GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, MRS. LEENA DSOUZA, W/o. Valarian DSouza, aged

62 years, residing at 2-304-1-10, Bagambila Site,
Kotekar, Mangalore, desirous of appointing a fit and
proper person to act as my attorney to deal with all
matters connected with and arising out of death of
Late. Mr. SUNIL GREGORY, who died in Kuwait on 0809-2014 and whereas MR. MUKESH KUMAR JHA, holder
of Indian passport No. K924102, has agreed to act as

our attorney. Hence, He is authorised to do following

acts as our attorney.
1. To represent me before all courts of law in
Kuwait in connection with our suit or legal
proceeding connected with death of Late. SUNIL
GREGORY to appear before any other body,
Governmental or Non-Governmental or person in
connection with any matter concerning the
affairs of Late. SUNIL GREGORY.
2. To enforce any judgements, decrees, orders
passed by any courts against the defendants
including the insurance companies in this
matter.
3. To agree to any settlements in court or out of
court in any matter concerning to the affairs of
Late. SUNIL GREGORY with my express written
consent to the said effect.
4. To sign any settlements in Kuwait on behalf of
the legal heirs either with the Insurance
Company or with the persons who caused the
death of Late. SUNIL GREGORY with my express
written consent to the said effect.
5. The above mentioned attorney will collect all
payments either ordered by the court or agreed
to in an out of Court settlements. It includes any
(draft, cash, cheques or any other negotiable
instruments) payable for/ arising out of the
death of Late. SUNIL GREGORY and shall render
proper accounts and pay the same to me
directly being the successor of Late. SUNIL
GREGORY.
6. To receive and give proper receipts and
discharge for any money or monies payable to
Late. SUNIL GREGORY or his legal heirs.
7. To collect any documents related to Late. SUNIL
GREGORY from any Governmental or NonGovernmental organization such as Police
Station, Hospitals, Employers etc.,
8. The above mentioned attorney is authorised to
appoint legal and para-legal personnels in

Kuwait to represent as in this case, powered with

all authorities assigned to the former.
9. To generally do all such other lawful acts deeds
and things in connection with these matters as
effectively as we could do the same if we are
personally present.
AND I HEREBY AGREE AND UNDERTAKE to ratify and
confirm all and whatsoever my said attorney may
lawfully do, execute or perform in exercise of the
powers hereby conferred upon under any by virtue of
these presents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the legal heir / successor
