Advertisements: (50 words)
Advertisements are public notices which are published in newspapers and
magazines, aired on radio or television, displayed on billboards, etc. The purpose
of advertisements is to attract the attention of the readers/ on-lookers
and publicise some product or some service available with somebody. It is a very
good and effective tool to promote sale and advertise requirements.
Since the chief motive lies in using minimum words and providing maximum
information, so we should select the words methodically and aim at clarity of the
information.
Advertisements printed in the newspaper are called Classified Advertisements.
