Introduction
Global warming a phenomenon (otherwise known as climate change
or Greenhouse effect) whereby. Solar radiation that has reflected
back off the surface of the earth remains trapped at atmosphere
levels, due to the build-up of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse
gasses, rather than being emitted back into space. The effect of this is
the warming of the global atmosphere.
The effect of this phenomenon is really a huge problem to our planet
right now. As you can see, its really can be seen in melting ice, dying
coral reef, rising sea levels, changing ecosystem and prolonged and
more severe droughts. It causes the human activity that contribute to
global warming are the burning of fossil fuels such as, coil, oil, and
natural gas, and the clearing of land . Most of burning occurs in auto
mobile s, in factories and in electric power plants that provide energy
for houses and office buildings.
Throwing garbage and burning it is another example the garbage we
throw goes to landfills. And garbage sometimes burned. This activity
sends an enormous amount of greenhouse gases into the air and
makes global warming worse. Another thing is when people cut down
trees they dont know that it has a harmful effect to our lives. Trees
and other plants collect carbon dioxide which is a greenhouse gas.
Carbon dioxide is the air that our body lets out when we breathe.
With fewer trees, it is harder for people to breathe because there is
more carbon dioxide in the air, and of course, we dont breathe carbon
dioxide but we breathe oxygen. Plants and trees collect the carbon
dioxide that we breathe out, and they give back oxygen that we
breathe in. Hence, with less trees and plants there are less air for us
and more greenhouses set into the air. In addition, over population is
the main course of global warming. The more people living in this
world, the more they engage in these kinds of abusive activities.
That is why our world today is hotter than it has been in two thousand
years. Continued global warming could have many damaging effects. It
might harm the plants and animals that live in the sea and in the land.

The surface of waters of the oceans could become warmer and the
radiation of the heat can cause skin cancer.
Extreme weather conditions might become more frequent and more
damages. Changes in rainfall patterns could increase the flooding and
drought in some areas. More hurricanes and tropical storms might
occur and could become more powerful and resulted to costs of
properties and many people died because of this phenomenon happens
now in our planet the world needs to take an action now, before we
take the risk and suffer the consequences. We should stop doing some
activities that creates global warming.

Global warming is affecting many parts of the world. It happens when
greenhouse gases trap heat and light from the sun in the earths
atmosphere which increases the temperature. This is like when heat is
trapped in a car. On a very hot day, the car gets hotter when it is out in
the parking lot. This is because the heat and light from the sun can get
into the car by going through the windows but, it cant get back out.
This is what the greenhouse effect does to earth.
The heat and the light can get through the atmosphere but, it cant get
out. As a result, the temperature rises. This makes whatever the place
might be, a green house, a car, a building, or the earths atmosphere.
Sometimes, the temperature can change in a way that helps us. The
greenhouse effect makes the earth appropriate for people to live on.
Without it the earth would be freezing, or on the other hand it would be
burning hot. It would be at night because the sun would be down.
We would not get the suns heat and light to make the night somewhat
warm. During the day, especially during the summer. It would be
burning because the sun would be up with no atmosphere to filter it,
so, people, plants and animals would be exposed to all the light and
heat. Although, the greenhouse effect makes the earth able to have
people living on it, if there gets to be many gases, the earth can get
usually warmer and many plants, animals, and people will die.
They would die because there would be less food plants like corn,
wheat, and other vegetables and fruit. This would cause us to have
less food to eat, but, it would be also limit the food and animals have.
With less food, like grass for the animals that need to survive. We
would even have less food. Gradually, people, plants, and all animals
would die of hunger. In view of this, heat and light are important to
human being as well. But, not to the extend, we abuse it.
However, many of us abuse our environmental we dont even think the
consequence of our actions. The effect of this global warming makes

sea rise, and when the sea rises, the water covers many low islands.
This is a big problem for many of the plants and people on islands.
The water covers the plants and causes some of them to die. When
they die, the animals lose a source of food along with their habitat.
Although animals have a better ability to adapt to what happens than
plants do, they may die also. When the plants and animals die, people
lose two source of food, plant food and animals food. They may also
lose their homes. As a result, they would also have to leave the area or
die. This would be called a break in the food chain, or a chain reaction,
one thing happening that leads to another and so on.
Moreover the oceans are affected by global warming in other ways; as
well. Many things that are happening to the ocean are linked to global
warming. One thing that is happening is warm water, caused from
global warming, is harming and killing algae in the ocean. An algae is a
producer that you can see floating on the top of the water. A producer
is something that makes for the animals through photosynthesis like
grass.
This green algae is food to many consumers in the ocean. One kind of
consumer is small fish. There are many others like crabs, some whales
and many other animals. Fewer algae are a problem because there is
less food for us and many animals in the sea. However, global warming
is doing many things to the people as well as animals and plants. It is
killing algae, but it also destroying many huge forest. The pollution
that causes global warming is linked to acid rain.
Acid rain gradually destroys almost everything it touches. Global
warming is also causing many more fires that wipe out whole forest.
This happens, because global warming can make the earth very hot. In
forest, some plants, and trees leaves can be so dry that they catch on
fire. Therefore, we, people living on earth , we should aware and know
our function in order for us to have a better community, nature,
environment and life. So, stop doing things that can create global
warming.

Conclusion
Therefore, the results of human activities are getting worst. It
destroys the human lives and loss of properties of the people. Some
human activities are part of the development of our economy and
industry. When we talk about development, weathered we like it or
not, the people engage in this kind of activities that resulted to global
warming. However, we ourselves can contribute even in our own little
way to prevent this kind of phenomenon. Its just a matter of discipline
and sincerity.
