Today (09.10.2014) ,I have inspected the site mentioned in the reference 1
and 2 along with Thiru. S.Karthikeyan Programme officer, GIS Cell.
Found the irregularities as Follows,
A newly constructed building (G+3) with an area of 20,000 Sq ft has been found at a
distance of 250m from the sea shore. It is located in No.7, Pebble Beach Avenue, East coast
Road, Injambakkam, Ward no. 196, Zone 15 Chennai corporation, Sholinganallur Taluk,
Kancheepuram District. It has been seen a caution notice to stop the work issued by the
Regional Joint Commissioner (South) office, (Enforcement Cell), Adayar, Chennai 20
dt. 26.09.2014 has been affixed in front of the compound wall. At present, there is no
construction activities at the site, by enquire with the civil contractor Thiru. Prasanth, the
owner of the site is Thiru.Pradeep dadha, Royapetta Chennai,

Today (09.10.2014), I have inspected the site mentioned in the reference 1
and 2 along with Thiru. S.Karthikeyan Programme officer, GIS Cell.
Found the irregularities as Follows:
A newly constructed two numbers of identical buildings (G+2) with an area of 5,000
Sq ft have been found at a distance of 300m from the sea shore.
Site location details:
It is located in 2nd main road, (sumark desai road), Juhu beach avenue, Ward no.199, Zone
15, Chennai corporation, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
Owner Name: KK reddy, Porur, Chennai.
The inspection report is submitted for kind perusal and further orders of DOE.

Today (09.10.2014), I have inspected the site mentioned in the petitions in the
reference 1 and 2 along with Thiru. S.Karthikeyan Programme officer, GIS Cell.
Found the irregularities as Follows:
A building (G+1) with an area of 50m X 60m is under construction at a distance of
90m from the sea shore.
Site location details:
It is located in AMC Avenue, East Coast Road, Muttukadu, Thiruporur taluk,
Kancheepuram District and near to BMR class win hatcheries.
Building details:
Based on field enquiry with labours, the building is being constructed by
Lakshmanan, Murugu builders, No.1, Thirvalluvar Main road, 1st street, Adambakkam,
Chennai 88.
Owner Name: Kavitha naresh modi, Poes Garden, Chennai
The inspection report is submitted for kind perusal and further orders of DOE.

Found the irregularities as Follows:
A building (G+1) with an area of 50m X 25m is under construction at a distance of
200m from the sea shore.
Site location details:
The Building located in AMC Avenue, (Near to BMR class win hatcheries) East Coast
Road, Muttukadu, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District .
Based on field enquiry with Thiru.Vijayakumar electrician, the owner of the building is
Thiru. Vedamoorthy, Mayavedamoorthy Clinic, Mahalingapuram, near iyyappan kovil,
kodambakkam, Chennai.
The inspection report is submitted for kind perusal and further orders of DOE.
