Translucent Car Wax with Pearls

This translucent car wax with beads provides unique product aesthetics along with good shine performance. Carbopol 676 polymer
provides stability and proper flow properties to the formulation. Water beading and protection properties are provided in an easy to use
liquid form by Aquaslip carnauba wax emulsion.

Procedure:
1. Using moderate agitation (800 rpm) provided by a variable speed mixing unit and
an impeller suitable for general mixing and blending operations, disperse or

screen the Carbopol 676 polymer into the deionized water. Mix the slurry for
approximately 15 minutes or until the slurry is homogeneous.

2. Add the ethoxylated alcohol with good agitation.


3. Add the amidosilicone emulsion with moderate agitation.
4. Add the Aquaslip carnauba wax emulsion with moderate agitation.
5. Add the morpholine with moderate agitation.
6. Reduce the agitation and add the color and beads (minimal agitation will avoid air
entrapment).
7. Add the preservative. Mix well.
