Collateral Information Gathered

ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION

His neighbors strongly believed that his commission of the crime is due to his desire to help
his family. Like his father, uncles and brothers, he too could not afford to let other people rule the
area that was left to them by their fore parents.
Random interview with responsible members of the community yields no adverse feedback.
Like his father, he also gained criminal complaints in connection to the ancestral domain; however
except for the instant case, those cases did not prosper.
Petitioner expressed remorse over past mistakes. He decided to sell his house in Libona, not
only to seek regular medical attention from his doctor but most of all, he wanted to leave the place
where trouble is possible and inevitable.
Taking into consideration above findings, petitioner appears to be a good candidate for
probation.

PAGKAT TAO AY MAYROONG DANGAL

SINO AKO?
I WILL BE HERE
TOMORROW MORNING WHEN YOU WAKE UP
AND THE SUN DOES NOT APPEAR
I, I WILL BE HERE
IF IN THE DARK WE LOSE SIGHT OF LOVE
HOLD MY HANDS AND HAVE NO FEAR
I,I WILL BE HERE
AND I WILL BE HERE
WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE BEING QUIET
WHENYOU NEED TO SPEAK YOUR MIND
I WILL LISTEN
AND I WILL BE HERE
YOU CAN CRY ON MY SHOULDER
WHEN THE MIRROR TELLS US WERE OLDER
I WILL HOLD YOU
AND I WILL BE HERE
TO WATCH YOU GROW IN BEAUTY
AND TELL YOU ALL THE THINGS YOU ARE TO ME
CAUSE I WILL BE HERE
AND I WILL BE HERE
TOMORROW MORNING WHEN YOU WAKE UP
AND THE FUTURE IS UNCLEAR
