Training of Trainers (ToT) On Corporate Governance 22-23 December, 2014 (Two day Non-Residential)
THE PROPOSED PROGRAM
IICA plans to conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) for academicians and practitioners across the country. For this purpose the School of Corporate Governance and Public Policy at IICA plans to collaborate with O P Jindal Global University. Objective: The Programme will aid academicians and practitioners in making an effective transition to the new legislative era, as the Companies Act 2013 has taken India into a new regime of corporate governance and it has redefined roles and widened accountability of the members of board and thus there is a distinct need for such programme. This will have a multiplier effect in spreading knowledge of corporate governance in the country as the trainers will train others. Venue Delhi venue of O P Jindal Global University. IICA and JGUOP Jindal would jointly contribute the faculty and target participants for ToT after joint discussions. The program targets 25 to 30 participants from different Business Schools / Universities / Research Institutions / Corporates. Both IICA and JGU OP Jindal will be on equal footing while promoting and marketing the programme. Participation fee for the programme: Academicians: INR 4,000/Practitioners: INR 10,000/- INR 6,000/Both parties shall equally share the revenue/deficit.
CERTIFICATION: A joint certificate will be awarded by IICA and participation in the Training of Trainers (ToT).
