I listen to whats being said. I chaired one meeting and was


recorder twice. I try not to get distracted. I give my opinion.
I put gliders on tables. I cleaned up a lot of weeds in the garden. I
helped move books and a desk down from the mezzanine.
I always keep my stuff in my locker or cubby. Ive washed other
peoples dishes several times. I never leave dishes in the sink. I
cleaned the fridge shelves and threw rotten food out.
Im late a lot. I dont have a watch. I never know when lunch is
over unless somebody tells me.

I'm usually productive when I'm at school. I have


missed a lot of school due to illnesses and a surgery.
I don't sleep well so it's hard to be completely engaged
with my work.
I forget usually.
I always sign in and out at school
It can be hard to focus with the usual distractions.
I get distracted really easily and I end up not getting
what I want to get done.
I have horrid organizational skills.
I am good to go if technology is co-operating.
I forget to ask for help with my English.
I try my best to not distract others if I know I wont be
able to work that day.
I usually help Michael with some of her work, ex: The
library.
I procrastinate doing these.
I always listen to the speaker. I've been the recorder
once.
The library!
I always clean up my mess.
I usually get here on time, and if I don't I'm away for
the day.
I give them my undivided attention.
I always try to go to relevant outings, like the

I don't want to play ukulele and I dislike bowling.

directly to Sal & Jay in conjunction with Michael

Me and my courses in the past eight weeks: English
I kept my term goals for English (speaking/listening, reading/viewing,
writing/representing) in mind.
I deliberately worked toward those goals.
I regularly spent time reading my biography, and doing my project.

I read my biography but I haven't completed the essay
on it. I've done most of the journals and english

During fundamentals time.
I burnt through my book in about a week, it was really
good.

My journals were well done, although I missed one
due to an absence.
No draft.

a lot about Canadian history during Jean Chretien's
time as PM.
We spent the day writing and reviewing them.

Math
I stayed on track for achieving my short-term and longer-term goals in math.
I wrote down steps to demonstrate my thinking in solving math problems.
I worked to correct errors.
I asked for help with math when I needed to.

We had a good idea on what we were supposed to do/
I knew what I had to do for my part of the project most
of the time.
I sought clarification from Devon and Jade on what I
had to do a few times.
This group is a mess.
I did my part to the project but I was away a lot.
