OUR VISION : A CHURCH OF OUR OWN COM PLETE WITH FACILITIES FOR SUSTAINING
GROWTH INTO A VIBRANT CHURCH OF 800 TO 1200 CONGREGATION.
( The church will also serve the vast multitude of the city centre of Greater Kuala Lumpur )

M ISSION / OBJECTIVE : TO RAISE RM 20.0 M ILLION TO REDEVELOP THE PUDU BRANCH

INTO A M ULTI-STOREY CHURCH COM PLETE WITH ONE M AIN
SANTUARY, ONE SECONDARY SANCTUARY, ONE M ULTI-PURPOSE
HALL, FUNCTION HALLS, SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES, M EETING &
PRAYER ROOM S, ADM INISTRATION OFFICE WITH CONFERENCE
HALL, FELLOWSHIP HALL, LIBRARY & RESOURCE ROOM ,
ARCHIVE ROOM , OPEN HALL FOR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES,
AND AM PLE CAR-PARKING SPACE, ETC.

THE BLUE PRINT OF THE CHURCH COM PLEX :

The redeveloped Centralized Church will sit on the a plot of land of size approximately 11,000 sq ft, and the
built-up size will be less than 10,000 sq ft after the set-back requirement by the Authorities. The Centralized
Church has to be a multi-storey church complex in order to house the many essential facilities such as Sunday
school Classes, meeting & prayers rooms, etc that are required for sustaining growth of a healthy church.
After much studying on the requirements, the blue print of the church complex was formed subject to the
final Architects drawings when the Architect is appointed. A copy of the blue print is attached herewith for
reference.

THE ARTIST IM PPRESSION OF THE CHURCH COM PLEX :

An Artist Impression of the Centralized Church was done which, though may not be exactly the final product,
is giving all members the visualization of the Church that is to be. The church image is attached herewith for
purpose of visualization.

THE IM PLEM ENTATION SCHEDULE :

The 10-year Development Schedule has also been formulated and attached herewith for reference. As it is
today, the schedule is still on track. In all church building project, the most difficult and unpredictable task is
the funding. In our case here, we have to depend solely on fund raising through church activities and
members offerings, which will not be enough to fund such an enormous project ( enormous as compared to
our current congregation of about 300 ). Right from the beginning, this 10-year plan is a journey of faith.
According to the plan, construction works for the church building will have to commence in 2017 in order to
keep up with the 10-year plan. It is obvious therefore that fund raising is our most essential work to do at the
moment, and without fail.

FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES :
The Church 10-year Development Plan was initiated and approved during the Annual Leadership M eeting on
01-01-2010 in Seremban. Subsequently the Church Development Committee ( CDC ) was set up on 06-072010 and after a few preparatory meetings, the Churchs 10-Year Development Plan was formulated and
officially launched by the CAC President Rev Boh Chee Suan during the M ain Churchs 106th Anniversary
Thanksgivings Service on 20-09-2010. Since then the CDC has been organizing yearly major fundraising
activities such as Walkathon ( Nov 2010 ), Gala dinner ( July 2011 ), Food & Funfair ( M ay 2012 ) and Retro
Dinner in August 2013 before we finally launched the Sponsorship Programme on Christmas Day
2013,replacing the yearly tedious and resource-taxing major fundraiser.
The Sponsorship Programme is designed in such a way that everyone of the church member can participate in
the programme and hence sharing in the building of the church. All effort is now channeled into getting this
programme fully sponsored by the end of 2015 in order to keep up with the Schedule.

We appeal to anyone anywhere who is touched and share our aspiration and commitment may donate
generously towards building up of this centralized church in the Kuala Lumpur city centre, a rarity in the
present times in this country, for the outreach of Gods good news to the people in this part of the world,
calling all his people back to his church to praise and worship him, and for the Glory of his name, until the
return of our Lord Jesus Christ.
