SUBJECT: Invitation to the 39th General Assembly of Student Councils (GASC)
Warm nationalist greetings!
You are hereby invited to attend the 39th GASC on 9 to 10 January 2015 at the University
of the Philippines Cebu, Lahug, Cebu City as observers. It has been a practice that student
publications are allowed to update the UP community on what is happening on the
assembly. Likewise, as for the UPOU Student Council Preparatory Committee, it would be
an honor for the UPOU be represented in the GASC to update and voice out concerns to
other UP Student Councils in order to promote collective actions regarding your
constituency.
Please see NJGM Memo 2014-014 for a copy of the projected expenses per delegate,
among others. Please confirm your attendance on or before 19 December, 5PM through
electronic mail. An acknowledgement letter of your confirmation shall be sent by 22
December. Late submissions will not be entertained.
