6. One experiences heat, burning etc. after reciting this Trishati

due to its intense energies.
7. The Ladies are not permitted to chant this Trishati.
8. In a work called 'Skandarchana Kalpadruma', the author Sri
Bodhananda says, "One, after performing the Sandhya worship duly,
should hold the Brahma Granthi of his Yajnopavita and chant a
thousand Gayatri. He should then worship Subrahmanya with the secret
Trishati. He should conclude the worship by offering three Arghyas
with milk to the Lord. The first and the second Varnas are only
eligible to chant this Trishati".
9. On the following day, Panchamrita Abhisheka has to be performed to
the Lord to calm him down.
10. One may chant it everyday to get rid of the internal enemy Avidya. However, great caution is required even here.
It is best to take up the practice of this Trishati only after
receiving the permission of one's Guru, who has initiated the Upasaka
into Subrahmanya Mantra. Avadhuta Sri Guhanandanatha is said to have
instructed his disciples never to give a copy of this Trishati except
to the most deserving disciple because when a person uses the
Trishati for a Prayoga, or recites it without following the required
discipline, some of his Karmas need to be borne by the Guru too. This
is how the Srividya Upasakas look at the Trishati.
