I, Kolla Ravi Varma @ Ravi S/o Late Somaiah, aged about 19 years,
Hindu, resident of Pakala Village, Singarayakonda Mandal, Prakasam District,
do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:I am the deponent herein and 3rd petitioner in the main
O.P.

The O.P is filed for compensation for the death of my

father who died in a motor accident.

Later the matter was settled

before the Lok-Adalat for an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- towards full and final
settlement on 13-07-2011.

The 3 rd respondent deposited an amount of

Rs.4,00,000/- in to the Honble Court.

Rs.1,00,000/- towards my share of compensation amount. By

the time of filing MVOP I was being minor and my mother
represented me as natural guardian. Now I attained majority in
I.A.No.2399/2014, dt.24-10-2014 and also I filed a petition to
withdraw my share of compensation amount with accrued interest thereon and
this Honble Court was pleased to permit me to withdraw the same in
I.A.No.2401/14, dt.24-10-2014. The above said amount of Rs.1,23,336=59 was
lying in C.C.D.

I am entitled to withdraw the same and there are no

Attachments or Stay or Appeal on the said amount. I, under take that if the
Honble Court directs me to re-deposit the amount, I will deposit the same. I am
herewith filing my Bank Pass-Book.
Hence I pray that this Honble Court may be pleased to issue a cheque for
Rs.1,23,336=59 (Rupees One Lakh twenty three thousand three hundred and
thirty six rupees fifty nine paisa Only) in favour of the Branch Manager, State
Bank of India, Pakala Branch, Singarayakonda Mandal, Prakasam District, and
he may be directed her to credit the same to the S.B.A/c No.32223545808 of the
petitioner in the interests of justice.
DEPONENT

Solemnly affirmed and signed before me the contents of the affidavit is read
over and explained in Telugu to the deponent and admitted him to be correct on
this the day of November 2014.
