New program to upload the data from excel file to Y-Table YCHMATVALPR. The
fields Material, Plant, Price, Price Unit, Currency are the fields from the excel. First
we need to validate the data and if any error value is found in any field then display
the error. TEST RUN option is given in the selection screen and if it is selected then
do not update the table with the entries. Also display if any Duplicate records exists.
