manually. Hence we opted to automate the Smart Warehousing System. Smart
Warehousing System (SWS) automates the tedious job of warehouse system. It mainly

Customer. Any Smart Warehousing System mainly deals with the following processes.1.
Registration of members,Ordering items, Acquiring items, Receipts, Transferring items,

Description:
The Asset Management system is a web based application. That covers the entire
technical outage and maintenance management system. The software is built up
with modularity allowing for additional and enhancements without affecting the
overall functionality of the system. Functionalities included in the project are
display of assets in hierarchical order, providing technical particulars for customer
customization, maintenance, outage management and inspection reports on
assets. The accessibility of the functionalities is restricted based on the type of
user logged in. It mainly contains three modules. Administration module,
Supervisor module and maintainer module. The main tasks of the Asset
Management System are Management of technical details of assets, issue of job
card for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, management of maintenance
details of assets, job costing and outage management of assets and generation of
flexible reports for the users.
