT Bibliotheken
Nach der Installation von CEMAT V7.1 SP1 befindet sich die CEMAT Bibliothek ILS_CEM im
Verzeichnis C:\Programme\SIEMENS\STEP7\S7libs.
Diese Bibliothek enthlt die CEMAT Symbolliste, Bausteine und den Systemplan.
Im CEMAT V7.1 SP1 Hotfix fr PCS7 V8 gibt es mglicherweise nderungen zu diesen
Bausteinen. Aus diesem Grund ist die Bausteinbibliothek ILS_CEM mit den Bausteinen aus
dem Hotfix zu aktualisieren.
Die Symbolliste und der Systemplan haben sich gegenber CEMAT V7.1 SP1 nicht gendert.
Bei Verwendung eines Projektstandards befindet sich zustzlich die Bibliothek PRO_CEM im
Verzeichnis C:\Programme\SIEMENS\STEP7\S7libs. Diese Bibliothek enthlt alle Bausteine,
die vom Normalstandard abweichen.
Im CEMAT V7.1 SP1 Hotfix fr PCS7 V8 gibt es mglicherweise auch nderungen zu den
projektspezifischen Bausteinen. Aus diesem Grund ist die Bausteinbibliothek PRO_CEM mit
den Bausteinen aus dem Hotfix zu aktualisieren.
Das Hotfix enthlt pro Projektstandard ein Unterverzeichnis mit einer archivierten Bibliothek
udate.zip. Die Bibliothek enthlt nur die Bausteine die sich fr den jeweiligen Projektstandard
gendert haben.

Aktualisierung der Bibliothek ILS_CEM

Zum Update der Bibliothek ILS_CEM gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor:
9. Dearchivieren Sie mit dem SIMATIC Manager die Bibliothek update.zip aus dem
Verzeichnis D:\CEMAT_CS\HOTFIX\Hotfix_V71SP1...\000_Normal_Standard\AS in das
gleiche Verzeichnis.
10. ffnen Sie die Bibliothek C:...\Siemens\Step7\S7libs\ILS_CEM

11. bertragen Sie alle Bausteine von der Bibliothek "Update" unter "000_Normal_Standard"
in die Bibliothek ILS_CEM, S7-Programmcontainer CEM_ALL and TYPICALS.
12. ffnen Sie in beiden Programmbehltern den CFC - Editor, indem Sie einen beliebigen
Plan ffnen.
13. Nun mssen Sie unter Extras -> Bausteintypen alle Bausteine des Planordners mit der
Taste Neue Version aktualisieren. Mit diesem Schritt wird auch die CFC Datenhaltung in
das Format V8.0 umgesetzt.
Aktualisierung der Bibliothek PRO_CEM (nur bei Projektschlssel > 000)

Zum Update der Bibliothek PRO_CEM gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor:
14. Dearchivieren Sie mit dem SIMATIC Manager die Bibliothek update.zip aus dem

Update der S7-Programme

Bausteine
Aktualisieren Sie zunchst die Projektbibliothek:
1. Kopieren Sie aus dem S7-Programm der Bibliothek "Update" die sich unter
"000_Normal_Standard" befindet alle Bausteine in den Bausteinordner der
Stammdatenbibliothek (berschreiben = JA).
Wenn Sie einen Projektstandard installiert haben, ffnen Sie danach die Bibliothek
PRO_CEM und transferieren Sie alle Bausteine in ihre Stammdatenbibliothek
(berschreiben =JA).
Achtung: Es reicht nicht aus nur die Bausteine aus dem Bibliothek "Update" in die
Projektbibliothek zu kopieren!
2. In der Projektbibliothek sollten sich keine Bausteine mit dem Autor ES_MAP befinden.
Wenn dies dennoch der Fall sein sollte, so lschen Sie diese komplett.
3. Stellen Sie fest, ob sich in Ihrem Bausteinbehlter noch andere Bausteine befinden, die
aktualisiert werden mssen.
Dies sind z. B. die Bausteine mit dem Autor BASIS71, TECHN71, DRIVER71, CHN71.
Bringen Sie auch diese auf den neusten Stand indem Sie die Bausteine aus den neuen
PCS7 Bibliotheken kopieren.
Installieren Sie dazu aus "Additional Products" die Bibliothek PCS7 Library V7.1 SP3.
Siehe auf vorheriger Seite den Menpunkt "Neue PCS7 Bibliotheken".
Die mitgelieferten Treiberbausteine aus der Cemat Bibliothek ILS_CEM verwendet die
Treiberbausteine fr PCS7 V7.1 = Versionsnummer V6.0. Bentigen Sie die
Treiberbausteine fr PCS7 V8.0, dann verwenden Sie ausschlielich die
Treiberbausteine mit der Versionsnummer V7.0. Ein Mischbetrieb der Treiberbausteine
(Versionsnummer V6.0 / V7.0) ist nicht zulssig.
Achtung: In einigen Projekten sind flschlicherweise AS300-Bausteine verwendet

(Autor ELEM_300). Verwenden Sie ausschlielich Bausteine mit Autor ELEM_400.
ELEM_300-Bausteine knnen in einer AS400 zu sporadischem Fehlverhalten fhren.
4. Falls Sie in Ihrem Projekt die Systemattribute bzw. die Meldungsprojektierung der
Standardbausteine verndert hatten, so mssen Sie diese nderungen nach dem Update
im Bausteinordner erneut durchfhren.
Anpassungen in den Systemattributen bzw. in der Meldungsprojektierung nehmen Sie
bereits in der Projektbibliothek vor.
5. ffnen Sie den CFC - Editor, indem Sie einen beliebigen Plan ffnen.
6. Nun mssen Sie unter Extras -> Bausteintypen alle Bausteine des Planordners mit der
Taste Neue Version aktualisieren. Mit diesem Schritt wird auch die CFC Datenhaltung in
das Format V8.0 umgesetzt.

Nachdem die Projektbibliothek (Stammdatenbibliothek) auf dem aktuellen Stand ist knnen
Sie auch Ihre ASen aktualisieren.
Fhren Sie die folgenden Schritte fr jede AS durch:
1. Kopieren Sie alle Bausteine aus der Projektbibliothek in die Programmbehlter Ihren
ASen. (berschreiben = JA). Danach sind die CEMAT Bausteine aktuell.
2. Wenn die Projektbibliothek gepflegt ist so sollte es in den ASen keine zustzlichen "alten"
Bausteine mehr geben. berprfen Sie dennoch die Bausteinliste ob auch alle PCS7
Bausteine der Familien BASISxx, TECHNxx, CHNxx und DRIVERxx auf dem aktuellen
Stand sind.
3. ffnen Sie den CFC-Editor, indem Sie einen beliebigen Plan ffnen.
4. Aktualisieren Sie die Bausteine im Planordner indem Sie unter Extras Bausteintypen
alle Bausteine auf der rechten Seite markieren und die Taste "Aktualisieren" drcken.
5. bersetzen Sie den CFC
6. Nach der Baustein-Aktualisierung ist ein Komplettladen der AS erforderlich.

Update der OS-Projekte

OS-Migration
Hier sei nochmals auf die OS-Migration im Handbuch "PCS7-SW-Aktualisierung mit Nutzung
neuer Funktionen" hingewiesen.
Sie mssen alle OS-Projekte in Ihrem Multiprojekt migrieren. Dies erfolgt unter:
Start SIMATIC WinCC Tools Projekt-Migrator.
CEMAT Update
Nach der CEMAT Hotfix Installation steht im Verzeichnis D:\CEMAT_CS\WinCC die aktuelle
Version der Global Scripts und der Systembilder. Diese muss man in das WinCC Projekt
bertragen.
Wir gehen davon aus dass in Ihrem Projekt die Bildhierarchie aus der technologischen
Hierarchie erzeugt wurde und auch die Standard-Meldeselektion von PCS7 genutzt wird, die
wir seit der V6.1 auch bei CEMAT verwenden.
Falls die Bildhierarchie dennoch manuell erstellt wurde, so muss sie auf die technologische
Hierarchie umgestellt werden.
Fhren Sie fr alle WinCC-Projekte die folgenden Schritte durch:
1. WinCC Explorer ffnen.
2. OS Projekteditor ffnen. berprfen Sie die Einstellungen gem dem
Projektierungshandbuch KAP 3 "PCS7 Projekt Einrichten".
Schlieen Sie den OS Projekteditor mit "OK". Damit werden die neuen Standardbilder
(bersicht und Tastenstze) von PCS7 V8.0 bernommen.
3. WinCC Explorer schlieen
4. Whrend der Cemat V7.1 SP1 Hotfix Installation wurden die WinCC Dateien ins
Verzeichnis D:\CEMAT_C\WinCC unter GraCS, Library, PRT und WScipts kopiert. Diese
Dateien mssen nun auch noch in die entsprechenden Verzeichnisse im OS-Projekt
bertragen werden.
Mit dem Programm 'CematProjectUpdate.exe', das Sie unter D:\CEMAT_CS finden, wird
das Update automatisch durchgefhrt.

5. Starten Sie das Programm 'CematProjectUpdate.exe'.
Die Quelle ist immer D:\CEMAT_CS

Unter OS Projekt Ziel mssen Sie das Zielverzeichnis angeben (Verzeichnis des OSProjektes). Es ist vorbelegt mit dem zuletzt geschlossenen WinCC Projekt.
Unter OS Projekt Unterverzeichnisse finden Sie die Unterverzeichnisse die beim
Update kopiert werden (kann nicht gendert werden).
Die Bildschirmauflsung (1280x1024, 1680x1050, 1920x1080, 1920x1200 oder
1600x1200) betrifft alle OS-Projekte mit Bedienoberflche. Dabei werden die
Standardbilder @AlarmEmergency.pdl, @AlarmEmergencyOP.pdl, @AlarmOneLine.pdl,
@C_AlarmListing.pdl, @Overview1.pdl, @TopAlarmNew.pdl im entsprechenden Format
ersetzt.
Drcken Sie die Taste 'OS Projekt aktualisieren' um die Dateien in die entsprechenden
Verzeichnisse zu bertragen.
6. WinCC-Projekt ffnen.
7. Global Script' ffnen und Header neu generieren. (Men/Optionen/Header neu
generieren).

Fr Einzelplatzsysteme und fr OS Clients ist das in Ordnung. Bei OS Servern muss
jedoch der OS-Projekteditor nochmals gestartet werden, weil dort die Standardbilder aus
dem PCS7 Lieferstand benutzt werden (Server hat keine Bedienoberflche). Bitte alle
Dateien zum berschreiben markieren und mit OK besttigen.
Bei allen anderen Stationstypen drfen diese Dateien bei erneutem Aufruf des OSProjekteditors nicht selektiert sein.
Achtung: Die Dateien @TopAlarmNew.pdl und Overview1.pdl knnen nicht deselektiert
werde und mssen deshalb nach dem Start des OS-Projekteditors erneut kopiert werden.
(CematProjectUpdate.exe starten; Mit der Taste "Pixel" werden die richtigen Dateien
kopiert)
Vorgehensweise, wenn migrierte S5-AGs vorhanden sind.

In diesem Fall brauchen Sie keine neuen Dateien installieren, da keine nderungen
vorliegen.
bersetzen und Download

1. Fr alle ASen: CFC bersetzen.
2. Fr alle Einzelstationen und primre Server: OS bersetzen.
Danach prfen Sie bitte, ob die Serverdaten (package) im Hintergrund automatisch
aktualisiert und in die OS Client Projekte geladen wurden.
3. Programm ins AG laden.
4. Zum Aktualisieren der Server und OS Clients fhren Sie einen Projekt-Download durch.
