Conference Speakers
Steve Thomas leads the European team
for the Salt & Light family of churches,
and is also the overall apostolic leader of
Oxfordshire Community Churches. He
travels widely, bringing apostolic input
and teaching to local churches and
leadership teams in the UK, Europe and
other nations. Steve is married to Lorraine and they live in
Oxfordshire. They have five adult children.
Stephen Best is the pastor of River Run
Fellowship in Peterborough, Ontario.
Together he and his wife Cindy have
raised four sons, and have ministered for
over thirty years in pastoring locally and
teaching internationally. His ministry is
primarily concerned with equipping
believers for Life, and encouraging the body of Christ into
health and strength. Stephen is a Sociology graduate of
Trent University in Peterborough Ontario Canada.

Brian Watts is the pastor of The King’s
Community Church in Langley BC. He
moved from England with his wife
Rosalind and their children in 1986, and
has been leading the church there since
then. Brian is received as a teacher in the
wider Salt & Light family of churches.

Bryn Franklin is a member of the Salt &
Light Ministries International Council
and is recognised internationally for his
prophetic ministry. Based in Basingstoke,
UK, he works alongside the Oxfordshire
team. Bryn is married to Dorothy and
they have two adult sons.
Glenn P. Middleton will be speaking on
Proclaiming the Gospel with a fresh
passion. Glenn is part of the Salt & Light
family of churches in the USA and works
internationally to encourage and help
equip leaders and churches into “winning
the lost and equipping the found”
