36 Conscious Breaths
Place feet flat on floor, drop shoulders, smile
Exhale, then inhale = 1 breath
Breathe normally, no need to change anything. Just
give your breath your complete attention for
36complete conscious breaths.
During 36 Breaths, you may also:
Visualize the breath, like a river, flowing up the back and down
the front of the body
place your fingertips on the opposite anterior cruciate ligament
just distal to the elbow
place your fingertips on each side of the mid-forehead above the
eyes (right hand to right side, left to left)
gently hold any finger or palm centers
or apply any other Jin Shin Jyutsu connection
