Working as a Customer Service Clerk, I am responsible for the well-being of patrons attending
the 1st Choice Savings facility at the University of Lethbridge. I am a responder to first-aid and
CPR situations in designated areas. I also take care of patron questions and concerns while
dealing with financial transactions for program and membership registration. Lastly, I am also
responsible for opening and closing the facility which deals with large sums of money and
incorporates some accounting practices when trying to balance out total revenue for the day.
NBC Basketball Camps
July 2011-present
Working as a master teacher/coach, I am responsible to for organizing and facilitating daily
curriculum for numbers up to 200 children. I teach various basketball and life skills, manage an
array of behavior, skill, and learning levels for practice sessions in order to create the most
effective learning environment possible. My overall goal at camp is to help children succeed.

NBC is a Christian based organization run out of Spokane, WA that I have served on in
Lethbridge, Edmonton, and Olds.

Working as a referee I was responsible for efficiently facilitating soccer games. I had to manage
the time of the match, the behavior of the players and coaches, as well as upholding the rules
of the game.
