PROPOSED LEASE OF MUNICIPAL LAND IN HARARE
NOTICE is hereby given in terms of Section 152 of the Urban
Councils Act [Chapter 29:15] that the City of Harare intends to :(i)
Lease stand 8425 Budiriro Township to Thomas Mudisi
Mudambiranwa for an initial rental of $290.00 (Two
Hundred and Ninety United States Dollars) for a period
of Five (5) years for creche purposes.
(ii)
Lease of stand 19723 Harare Township to Abigal
Muzenda for an initial rental of $300(Three Hundred
