Dear Owner of Berry Signs,
The purpose of this letter is to demand full payment of money regarding the contract Berry Signs
failed to uphold with Pons Law Firm or correct the service that were inaccurately rendered.
In November of 2012, Pons Law Firm and Berry Signs entered into a contract where Berry Signs
was to put up a sign in front of Pons Law Firms building where she conducts her law practice
for the price of $3995.00. The money was paid but Pons Law Firm received service that lacked
competency. After posting the sign in December of 2012 Pons Law Firm realized that Berry
Signs had spelled a very important word (Bankruptcy) wrong. As bankruptcy is one of many
areas of law that Pons Law Firm specializes in, you can see how this can be extremely
embarrassing.
Aside from that unfortunate mishap, Pons Law Firm was then informed about a code violation in
February of 2013 because Berry Signs failed to pull the correct permit and get a final approved
inspection for the sign placed in November 2012. This is both confusing and upsetting because
Berry Signs had ample time to get the simple task accomplished, but failed to do so. Because

Berry Signs failed to remove the sign within 20 days which is more than enough time after the
code violation was brought to light, there was a $2,000 lien placed on the building where Pons
Law Firm operates. We are requesting money for that as well. Although, the landlord is
responsible for handling the lien, you can imagine how difficult it has been for Pons Law Firm to
work as an attorney and deal with the stress of having an upset landlord; which could have easily
been prevented had the contract been performed correctly.
The sign has been removed but a large steel rusty pole remains in front of Pons Law Firm. This
entire ordeal had also been detrimental to her career as an attorney because without the sign it
has been difficult for clients to locate her office building as well as deter potential clients that
would walk in for a consultation.
Coney Supreme Law Firm, which represents Pons Law Firm expects a response to this letter no
later than November 30, 2014. If we are not contacted by the specific date stated above about
the matter at hand, we will be taking further actions to recover the money or services agreed
upon in the original contract.
In case there is any confusion I have also attached an enclosed copy of the contract that were
both agreed upon and signed by Pons Law Firm and Berry Signs. We are demanding the full
payment of the following amount:
Price agreed in contract: $3,995.00
Lien placed on building: $2,000.00
OR
Services agreed on in the contract
Lien placed on building: $2,000.00
This is the address that you listed and is the address that I will be using to correspond with you
unless updated information is provided; which I have not been given at this point. You may
contact me if you have any questions or need additional information. I can be contacted by phone
at (786)397-5553 or via email at Coneylaw@thesupreme.org.
