Chapter 4 Histogram and pulse graph

1. HISTOGRAM
There are some practical WBC histograms.
(1). Normal WBC histogram

Description: the space between the first line and the second line is lymphocyte; the
space between the second line and the third line is intermediate cell; the space between the
third line and the fourth line is granulocyte.

(2). Histogram compress too narrow without classification

(3). WBC<0.5, without classification

(4).peak value in the middle, without classification

(5). Nucleated RBC increase or interference or hemolysis insufficiency

10

(6) WBC serious interference

(7). without lyse or Hemolytic effect is not good

(8). Increased neutrophils

(9). Increased lymphocytes

(10). Patients with tumor

11

(11). Increased monocyte

2. Pulse graph
After test, the pulse graph will be saved in the memory, it
can help you to analyze the problem.
