Subject: Thoughts - LXI [Kurdistan, Compilation, AG-Kane, Ferguson, BHO, Israel, Islamism, Blogging]

https://www.scribd.com/doc/248729951/Thoughts-LXI-Kurdistan-Compilation-AG-Kane-Ferguson-BHOIsrael-Islamism-Blogginghttps://www.scribd.com/doc/248729951/Thoughts-LXI-Kurdistan-CompilationAG-Kane-Ferguson-BHO-Israel-Islamism-Blogging
Overnight, an essay regarding the Kurdish plight that I co-authored was submitted and published
[America Must Prioritize Arming the Kurdseven if it Antagonizes Iran and Turkey] and, gratefully, none
of the prior Blast e-mails bounced; thus, absent graphics, this one mops-up key-concepts and tiptoes
into surmising what may transpire by years end *statewide, nationally and internationally+. Of course,
included is a double-barreled update of the blogging-experience with a Dem who has been unmasked
methodically [and found to be a Hamas-rationalizer who advocates America overthrowing Israel], as
support has been enlisted to oppose lefties such as sophia mcclennen.
These Blast e-mails have addressed international affairs [focused on Kurdistan],
national affairs [focused on the midterms], and statewide affairs [focused on Corbett].
Composed since Memorial Day, 2013, they has been compiled in three sets: [1]AntiBHO e-mails [I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV] remitted during the first
half-year *focused on BHOs Scandal-Sheet and the effort to defund ObamaDontCare
(spotlighting Cruz)]; [2]Action-Items e-mails [I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII,
XIII, XIV, XV, XVI, XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX, XXI, XXII, XXIII, XXIV, XXV, XXVI, XXVII, XXVIII, XXIX
and XXX] remitted from December-13 through September-14 *focused initially on
Guzzardi and morphed into focus on myriad other issues related to BHOs overall
effortsdomestic and globalto destroy American Exceptionalism]; and [3]
Thoughts e-mails [I, II, III, IV and V] composed during the past few months.
The currently-accumulating file will be uploaded as soon as its size hits
~2 megs; anyone glutton-for-punishment may request a copy of any
document [composed in Microsoft WORD]. {Graphics and topical-levity
have been invoked sparingly, opting for visuals that match topics
covered, in an effort to avoid inadvertent spamming.}
In many respects, the current Thoughts are a natural outgrowth of Anti-BHO efforts
that conveyed Action-Items; information is personalized, so it is assumed the reader
both has basic-knowledge and the ability to superimpose new-data thereupon. It is
simply too burdensome to recapitulate; rather, conclusions have been cumulative.
Finally, throughout, info-received has been turned-around expeditiously and, of course,
submitted-ideas that could undermine conclusions herein have been duly disseminated.
Regarding loco-regional and statewide issues, it seems Calamity AG-Kane may be over her head, a
perception enhanced by the outcome of the Turnpike scandal [A weak case? Or a weak AG?].
Meanwhile, the Tom and Jerry Show *featuring Corbett/Sandusky+ rages on, as the focus is trained on
the Freeh Report on what happened @ Penn State from two legal perspectives [Penn State trustees
seek access to Freeh background material and SPANIER-FREEH LAWSUIT ORDERED BACK TO COUNTY
COURT]. And, reinforcing my view that the POA-legislature could pass long-awaited reforms in January is
the fact that a critic of this concept, Senate Minority Leader Jay Costa, had his own bill passed in the
469

2006 post-election lame-duck session. {Focusing a bit on Philly, it is unclear What happened to Fattah's
$3.3M earmark, particularly in light of constant analysis by crusading-journalist Jim Foster, and its
unclear why Fans still attend winless [they just set a team-record] Sixers games.}
Loosely within the realm of cultural-forces, as predicted by my son a half-decade ago,
Bricks-and-mortar sales edged lower at start of holiday season, while Online surged.
Providing a counterpoint to the view that it is a complete biological aberration, it seems
Homosexuality May Have Evolved In Humans Because It Helps Us Bond, Scientists Say.
{Also, a WASHINGTON MOTHER SHOT A HOME INTRUDER TO SAVE CHILDREN ON

The fallout from the Ferguson-riots continues, as Officer Darren Wilson Resigned due to death-threats;
the games continue [#Ferguson Protesters Wave Commie Flags Hand Out Commie Leaflets Chant
About Revolution and Mike Browns Stepfather Arrested And Charged With Inciting A Riot After
Commanding Protesters To Burn This B**** Down!] as it has been demonstrated that CNN lied when
it aired unchallenged claims that Ferguson protests were 'peaceful.' {Recall, also, that there has been
photo-proof that they had been viewed as harboring common-cause with the Islamic State.}
It is possible that BHOs conduct *and that of his kids] is sinking [e.g., Obama called
Chuck Todd 'sad'] due to the resurgence of Obama divorce rumors; regardless, BHOs
Scandal-Sheet remains operational [Did the IRS give taxpayer information to the White
House?] as his pet-project continues to founder [ObamaDontCare Poised To Become
More Unpopular and ObamaDontCare's BACK-END STILL NOT BUILT, as OFFICIALS are
VERIFYING APPLICATIONS BY HAND].
Through it all, the Dems are in disarray [MSNBC ANALYST: HAGEL HAD RESPONSIBILITY, BUT NOT
POWER and Mark Warner Joining Senate Democrat Leadership Is A Slap At Reid+ while the TEA *Taxed
Enough Already+ Party Movement continues to feel its oats *Conservatives Top 2016 Target: John
McCain]; again illustrative of the profundity of the disgust with his Executive Amnesty is that this issue is
electorally-hot in England [Tories 'hopping mad' after Merkel blocks Cameron's migrant cap]. {Also note

As Symbol of co-existence, a Jewish-Arab school, was torched in Jerusalem, it has proven necessary to
note that Palestinian Terror is not Part of a Cycle of Violence; it constitutes an effort to create
Intifada III. Indeed, essays exploring The Arabs War against the Jews *Part One & Part Two]
differentiate Root causes & red herrings and detail what must be done: As long as Israel
acknowledges that the Palestinian Arabs national claims to statehood in Judea-Samaria are authentic
and legitimate, Israel can never be secure externally, or internally.
U.S. Senator-elect Tom Cotton countered the claim that he has engaged in terrorismbased fear-mongering ["The Islamic State is cutting the head off of Americans here;
that's something we should be fearful of and we should take a stance against, whether
in Iraq and Syria or securing our southern border"]. {Also note that even the Pope has

Here is our just-published article:

America Must Prioritize Arming the Kurdseven if it Antagonizes Iran and Turkey
By Dr. Robert Sklaroff and Dr. Sherkoh Abbas
Shakespeares King Lear paid dearly after he mistakenly willed his estate to two
daughters due to their voiced sycophancy, forsaking his youngest daughter who truly
adored him. Similarly, Obamas America is cow-towing to the whims of Iran and Turkey,
rather than directly helping the Peshmerga in Kurdistan. The desired boots-on-ground
are directly underfoot, yet he refuses to acknowledge the urgent need to assist the
Kurds; instead, he keeps tripping over their presence.
Obamas apologists alternately aver the situation is hyper-complex and freedom-seekers
are ultimately doomed. To the contrary, the key-players reveal their motives through
their actions (even if utterances are occasionally cryptic) and the pathway to a quality
outcome is readily apparent (even if Obama would have to fess-up regarding the
existential threat of the global Islamist ideology). Because the goals of contiguous
countries are averse to those beneficial to America, Kurds must urgently be empowered
to champion Western Civilizations value-system, to perpetuate the Judeo-Christian
Ethic that has underpinned American Exceptionalism for centuries.
Iran wants to preserve the Assad government, and has avidly shored-up these stateterrorists with the loyal assistance of the Russians who covet the Tartus port; Tehran
wants to forge a Shiite pathway to the Mediterranean, and has enlisted support in this
endeavor from a Baghdad government that has been set adrift by Americas unilateral
retreat. Failure to leave a robust residual force was arguably the most dramatic and
damaging unforced error in the post-World War II era, for doubters need only be
reminded of the continued existence of South Korea, more than a half-century following
the cessation of major hostilities, the Forgotten War.
American policy is predicated on a double-blundertwo sides of the same coinone
component of which is widely-debated and the other component of which has remained
shrouded. The former challenge is Obamas decision to forbid providing major
armaments to the Kurds, instead channeling everything except relief supplies and small
arms through Baghdad; it may be necessary to involve NATO formally in this endeavor, if
only to break this logjam. The latter challenge is Obamas decision to back the Free
Syrian Army ,FSA-, which is led by a former Brigadier General in Assads army who
harbors loyalties that undermine his ability to serve as Americas proxy; empowering the
Kurds would permit them to vet regional militias to ensure American matriel is not
diverted to Islamists.
Rectifying both errors would proclaim commitment to long-delayed independence of a
Kurdistan comprising a federation of lands currently within the borders of Iraq and
Syriabut not Turkey or Iran (where millions also reside). Neither country should object
to the elimination of domestic insurrection aimed at their territoriesunless, of course,
their covert aim is the annihilation of the Kurdish upstarts.

471

{We previously detailed the underlying loyalties of the alphabet-soup of Kurdish

entities: America Must Recognize Kurdistan [Jewish Policy Center]; NATO Must Help
the Kurds Now [National Review]; and NATO must arm the Kurds, but only the proAmerican Kurds [The Hill]. Kurds yearn for independence; alternatively, they fight for
federation with stable, neighboring, non-threatening governments (invoking the
paradigm of how Baghdad and Erbil developed a successful modus vivendi during the
past decade).}
The FSA is led by Abdul-Ilah al-Bashir al-Noeimi, who disseminated views that are
indubitably anti-Kurd and anti-Israel in the following posting. Translated from Arabic, it
states: PYD/YPG are terrorists; we work only with honorable Kurds. In our eyes, we
have three types of Kurds: 1)Israel and Zionist Kurds; 2)PKK/YPG terrorists, and 3)
Kurds who are first Muslim and Second Syrian who deserve no rights, period.
Obviously, he cannot be trusted.
As Erdoan pursues his neo-Ottoman dream of a restored caliphate, he ignores pleas of
Abdullah calanthe founder and leader of the PKK, who languishes in a Turkish jail
despite a highly-touted rapprochementthat Turkey intervene in Koban. Meanwhile,
Iran is busily co-opting nations, collecting client-states: Iraq (filling the vacuum left by
Americas departure), Syria (led by Bashir Assad, a fellow-Shiite), Lebanon (dominated
by Irans offspring, Hezbollah, and greatly influenced by Syria), Gaza (which has become
increasingly dependent upon Iranian armaments), Yemen (where its forces in Sanaa are
emerging victorious), and Libya (which has just concluded a national-reconciliation pact
endorsed by Algeria and supported, in-turn, by Iran).
Kurds, Yazidis, Christians and other ethnic minorities face exterminationin Koban, on
Mount Sinjar, throughout Syria and Iraq. That American air-drops were acquired by the
Islamic State is symptomatic of fragmentation that would be minimized if all were
coordinated by the Kurdish National Council of Syria, which is aligned with the Kurdistan
National Assembly of Syria.
King Lear tragically erred, before descending into madness; Obama has no such excuse
blocking him from aiding primarily the Peshmerga in multiple arenas (humanitarian,
diplomacy, publicity/media, training, and military). Hanging in the balance is survival of
a culture spanning three millenniaplus Americas credibility and interests.
Robert
Sklaroff is
a physician-activist
and supporter
of Kurdish selfdetermination. Sherkoh Abbas is the chairman of the Kurdistan National Assembly of
Syria.
It may seem tiresome, but it is again desirable [both as a textbook and as entertainment] to recount my
back-and-forth blogging with the Dem/Progressive, who has trotted-out just about every attack against
Israel that the lefties can muster:
Reader Poll: Do You Approve of Attorney General Kathleen Kanes Job Performance?
Me:
Why are you dismissive of the Iranian-nuke threat?
472

DD:
Because its not a real threat.
1) Iran with one nuke is not a threat to Israel with 200 nukes. Contrary to the
demonization of Iran, its leaders arent insane and would not launch a strike against
Israel and guarantee their annihilation.
2) An Iranian nuke is more of a deterrent threat to Iraq or US invasion.
3) The deal the US is structuring with Iran is for civilian nuclear power with international
monitoring, to prevent nuclear weapons, in exchange for lifting sanctions.
4) Any self-defense rational for Israel having a nuke can be applied to Iran.
5) Why does Israel need hundreds of nukes? There are only about three dozen major
cities in the mid-east with population over 1 million. How many targets does Israel
have for its nukes? How many countries does it threaten?
6) If Iran had a single nuke, it would be the most heavily guarded item in the country. No
band of rogue rebels is going to take it. It would never be used as anything but a
retaliatory weapon (or threat) against an aggressor.
Simply put, it is not credible that Iran would use a nuke, especially against Israel, which
would have no qualms about complete genocide of Iran in retaliation.
Note: Even if YOU claim that Israel wouldnt engage in genocide, the Iranians certainly
believe they would, and have the capability with their 200 nukes. All this requires is
Irans belief that Israel is genocidal.
Note 2: If Iran launched a nuke strike on Israel, and YOU were in charge of Israels
nuclear arsenal, Im sure you would give a genocide order against Iran.
Me:
Your broad assertions and reassurances fly in the face of what even BHO/Kerry said
publicly and therefore, cry for references.
DD:
publicly they have to pretend Iran is a threat to Israel (but they are really more
concerned Iran is a threat to Iraq or other countries, particularly an invasion from the
US).
publicly Obama and Kerry wont acknowledge that Israel has 200 nukes.
So much for publicly.
Me:

473

You essentially risk ignoring the pronouncements that Iran wants to destroy Israel by
nuking-up; this is unwise.
Furthermore, Iran could use a 3rd-party to destroy Tel Aviv, and people such as yourself
would decry any reaction by Israel in the absence of a smoking-gun; thus, they could kill
millions *disproportionately+, while BHO *and you-Dems] lamented.
Your posture is inapposite to the consensus in America; Iran would also threaten [via
blackmail+ other regional powers [plus Europe/Japan]; this may not matter to you, but
such leverage could provoke in particular Saudis to nuke-up.
You choose not to believe what is said, an approach that recalls how BHO said [after the
midterms+ that he also had heard from those who hadnt voted *and assumed they
supported him]; such self-fulfilling prophesy is based upon faith rather than facts.
Indeed, your shifting postures carry an identical tinge; my documentation prompts you
to ignore rectifying anything, as you punch elsewhere and you solely listen to your
personal drummer rather than the available information.
DD:
You are really ignorant to think that Iran would give their only nuke (or any nuke) to a
third party. Even dumber, you think that there would be no smoking gun. (Scientists
can determine make-up, origin and design of a weapon from the detonation and
signature radiation.)
The only country ever to attack another with a nuke was the US, and that was about 70
years ago. India and Pakistan dont even use nukes against each other.
While Iran may consider a nuke to be a deterrent against an attack by threat of
retaliation, they would never initiate an unprovoked nuclear attack (even N. Korea
hasnt done that).
You chose to believe propaganda, posturing and fear-mongering over actions, history,
common sense and the motivated self-interest of countries.
You probably are even dumb enough to think that Ahmadinejad actually believed his
public denials of the Holocaust (when it was obvious that he knew the Holocaust
happened but was just making the statements to piss off Israel and get anti-Israeli
political support).
So, going by the statements, while ignoring the actual behavior, you constantly fall into
this trap and have no clue.
Iran would gain nothing if they launched a first strike, as the other nuclear powers
would join to attack them, along with everyone else. There is absolutely no upside for
them to use a nuke EXCEPT the threat of retaliation for an invasion.

474

Iran is at the negotiating table to abandon its nuclear ambitions because it cant really
gain anything by having a weapon compared to how much the sanctions are crippling
them.
Saudi Arabia doesnt need a nuclear weapons program, as they could likely obtain nukes
directly from Pakistan.
Still, it would be a deterrent, like the U.S. Russian cold war. Each of us had thousands
of nukes, and never fired a single one. Mutually assured destruction. Once someone
launches a nuke, it becomes open-season on them for ANY kind of attack: nuke,
biological, etc.
There is much more risk of Israel launching preemptive strikes against all its Arab
neighbors out of fear/paranoia, than Iran launching against them.
If you were an adult in the 50s and 60s, you are the type of fool who would have
bought a fallout shelter to protect yourself against the Ruskies, because they were
godless commies.
Me:
As predicted, you depend upon your faith rather than the lying ears and eyes who
hear and see Iran nuking-up; indeed, you even assume Iran would stop @ making only
one bomb, absent any justification from any author [while thereby admitting the intent
to nuke-up, which youd previously denied+.
Your reaction is also replete with inacccuracy, starting with the claim that the rest of the
world would descend upon Iran were a bomb dropped; your forensics would not be
foolproof [witnessing statements from the IAEA and USA that certain facets of what Iran
is doing ALREADY are unknowable] and you can be sure that the Ruskies and Chinks
[Chinese, employing a comparable shorthand term, unless you know another] would
find some way to demur [e.g., how Russia blocks attacks on Syria in the UN Security
Council, even when everyone else knows chemical and other anti-humanity weapons
were used by Assad].
So, your rationalizations recall the reaction of the world in the 30s when Hitler was
ignored and, candidly, because Israel has no designs on conquering Iran, Israel will not
sit-back and cow-tow to BHOs proven-to-be-flawed paradigm for BEHAVIOR in the
Middle East; you have yet to show that events transpiring after the Arab Spring are all
tethered to the Arab war against Israel rather than to other forces *such as, just for
example, Sunni-Shiite rivalry+.
DD:
1) Israel certainly has designs on attacking Iran (so does McCain, Romney and a lot of
right-wingers in the US). Israel doesnt seem interested in conquering Iran, just hurting
its military and instilling fear.
2) The nuclear powers, including Russia and China, would slap Iran down if they actually
used a nuke, to set an example.
475

3) Whats your criteria for Israel to use any of its 200 nukes?
4) Bringing up Hitler is a sure sign youve lost the argument.
5) If you are really worried about the next Hitler being ignored, then you should be
looking closer at Israel and Netanyahu:
Advanced military and nuclear program
Strong air force
Promotes racial purity
Occupies neighbors
Engages in expansion
Engages in oppression and ethnic cleansing
Compulsory military service
Growing fascism
Google: (israel fascism) for a list of articles
Me:
Again, rather than admit you conjured the absence of information to buttress your
viewpoint *behavior c/w with invoking faith+, you are attacking Israel and any remedy
that would weaken Iran; invoking history [as per Santayana] is apt [including Nazism],
particularly when the anti-Semites in the Middle East coordinated with Hitler [sharing a
common-goal, then and now].
The rest of your surmisings constitute predictable essay questions that are
resoundingly answered in a true/false fashion: FALSE!
In the process, you evaded any effort to counter the specifics of what I typed [and that
you know to be true], namely, that the ability to invoke forensics would be limited [and
predictably ignored by ideologues such as BHO and yourself, regardless].
Even BHO/Kerry cannot deny the potency of the growing Iranian-nuke threat, and they
are coming to recognize that they cant keep kicking-the-can-down-the-road for another
two-plus years; events are rapidly catching-up to them, and their tired references [such
as to peace-talks that the PA was recognized even by Indyk to have nuked] are
increasingly falling on deaf ears.
Kathleen Kane Tells CNN Pornographic Emails Included Pictures of Children
DD:
The UN and The International Court of Justice are two credible international bodies;
besides the findings of the UN, 150 countries voted to condemn the fence.
Me:
I requested credibility, and each of the references as anticipated, cited Israel as an
occupier; none recognized the origins of the67 war *Israel was attacked by Jordan] and

476

the fact that cease-fire lines *dating back to 48 do not constitute international borders
that are subject to International scrutiny.
THEREFORE, you have yet to cite an Israeli politician who has CREDIBILITY [including
from Labor/Meretz/Kadima, not just Likud] who decries the presence of this barrier
[which has slashed deaths from Palestinian Arab terrorism].
And, of course, you have failed to rebut the overarching point regarding the fact that,
much as you might wish to deny it, Israel is currently a self-proclaimed Jewish State.
*
Illustrative of the double-standard applied to Israel is the absence of critique of el-Sisi
for demolitions along the Philadelphi Corridor.
DD:
The double-standard applied to Israel is that the US doesnt accuse them of war
crimes, but shields them. Its a double-standard that they are chastised for their nuclear
ambitions and subject to international inspections.
The ENTIRE WORLD recognizes Israel as an occupier. ALL of the sources have more
credibility than Israel.
Any Israeli politician I could find that opposed the wall, you would declare not credible.
Im not willing to waste any time looking, since opposition to the wall isnt the issue. I
dont oppose the wall, only the illegal parts of the route. But, you keep missing the point
that the issue isnt the wall but rather just some sections of it that encroached onto
Palestinian land. Had different leaders been in charge, I can only hope that the finally
route would have been different and legal.
Me:
The Israeli Supremes as per your quote sought the solution that yielded the least
disruption; the concept of eminent domain is comparable.
So, as long as you have ceded the ability of Israel to have created a physical barrier
[which, oh by the way, you probably oppose with regard to Mexico, right?], the lack of
physical harm to those who have olive trees that have been displaced pales in
comparison to the drop in suicide/homicide bombings.
Thus, the conjoint policy of all major Israeli political parties [and personalities] has
supported the barrier; thus, you cannot blame Likud for engaging in Apartheid and
you can now return to the major item-of-contention, namely, that Israel is indeed a selfproclaimed Jewish State that you claim America should have opposed since its
inception *regardless of the degree to which this fundamental raison dtre may have
been applied in a given situation].
DD:

477

Just because Israel wants to isolate and alienate itself with a wall, doesnt mean that the
U.S. should duplicate its foolishness.
Building the wall solidifies a defeatist attitude against finding solutions/peace with
neighboring countries. Its the kind of philosophy that suits a country like Israel that
promotes religious and racial purity, and frowns on inter-faith marriages.
The U.S. is better than that, and isnt at war with its neighbors. The U.S. should avoid
emulating Israel.
The term Jewish State vs Jewish and Democratic state is an ongoing debate within
Israel as to whether the Israeli Declaration of Independence showed a clear intent for a
democratic state (with ample evidence that it was).
To clarify this matter, in 1985, Basic Law was updated to include:
7A. A candidates list shall not participate in elections to the Knesset, if
the goals or actions of the list, expressly or by implication, include one
of
the
following:
(1) negation of the existence of the State of Israel as a Jewish and
democratic state;
Further updates in 1992 and 1994 also used Jewish and democratic state.
If the Israelis still arguing over whether Israel is (and always has been) a Jewish State
or a Jewish and democratic state, then you and I arent going to resolve it here.
I agree with those who feel it always has been a Jewish and democratic state (and it
certainly has been the official position for the last 30 years).
You can chose to believe whatever the f*ck you want, but my position is a valid one.
If Israel tries to switch from the last 30 years (undisputed in Basic Law) of being Jewish
and democratic state to being just Jewish state, then it is a step backwards, and
should be treated as such.
Me:
The fact that you refer constantly to the security barrier as a wall *when it isnt,
throughout its length] telegraphs your opposition thereto [again, flying in the face of
almost the entire Israeli leadership and electorate, following extensive litigation]; that
you claim it solely carries negative symbolism without recognizing it has saved Israeli
lives, this adds another Jewish life is cheap feather into your headdress.
Barriers can be removed after peace is restored and permanent borders have been
established; in the meantime, although everything Israel does is placed upon the tuttut microscope, you have tacitly admitted the existence of a double-standard [recall
the summary demolition of houses by Egypt, with more potentially in its cross-hairs].

478

Recall also your incorrect characterization of smuggling tunnels, ignoring their

potential to be used offensively *n both senses of the word]; this provides both
another Jewish life is cheap feather in your anti-Semitic cap, but it also contradicts
physical evidence [i.e., the sites where the tunnels led, deep into Israel @ multiple sites,
near kibbutzim].
Your brushed-up knowledge-base has not sufficed when faced with Philosophy 101type thinking; if an entity is a and b it is a *defining a as a Jewish State and b
as Democratic+; whatever document you cite after48 doesnt negate the clear
meaning thereof [of which you had previously had been ignorant].
So, because Israel is and has been a Jewish State *absent any reference to Democracy
in your prior pronouncements+, she satisfied your criterion for being opposed by the
USA since 48 *and, by your definition, meriting overt actions to be overthrown]; all your
tangential thinking [which includes both confabulation and loose-associations, in the
psychiatric-pathology sense] serves only to recall the twitching of a dying animal [that,
in your case, has long-since lost an argument based on a simple syllogism: if p then q
and p yields q+.
DD:
If Israel descends into fascism, they would still call themselves a Jewish state.
http://www.google.com/search?q=israeli+fascism
Its the nature/character of the type of Jewish state they create that is at issue. If its a
state based upon oppression, bigotry, and religious intolerance then its not something
to encourage or brag about.
Me:
You again introduce a qualifier when the unpleasant truth staring you in the face
states that, currently and since 48, Israel has been a self-proclaimed Jewish State;
when you created this criterion for American opposition [which you had defined as
seeking overthrow inter-alia+, you had assumed it was a hypothetical *because of
your vague awareness of the pending legislation].
I provided information regarding the [security-based] rationale for this initiative, for
none of the other policies of Israel would be altered in the process; thus, you cant
reasonably claim that passage of this one Basic Law would suddenly transform Israel
into a fascist entity.
THEREFORE, again, notwithstanding your fevered protestations to the contrary, you
have reinforced your opposition to Israel since its inception, explaining why you
consider actions by Hamas to be reasonable under the circumstances.

Subject: Thoughts - LXII [Kurdistan]
https://www.scribd.com/doc/248743756/Thoughts-LXII-Kurdistatn
It is desirable to provide a Kurdistan-focused update, if for no other reason than to ensure yall have
been able to read what I just remitted to Sharyl Attkisson [with whom I briefly chatted 10 days ago];
anyone with any ideas as to how to disseminate these data is cordially invited to provide a lead. We came
close when the op-ed was printed in The Hill, but they couldnt provide the graphics [documentation of
the deceit of the leaders of the opposition who are blindly supported by BHO].
Almost 4K pages [of these Blast e-mails] have been disseminated and compiled during
the past 1 years [1051 (Anti-BHO) + 2492 (Action-Items) + 480 (Thoughts)];
they have been (and continue to be) tightly-composed and, I daresay, contain tens-ofthousands of on-point citations.
Currently pending are efforts to convince BHO to support the Kurds as a priority and to initiate the Log
Cabin Republicans in PA [of which Im the provisional-Prez, despite being heterosexual]; the latter must
be coupled with an intense computerization effort [as the GOP apparently accomplished in other states,
particularly those with Senatorial contests that proved successful].
Throughout, the importance of the TEA Party Movement [as a much-maligned, highquality initiative] has been validated, even as efforts continue to work against [a
blogger who rubber-stamps BHO] and with [a friend who continues to feel the social
issues mandate remaining a Dem] people who serve as an ongoing font of contrarian
viewpoints.]

Also noted is the fact that Sheikh Muhammad Sharif Odeh, leader of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in
the Holy Land condemned the synagogue-murders; that Kurdistan-related essays by Aymenn Jawad AlTamimi [e.g, The Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham] seem to be credible; and that John R. Cohn, M.D. just
published a piece that explores The Politicization of Medicine for Political Warfare. {Recommended also
is a piece that explores the Only Man Banned by the AP, an Israeli Professor Monitoring Leftist Groups.}
Also, note that an article exploring why Chinese investors are signing-up to fund I-95Pa.Turnpike link prompted one reader to opine that exchanging a six-digit donation
for the ability to emigrate to America seemed uncanny (The whole thing smells of
rotten cronyism and citizenship should not be for sale), whereas I felt this was a small
"price" to pay to get necessary financing (for America). *The devils in the details.+
In any case, the rest of this Blast e-mail conveys the [self-explanatory+ database regarding BHOs
ongoing blunder [for he seemingly likes to double-down on disastrous decisions].
{This is composed in the format of an e-mail to Ms. Sharyl Attkisson.}
We know youve been terribly-busy lately *I saw your interview on RT.com with Larry King a few nights
ago], but we hope you will react favorably to this update of our current efforts to draw attention to the
plight of the Kurds, for media-attention appears to have been diverted. Also note that my son reminded
me that the Azidis are Kurds, too, so their ongoing plight is perceivable as a subset of the mega-forces
we are attempting to affect. Im available *as is Sherkoh+ whenever/wherever.
480

You may recall that I remitted some of this info after I [briefly] met you in Newtown, PA; since that time,
we got another article published [America Must Prioritize Arming the Kurdseven if it Antagonizes Iran
and Turkey] and we have two others submitted to one site [for primarily-Kurdish consumption] and one
@ another site [Washington Times], and one of them submitted for a reprint @ another site [the op-ed
published in The Hill, as referenced in the above-piece].
You had suggested that you might want to [1]chat, and/or [2]shunt us to a colleague.
Also, as I had quickly muttered, we have a standing-invite to visit D.C. [Sherkoh lives in Michigan] to chat
with the Board of the Jewish Policy Center *c/o Shoshana Bryen+ but, frankly, Id want to time our visit
to overlap when you and/or your colleague could sit-in on the discussion *because Id envision it as
oriented towards being a strategy-session rather than as merely an informational-event, for the latter
can be gleaned from the Internet].
I also nudged Sherkoh to translate the other Facebook entries to which I [very briefly] alluded; they are
appended as informational items infra. What Id like to see accomplishedwith your helpis the
dissemination of the data that demonstrate BHO is currently aiding people who do not share our goals
[The Free Syrian Army], even as he continues to eschew those who unabashedly do [the Kurds]. It would
be crucial to have these data referenced [and vetted] so that an effort could be promulgated to
encourage Congress to conduct hearings on this issue [in conjunction, perhaps, with a War-Powers-Act
bill], thereby training national attention on what is REALLY transpiring.
We wear our egos on our sleeves, in that we would think youd want to reference where you had
acquired the [heretofore unpublished] data, but we would care not if the actual article is bylined by
either/both of us; for example, Sherkoh has determined [during the past half-decade] which of our
names he wants to headline a given op-ed.
We would, perhaps, not be so adamant were others disseminating our message but, coupled with BHOs
intransigence [for a change!], we feel compelled to keep pushing-out these data *and the Kurds plea+.
We are also, frankly, dismayed @ how people such as [serial-plagiarist] Fareed Zakaria are subtly
conveying BHOs faulty narrative when, for example, he hosts a guest who promotes the counterproductive concept of the USA encouraging Turkey to invade Syria [Fareed Zakaria goes 1-on-1 with
Syria expert Joshua Landis to discuss an innovative solution to the ongoing Syrian crisis].
It is desirable to validate Sherkohs track-record in this regard [for I play the Aaron-role to his
Moses-generated efforts] by citing essays by Caroline Glick.
One *As Syria prepares for war+ introduced Sherkoh *on 3/15/2007+:
Sherkoh Abbas, a Kurdish-Syrian exile living in the US, heads the Kurdistan National
Assembly of Syria. He explains that due to Syria's economic weakness and the Assad
government's profligate corruption, the regime is widely despised by its Syrian subjects.
According to Abbas, the organized domestic opposition to the regime crosses ethnic
lines and includes Kurds, Druse, Alawites, and even members of Assad's family clan.
Another *Fighting the next war+ was published on 4/17/2007; you can assume that the applicability of
the following quotation has only been enhanced during the subsequent seven-plus years:

481

Sherkoh Abbas, who heads the Kurdistan National Assembly of Syria from his home in
the US, participated in the conference. In a recent conversation he explained, "Most
Syrian Kurdshave views similar to President Barzani. As Kurds we can say that we have
no issues with Israel; in fact we are against the desire of the Ba'ath party, the Muslim
Brotherhood or terrorists to destroy Israel
"The Kurds did not suffer by the hands of Israelis or Jews. All or most of their sufferings
were caused by Arabs, Persians and Turks. In Syria, the Ba'ath regime Arabized the
Kurdish region, stripped 300,000 Kurds of Syrian citizenship, and killed many Kurds. We
do not want to fight for the Syrian regime."
She also validated his efforts [on 3/28/2011] definitively [The Syrian spring]:
The Kurds make up around 10 percent of Syrias population. They oppose not only the Baathist
regime, but also the Muslim Brotherhood. Represented in exile by the Kurdistan National
Assembly of Syria, since 2004 they have sought the overthrow of the Assad regime and its
replacement by democratic, decentralized federal government. Decentralizing authority, they
believe, is the best way to check tyranny of both the Baathist and the Muslim Brotherhood
variety. The Kurdish demand for a federal government has been endorsed by the Sunni-led exile
Syrian Reform Party.
Jerry Gordon quoted a colleague, Ted Belman, who explained why Obama is . . .anti-Western, antiChristian and anti-Semitic that provides extensive color-commentary regarding what Sherkoh has been
doing [and the frustrations he has encountered].
THEREFORE, I concluded *long ago, and reinforced regularly since then+ that Sherkoh is the real thing
and merits as much promotion as possible; this is why I have dug-deep to enhance his efforts by
digesting his submissions and generating op-eds; his efforts merit intense scrutiny.
,The rest of the attachment is written in Sherkohs words and it contains an extended quotation that
elaborates on the emotions that animate his activities *which I havent even begun to explore for, when
it was translated via the Internet from Arabic, it was right-justified and almost incomprehensible]; this
additional raw material can be mined for additional information, but the key-goal is to sustain the
message that BHO is continuing to promulgate a wrong-headed approach that MUST be altered ASAP!}
*
The military leader of the Free Syrian Army [being supported (financed, armed and trained) by the US
and Saudi Arabia] accused Kurds of being terrorists instead of viewing the Islamic State as terrorists.
Therefore, not only is BHO withholding vital support to people who are imminently to be slaughtered,
but he is also placing America behind opponents of the only pro-American fighting-force in the region.

482

Sherkoh provides translation of his quotation:

PYD/YPG are terrorists; we work only with honorable Kurds. In our eyes, we have three
types of Kurds: 1)Israel and Zionist Kurds; 2)PKK/YPG terrorists, and 3)Kurds who
are first Muslim and Second Syrian who deserve no rights, period.
Sherkoh provides this commentary:
Thus, General Abdulellah Albashir, in charge of FSA, accused the Kurdish PYD of being
terrorists; he said he will work only with those whom he considers to be honorable
Kurds, without specifying which Kurds would meet his criteria. If he is not willing to
accept Israel or Jews, for sure he will not accept the Kurds. Why does US trust these
characters?
When Sherkoh met him in D.C., he found him chauvinistic and fascistic, asserting the Kurds have no
right to ask for anything beyond citizenship.

We are pictured with a Local Syrian Arab opposition leader in D.C.

483

Therefore, enhanced publicity is needed ASAP, for BHO is BOTH withholding help from the Kurds AND
helping the Free Syrian Army that is infested with anti-American/anti-Israel Islamists.
*
To follow are additional citations and their assessment by Sherkoh; I added a few hyperlinks.

The Commander of the Army of Islam Zahran Aloush [this hypelinked essay, by the guy who was
interviewed by Zakaria, vide supra, omits any discussion of the Kurds] said that Kurds are brothers, but
that We need to free Ayen Arab (Koban) from PYD/YPG and ISIS; it was uploaded within the past 4
weeks.

Lt Colonel Ryadh Alassad was the commander of the Free Syrian Army; he tweeted [on 11/1/2014] that
Kurdish Peshmerga forces violated the Syrian Arab National integrity when they entered Ayen Alarab;
elsewhere, he was quoted as having praised the Al Nusrah Front as 'brothers.'

484

Sherkoh noted the irony of his claim that foreign terrorists [other than Kurds] could enter Syria, such as
those of the Islamic State; further, he purposefully used the Arabized name for Koban instead of the
Kurdish name. And, of course, he laments the fact that US Proxies Surrender in Syria, as he had
predicted would occur when American support had been misplaced.

Subject: Thoughts - LXIII [Israel, Yom-Knisa, Levy-Report, Illegals, Dems, GOP, Ferguson]

https://www.scribd.com/doc/248947104/Thoughts-LXIII-Israel-Yom-Knisa-Levy-Report-Illegals-DemsGOP-Ferguson
Paris Jewish Community in Shock Over Rape, Home Invasion 'Because You Are Jews'
The first of three Israel-oriented events transpired last night [c/o the local ZOA]; the others are
scheduled for tomorrow [Republican Jewish Coalition @ 7:30 a.m. and a movie-preview (Body & Soul
also c/o the ZOA) @ 7:00 p.m.+. For an event that was scheduled on the Wednesday prior to
Thanksgiving and that was to be held the following Monday night, that 50 people were in-attendance
(on a rainy, chilly night) is testimony to how well-known the ZOAs Man in Israel (Jeff Daube) has
proven to be (albeit hired, after having been a school-teacher, only seven years ago). His speech focused
on desecration of the Mount of Olives, but he also touched-upon the legality of Israels controlling
Judea/Samaria, c/o the just-translated Levy Report [starting on page 9]; he has worked with Arlene
Kushner, who provided a digest thereof [with a map and reference to Oslo]. {The Executive Director of
the Greater Philadelphia District of the ZOA, Steve Feldman, was responsible for rapid dissemination
of the word this event was to transpire.Steve and I published two articles [in the American Thinker] that celebrate the
"establishment" of the ancient state of Israel [on the 10th of Nisan], which Steve dubbed
"Yom Knisa" [short for "Yom Knisa la'aretz" or "The Day of the Entering Into the Land"].
Our articles [Israel at 60 - Give or Take a Few Thousand Years & A Holiday for the Ages
and Today] posit that Jews essentially hold a deed to the land [per Joshua 3:14-17],
which they *we+ have continuously inhabited unto the present-day. This rather unique
circumstance has been recognized thereafter ["In national terms, Israel was first
sovereign in 1020 BCE"], and has not been challenged publicly.
In prior Blast e-mails, we have tenaciously defended this paradigm
against being corrupted [consciously and/or inadvertently]; indeed,
again, this-a.m., Steve refined the way I present this concept [delinking
its import from the Exodus, when another body of water was traversed].
We are aware that a Yom Aliyah was recognized in
Israel, this past Spring, rooted also on the 10th of Nisan,
reflecting the date when the largest Aliyah occurred;
we feel this misses the necessity to emphasize the
Jewish connection with the land. We know this new
event has not yet been formally added to the Israeli
Calendar [as has been, as of two days ago, recognition
of the travails of modern Jews residing in Arab Lands];
thus, we would want to advocate for adoption of our
original idea and, specifically, Jeff Daube is envisioned
as our conduit to M.K.s.

486

We feel this initiative carries both cultural and legal implications that,
respectively, dovetail with religious [Drash] and historical [political]
considerations. As is often the case, we are uncompromising on these
principles, although we are open to efforts to seek-common-ground
with like-minded individuals; although Steve is far more grounded in
Torah study than am I, we share identical intent, namely, to invoke the
archaeological record to buttress the claim of Jews to Eretz Yisrael.
During a mini-chat with Jeff prior to his presentation, I gained an appreciation of the
sequential strategy being implemented, the concepts undermining which I had already
surmised *as stated both in prior Blast e-mails and in blogging on PoliticsPA]. It may be
recalled that I had conveyed personal e-mail exchanges with Ms. Kushner regarding the
absence of a stated-remedy for the problems she lamented [e.g., stoning on the Temple
Mount, murders of the three rabbis]; I had advocated deportation to Gaza, while she
had demurred. I now know why, for adoption of the Israel as a Jewish State legislation
as part of the Basic Law could lead to stripping rioters of their *Jerusalem+ citizenship,
a state that, then, could facilitate such interventions as I had advocated [deportation].
Israel continues to attempt to disseminate its message [Words matter: how vocabulary defines the
Israeli-Palestinian conflict; AP Accused of Bias Against Israel] as efforts continue to create an Intifada-III
[While terror rages in Jerusalem, Israel-Jordan relations hang in the balance; three Palestinians charged
in plot to attack MK Feiglin and Glick on Temple Mount]. The political turmoil triggered by a candid
assessment of Democracy and the Jewish State could even lead to early elections despite the fact that
Palestinians continue to promulgate The Big Lie. Also, now that Hamas Said the Palestinian Unity
Government [which had been a faade] Is Over, it will be intriguing to note BHOs rationalization for
funding Hamas *terrorists+ in conjunction with reconstruction of Gaza; Hamas itself is in turmoil (and is
Plotting New Violence), even as the Obama Admin Wants Hamas Ally Qatar to Remain Chief Broker in
Peace Process. {Meanwhile, Mahmoud Abbas, the so-called "moderate" President of the Palestinian
Authority, said that his people will never recognize Israel as a Jewish state.}
Meanwhile, terrorism continues globally, targeting Israel and Jews [ISIS kidnapped
Canadian-Israeli (former IDF soldier who went to fight with the Kurds); Islamic State
planned to hijack Israeli ship; Shots were fired at Israeli bus in West Bank (no injuries);
Turkish cleric says Israel behind Islamic State; Erdogans Turkey is an Emerging State
Sponsor of Terrorism ("The American Foreign Policy with Syria has been feckless while
Turkey has been reckless); Israeli seriously injured in suspected hit and run in West
Bank}. {Also, note that the Media Imbalance Toward Israel has Become Rooted.}

487

One reader expressed gratitude for these efforts *Thank you for all the thought and time you put into
these "blasts". I pass them on in part or whole to others+; others contribute data that are turnedaround as expeditiously as possible. Curiously, the misguided-albeit-strident Dem/lib blogger @
PoliticsPA has been quiescent for two days; perhaps he finally has come-up-dry when trying to reply to
my truth-telling [as manifest on two sites].
I received two Fortune Cookies on Sunday at a local Chinese-Food Buffet because I both
pre-tipped a waitress [who then provided a stale one] and thanked another waitress for
a Diet-Coke refill [who then provided a crisp one]; they are both encouraging *The
mightiest oak in the forest is just a little nut that held its ground and A frivolous gift is
a gift, nonetheless+. My conjoint interpretation is that its worthwhile to persevere in
efforts to disseminate truths, even if some recipients are occasionally inattentive. {For
example, listen to a clip of Milton Friedman discuss Americas upward-mobility.}
Dems continue to squabble after the Midterms [Dems assail Wall Street ties in Obama administration;
Cassidy up 15 points on Landrieu; Dem favorable rating sinks to record low (36% have a favorable view,
now lower than that of the GOP); 2016 retirements could complicate Dems' comeback plans; Warren
trounced Clinton in poll of liberal group; there are 4 Ways Hillary Clinton Can Distance Herself from
Barack Obama in 2016; Rep. Grayson: Obama's immigration delay hurt Dems; Southern Dems cant win].
Meanwhile, Rs are energized *GOP game plan: Make Dems the party of no] as 13 Republicans are vying
for POTUS-16 (prompting a Conservative reaction to The Hill: You can always tell the lefties; they
push Christie, Huckabee and Bush as top-tier runners, when conservatives know they will never make a
primary - if they run at all); CONSERVATIVES MOVE TO THWART JEB and Rick Perry leads way in Iowa
events. {Also, The Dem-Academia junk science axis has dug-in.}
Illustrative of the importance of the House [and, perhaps, joint-Senate] BenghaziGate
Committed is another report suggesting The House Intelligence Committee Benghazi
Report was a Whitewash. Regarding other national issues, a House Member Seeks
Probe of Bergdahl Ransom Payment and Plunging Oil Prices Undermine U.S. Adversaries.
,Also, as was predicted in a prior Blast e-mail a few days ago, the fighter who lost to
Mickey Rourke 'was paid to throw the bout.'}
Illustrative of the injustice of BHOs Immunity-Order, also, is the fact that Iraqis Who Served U.S. Seek
Visas...and Wait; meanwhile, it still seems that Republicans will not stop Barack Obamas executive
overreach; also noted is the utterly ridiculous claim made by House Appropriations Chairman Hal Rogers
that, in the upcoming slap-fight with Obama over his brutalization of immigration law, the GOP could
not touch the funding of the Citizenship and Immigration Service because it is funded mostly by fees
paid by visa applicants. {Also, KRAUTHAMMER feels the GOP SHOULD RUN ON 'BUILD A DAMN FENCE,'
and Poll confirmed that the GOP, not Obama, will be blamed for a new government shutdown.}
Illustrative of the domestic-terrorism threat of Islamism enhanced by Illegals, Oprah
Winfreys Chicago-based studio was targeted in a foiled terrorist truck-bomb plot in
2009 devised by an illegal alien, an individual who was waving an Islamic State flag from
his car when he was arrested, and two of the FBI's most wanted terrorists, among
others.

488

Illustrative of the effort to prolong discussion of Ferguson is the claim by FARRAKHAN that the 'LAW OF
RETALIATION' APPLIES TO FERGUSON and the fact that SHARPTON IS MEETING AT WHITE HOUSE;
perhaps as a result, a Ferguson Agitator Warned Some are 'Going to Have to Die,' 'There Should Be
Bloodshed' and, on November 30, four teens jumped a man in south St. Louis, using hammers to beat
him to death. {Amazingly, BLOOMBERG POLITICS PUBLISHED DARREN WILSON'S ADDRESS INFO.}
Regarding the Culture-Wars, the CDCs Latest Abortion Report suggests the procedure is
being performed less often, but predominantly upon Blacks. {Also, COSBY STEPPED
DOWN FROM TEMPLE'S BOARD.}

An article that concluded Philly is the No. 3 Best City to Be a Sports Fan provided an overview of the
history of what has transpired in each major sport during recent decades. Regarding the Eagles, a Hot
Finish will, hopefully, Keep Shady with Eagles Beyond 2014 because McCoy is Establishing Himself as
Best Eagles RB Ever; also, although there is a brewing QB-controversy, the Eagles' Defensive Line Coming
into Its Own, explaining why NFL Power Rankings have ranked Eagles as #4. Regarding the Phillies,
thankfully, Yanks Checked In on Rollins [good riddance] but Tomas went to the D-Backs on 6-Yr/$68.5M
Deal [about which, not surprisingly, Amaro claimed unconvincingly that he was 'Not Disappointed'] and
Papelbon is Not Yielding Any Trade Offers Yet [as might be anticipated]. Regarding the Flyers, as
Incredulous Snider blasted Flyers' lack of scoring depth, it is instructive to recall What caused the rift
with Lindros. ,Lets pass on the Sixers.-

U.S. Troops Warned of Islamic State Attacks on American Soil

ABC News reported Sunday it had obtained a joint intelligence bulletin sent to law enforcement agencies by the
FBI and the Department of Homeland Security warning that Islamic State forces may be targeting American
military troops inside the U.S. The bulletin warns those who serve in uniform to erase from their online social
media accounts anything that would draw attention from "violent extremists" or reveal service members'
identities. (VOA News)

Iran Bombing Islamic State in Iraq, U.S. Confirms - Akbar Shahid Ahmed
Iranian planes are bombing Islamic State targets in Iraq, a U.S. defense official confirmed Monday. He noted that
the Iranian bombing has been taking place near the Iranian border, in a different part of Iraq than most U.S. and
coalition activity. (Huffington Post)

U.S. Weighs Creating a Safe Zone in Syria - Karen DeYoung

The Obama administration is weighing the opening of a new front in the air war against the Islamic State in Syria
by creating a relatively safe zone along part of Syria's border with Turkey for U.S.-backed Syrian rebel forces to
move in. Under the plan, U.S. aircraft flying from Turkey's Incirlik air base would target positions along the
border north of Aleppo, eastward toward the besieged town of Kobane, with the targeting assisted by Turkish
special forces. The plan was developed during extensive meetings between U.S. and Turkish diplomatic and
military officials.
The proposal would at least partly address Turkey's long-standing desire for a protected buffer zone inside
Syria. In exchange, the U.S. would gain access to Incirlik for the use of manned warplanes and armed drones
throughout Syria. Aircraft currently striking Islamic State positions in northern and eastern Syria fly from bases in
the Persian Gulf, a distance of about 1,000 miles.
President Obama has not yet approved the proposal. Many officials, particularly in the White House and within
the military, remain distrustful of Turkey's desire to draw the U.S. into a direct confrontation with Assad. Turkey
agreed in recent weeks to allow the establishment in its territory of a training base for Free Syrian Army fighters.
Turkey is also training about 1,300 Iraqi Kurdish fighters to fight against the Islamic State. (Washington Post)

News Resources - Israel and the Mideast:

Abbas: Egypt Right to Create Buffer Zone on Gaza Border - Jack Khoury
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas says he cannot ask Egypt to stop demolishing houses and create a buffer
zone in Rafah, on the Egyptian side of the border with Gaza, because he is fully aware of Egyptian security needs.
Abbas told the Egyptian newspaper Al-Akhbar that 1,800 millionaires were created in Gaza who benefited from
the smuggling tunnels. Since those tunnels were used for smuggling weapons, drugs, cash and equipment for
forging documents, Abbas believed the destruction of the tunnels was the best solution.
Abbas said Hamas is an inseparable part of the Muslim Brotherhood and takes orders from the Brotherhood's
international leadership. He also noted that Hamas never stops lying, citing the kidnapping and murder of three
Israeli teenagers in the West Bank last summer. The Hamas political leadership denied any connection, while
senior Hamas leader Saleh al-Arouri accepted responsibility for the kidnapping in a speech he made in Turkey.

Rain and Vigilance Reduce Jerusalem Violence - Mitch Ginsburg

The Israeli security forces dispatched to quell the recent disturbances in Jerusalem are convinced that there is no
intifada or organized uprising, and that the unrest of recent weeks is very nearly extinguished. The Border Police
say the security measures put in place - aided by the wet weather - have worked to restore calm to the city.
Border Police Chief Superintendant Aviad Ketafi said the deployment of nearly 1,000 additional Border Police
troops, combined with undercover units, 320 cameras in the Old City alone, and four surveillance balloons have
contributed to a 30% drop in the number of protests in recent weeks and a reduction in their intensity. If in the
past each demonstration lasted for hours and included dozens of fireworks launched at officers, today many of
the disturbances are characterized by a few stones and are over within minutes.
Community leaders cautiously agreed. Bassem Eid, a human rights activist and resident of Beit Haninah, an
Arab neighborhood in northeast Jerusalem, said that nowhere on the horizon is there "anything resembling an
intifada." The small-scale riots are not organized, are devoid of ideology, and are sapped of power by the
Palestinian understanding that violence "doesn't attain a thing," he said. (Times of Israel)

UNESCO Seeks to Save Jewish Sites from Islamic State

The UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization will hold a special session in Paris this week to discuss
ways to save Jewish heritage sites in Iraq from being destroyed by the Islamic State group. UNESCO recently
announced an emergency plan to safeguard Iraq's cultural heritage sites following media reports that
the jihadist terrorist group has been systematically destroying ancient sites.
Jewish heritage sites in Iraq include the tomb of the prophet Ezekiel outside Baghdad, Daniel's Tomb in Mosul,
and Nahum's Tomb near Kush. UNESCO has asked Professor Shmuel Moreh of the Hebrew University of
Jerusalem to brief it in Paris. (Israel Hayom)

Iran's Not-So-Hidden Agenda - Michael Rubin

While the U.S. and Europe may lament the failure to reach a final agreement with Iran on its nuclear program,

conflict, for Tehran, the process has always been about winning concessions and relieving economic pressure, not
coming to an agreement.
Hassan Rouhani's efforts to remake the Islamic Republic's image are window-dressing, meant to distract
attention from Tehran's true aims. Thirty-five years since Iranian radicals seized the U.S. Embassy, the Iranian
message has not changed: Death to America. Death to Britain. Death to Israel. The writer, a former Pentagon
official, is a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. (Dallas Morning News)

Islamic State Targeting Saudi Arabia - Zvi Bar'el

Yusuf al-Dini, writing in the international Saudi newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat, analyzes a recent speech by Abu
Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State, outlining the group's new strategy. Baghdadi is attempting to
build bases all over the Middle East, with his main objectives being Arab regimes - first of all, Saudi Arabia. While
efforts to capture more territory in Iraq and Syria appear to have been blocked for now, the new strategy
envisions terror attacks in other Arab countries, with the aim of recruiting more and more supporters who will
establish movements that will conquer territories within those countries. According to this analysis, attacks
against Western nations are not at the top of ISIS' list. (Ha'aretz)

Palestinians Must Lead the Fight to Reform UNRWA - Bassem Eid

The UNRWA refugee camps were created 65 years ago for the sole purpose of keeping Palestinian Arabs in
"temporary" conditions under the false pretense and specious promise of the "right of return" to pre-1948
villages that do not exist. The UN rakes in more than $1.2 billion a year as an "incentive" to continue the
Palestinians' status as refugees.
The reform of UNRWA should include the introduction of UN High Commissioner for Refugees standards to
encourage permanent refugee settlement. UNRWA schools must cancel their war curriculum, which is based on
the principles of jihad, martyrdom and right of return by force of arms. UNRWA employees affiliated with Hamas,
defined by the donor nations to UNRWA as a terrorist entity, should be dismissed.
It is the responsibility of the Palestinian people to rebel against the arbitrary administration of UNRWA, which
seeks to perpetuate Palestinian refugee status instead of helping our people to strive for a better future. The
writer is the founder and director of the Palestinian Human Rights Monitoring Group. (Jerusalem Post)

In-Depth Issues:

Al-Qaeda Plot to Blow Up 5 Jets during Christmas - Donal MacIntyre (Sunday Express-UK)
Terrorists are plotting to blow up five European passenger jets in a Christmas "spectacular," security experts
say.
An airport security source told the Sunday Express: "We've been told that five planes are being targeted in a
high profile hit before Christmas....The threat is still alive and real."
The plot, which has been known about for the past two months, is thought to involve Islamists smuggling
bombs on to planes bound for major European destinations.
The latest threat is understood to have been uncovered by American intelligence officers.

Egypt: Islamic State Planned to Hijack Israeli Ship - Yasser Okbi (Maariv Hashavua-Jerusalem Post)
On Nov. 12, Islamic State fighters hijacked an Egyptian navy missile boat from Damietta Port in northern
Egypt. Egypt then sent reinforcements to the scene, and the hijacked ship was neutralized after an exchange of
fire.
Arab media reported on Monday that the insurgents had also planned to hijack an Israeli ship and use it as
leverage for the release of Palestinian prisoners.

Germany Says 300 Islamic State Supporters Facing Trial(Reuters)

Nearly 300 people are facing prosecution in Germany for supporting the Islamic State, German Justice Minister
Heiko Maas has said.
"Whoever supports IS can already be prosecuted under existing laws," he told Welt am Sonntag.
On Friday, a state prosecutor demanded a prison term of more than four years for a German man accused of
fighting with Islamic State insurgents in Syria. Dozens more trials are due to begin in coming months.

Muslim Brotherhood in Jordan Accused of Planning Attacks on Israelis - Elhanan Miller (Times of Israel)

491

Jordanian security forces arrested 20 men for planning to smuggle arms into the West Bank to be used in
terror attacks against Israelis, Al-Jazeera reported this week.
The men, all members of the Muslim Brotherhood or Jordan's engineers guild, were arrested after two
members returned from a solidarity visit to Gaza where they received military training.

Adding Turkey to the "State Sponsors of Terrorism" List - Daniel Pipes (National Review)
According to Israeli intelligence, Hamas has moved its outside-Gaza headquarters from Damascus to Istanbul;
it is headed by Saleh al-Arouri, whom Israel Hayom calls "an infamous arch-terrorist believed to be responsible
for dozens of attacks against Israelis."
Arouri recently plotted at least two very ambitious but foiled operations, including "an attack on Teddy
Stadium in Jerusalem, and an attack on the light rail train in the capital."
The claim of Hamas planning destruction from its Istanbul base needs to be investigated by the U.S.
government and, if found accurate, the Republic of Turkey then placed on the "State Sponsors of Terrorism" list.
Observations:
Zionism Is Not in Decline - Amos Yadlin and Uri Sadot (Ha'aretz)

Israel is more secure and prosperous now than ever in its history. It wields the strongest military power in the
Middle East; the economy is on a steady rise and rich with gas reserves; our demography is healthy; our people
are some of the happiest in the world and our society, as exemplified this summer, is close-knit and resilient in
times of trial.

In 2013, 19,200 new immigrants decided to relocate their homes to Israel, demonstrating that Zionism is not at
all on the decline.

Adding to its security, Israel now enjoys a wide network of alliances. Security cooperation with the U.S., military
aid levels, support in Congress, as well as trade volumes and tourism have never been better. China and India
are now increasingly cooperative both in trade and diplomatically. Similarly, trade volumes with Europe have
risen steadily.

Also worth noting are Israel's improving ties with Canada, Central European states, many countries in Africa, the
republics of central Asia, and the once-menacing Russian Federation.

Israel's two longest borders, with Jordan and Egypt, have long been pacified by treaties that have endured
turbulent periods.

The grave threat of conventional armies against Israel has disintegrated together with the Syrian and the Iraqi
states.
Maj.-Gen. (res.) Amos Yadlin, former Chief of Defense Intelligence, is director of the Institute for National
Security Studies (INSS), where Uri Sadot is a research fellow.

your own words], to wit [11/28/2014 @ 8:09 p.m.]:
You advocate the overthrow of the Israeli government; indeed, you have now been
shown to have the desire to have applied this heinous policy throughout Israels entire
lifetime.
*You have attempted to claim Israel is not a Jewish State because the
pending bill (regarding Basic Law) hasnt been passed; in the process,
493

you have consciously/repeatedly ignored Israels enabling document

from 5/15/1948.]
*Also, you have retroactively claimed, I am advocating for the
overthrow of the Israeli government by the left-centrist Jewish political
parties. You like to leave out who I want to do the overthrowing. (I wish
the US would/could help by denouncing Netanyahu or putting him on
trial for war crimes.)+
You have endorsed the behavior of Hamas *which the USA has designated as a
terrorist organization] that is, itself, promoting policies that are consonant with those of
the barbaric Islamic State.
*You have validated false claims by Hamas, to wit: Youve jumped from
my statement that the Palestinians have valid grievances.+
*The last time I typed this, you only quibbled with rationale, to wit: You
keep saying that I endorse Hamass behavior. I havent. Their behavior
has been ineffective at ending the cruel occupation of Palestinian
territories. Israels behavior has been worse, and I dont endorse it
either.+
You can run, but you cannot hide.

[PART II]
Its great to note that you have emerged from hibernation; I had assumed you had
exhausted methods to evade the conclusions drawn previously on two websites [using
your own words], to wit [11/30/2014 @ 3:08 p.m.]:
You again introduce a qualifier when the unpleasant truth staring you in the face
states that, currently and since 48, Israel has been a self-proclaimed Jewish State;
when you created this criterion for American opposition [which you had defined as
seeking overthrow inter-alia+, you had assumed it was a hypothetical *because of
your vague awareness of the pending legislation].
You can run, but you cannot hide.

DD has attempted, in vain, to evade the conclusion that, regrettably, he is an antiSemite; this also helps to explain why he is lock-step [goose-step?] with BHO.
Know also that he tried to deflect The Truth by invoking Godwins Law, forgetting that
Nazi-related metaphors are indeed indicated when [1]the Arabs/Iranians are mirroring
what Hitler/Nazis did in the 30s, and *2+there is overwhelming evidence that the Nazis
met with the Muslim leaders [e.g., The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem].
Therefore, none of his postings contain a shred of credibility.
*
You discount the polls *by surmising ballot-stuffing, by attacking methodology] instead
of recognizing (painfully) that editorialists (statewide) have increasingly recognized how
profoundly AG-Kane has mishandled her responsibilities [both politically and
operationally].
Note, just for example, that a lib-publication has lambasted her:
Calamity Kane: Is the state attorney general in over her head?
Do you still feel she could defeat Toomey?
Regarding Ferguson, Eric Holder channeled Rahms opening salvo of 6 years ago *We Must 'Seize' The
'Unique Opportunity' Ferguson Presents] and, thus, AG-Holder is to Target Racial-Profiling even As
Protesters Interrupted. Whereas BHOs Black-defenders persisted [Jesse Jackson Calls Ferguson Grand
Jury 'A Hangman's Noose'], at least one Black-critic emerged [former-Sixer Sir Charles BARKLEY said
the GRAND JURY GOT IT RIGHT, FOR LOOTERS ARE SCUMBAGS]. The media [Shapiro] Challenged Author
Who Defended Ferguson Riots and the Journalist Who Released Darren Wilson's Home Address Is Now
Calling Cops For Her Safety; furthermore, although an MSNBC Guest said the Ferguson Rioting was
Caused by 'White Supremacy,' Morning Joe lambasted these apologists *MSNBC's Joe Scarborough
Attacked Own Network for 'BS' Coverage of Ferguson and Scarborough Slammed Media on Ferguson:
'This [LA] Ram Thing Was the Last Straw']. Overall a Ferguson Poll revealed the Grand Jury Decision is
More Popular Than is Obama.
Perceiving these debates within the context of the Culture-Wars, it was noted that
Chicago is Heavy on Gun Control, but Light on Prosecution of Gun Crimes, although a
Man (paranoid about govt. agencies) fired a rifle at a neighbor. Also, pro-lifers lament
both Special Needs Abortions [A Holocaust] and the fact that, per the CDC, 78% of
Babies Aborted in New York City in 2011 Were Black or Hispanic; they also claim that
Dems are 'Falsifying' Republicans' Positions On Abortion. {Also, note that Dennis Prager
Released a Ten Commandments Video Series.}
Regarding Illegals, the societal burden created by their presence is burgeoning [1 in 3 Illegals in US Have
No High School Education and Two Illegal Alien Convicted Murderers Caught After Sneaking Across US
495

Border into Texas]; yet, the Dems are undaunted [Connecticut Set to Begin Issuing Driver's Licenses to
Illegal Immigrants]. Today, DHS SECRETARY JEH JOHNSON claimed OBAMA'S EXECUTIVE ORDER IS NOT
AMNESTY and Presser-Earnest claimed Obama Was 'Speaking Colloquially' When He Said He had
Changed Immigration Law; after AMNESTY ACTIVISTS DISRUPTED the HEARING, GOODLATTE
COMPARED OBAMA TO KING JAMES II. The pathway forward remains unsettled [Conservatives Consider

Concessions From Leadership on Fight Over Executive Amnesty] as the White House again claimed
Obama Will Shut Down Gov't. if Congress Defunds Exec Amnesty.
BenghaziGate Heroes Debunked the House Intel. Report as 'Full of Inaccuracies' with
Firsthand Account and Rand Paul simply claimed 'Benghazi Was the Definition of an
Intelligence Failure.' *Lets see what Trey Gowdy concludes, within a few months.+
Regarding POTUS-16, while NBC'S CHUCK TODD said I ALREADY HAVE 'HILLARY FATIGUE,' CRUZ said
the 'World is On Fire' and it was concluded that RAND'S ANTI-POLICE FERGUSON PANDERING WILL BITE
HIM IN 2016; it was also suggested that Ferguson Fallout yielded the view that Riots Put 'Law and Order'
at the Top of the GOP Agenda. Education is a close-second, noting that North Dakota Wants High School
Graduates to Pass Citizenship Test and that Louisiana US Sen. Vitter Changed Course and Now Opposes
Common Core Standards. Indeed, although Jeb Bush Said He Is Really Close To Announcing Something, it
is indeed possible that Common Core will Derail Him [along with his stance on Illegals]; he exhibited
petulance when queried in this regard [Jeb: 'I've Lost Patience' with Common Core Complaints], even as
a Chinese Immigrant Mom observed that Common Core Is 'Communist Core I Once Saw in China.'
Ultimately, JEB BUSH claimed the GOP DOESN'T NEED CONSERVATIVES TO WIN 2016 and, thus,
Congress SHOULD NOT DEFUND EXEC AMNESTY.
The Sandusky Scandal has been made into a Movie ('Happy Valley' reviews a very
unhappy story about Penn State), as Penn State trustees got access to Freeh Report
documents andUniversity presidents were subpoenaed in Paterno lawsuit; indeed, the
PATERNOS FIRED BACK AT THE NCAA IN CENTRE COUNTY COURT.
Regarding the Islamic-State, the global impact of Islamism continues to be experienced [Islamic State
Stronghold In Iraq Swamped With Water-Borne Disease, ISLAMIST GUNMEN KILL 36 IN KENYA, and
Dutch Lawmaker: 'We Do Not Want Islam in the Netherlands']; meanwhile, a cogent reaction thereto
has yet to be conjured (by BHO), for WE MUST SPEAK UP FOR PERSECUTED CHRISTIANS IN THE ISLAMIC
WORLD [despite the claim that It Is the Muslims Who Must Condemn ISIS, Said Pope Francis]. It seems
too trite to recall that refugees are best handled by [re-]settlement, as evidenced by the fact that the UN
World Food Program (to benefit Syria) was cancelled Due to Shortage of Funds, affecting 1.7 Million
Syrian Refugees. It is encouraging that the Iraqi Government Reached a Major Oil Deal With Kurds, for
oil will be exchanged from the autonomous region for a nearly 20 percent share of the national budget.

Regarding Philly-Sports, It is possible that the 76ers will be the Worst Team in NBA History; it is doubly
disconcerting that the penny-pinching Phillies never made offer for Tomas, agent said; Tomas was the
lone big-ticket free agent linked to the Phillies this offseason, but Alou believed Phillies general manager
Ruben Amaro Jr. had to "clear salary" before making a substantial commitment to Tomas. (Amaro, one
497

month into the offseason, has yet to make a significant move; the Phillies do not plan to compete for the
next few seasons.) {For levity watch The Freestylers [puppet, one man band, break-dancing].}
Rush Limbaugh Echo for Tuesday, 12/2/14
Opening: TV, moments ago, women on CNN hug each other.
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#1: TV CNN caption said, Cosby rape-victims meet
It looked like a reunion. Do all of the allegedly-raped women get together to get past
the trauma? Do Clinton-women hug each other for support? The only thing they have
in common is being sexually abused by a clown?
Power, not Truth is happening in the aftermath of Ferguson. NY-Post Rich Lowery,
What are they going to do now to win? Find another cop to victimize? How would
you like to be a police officer in this climate? Just let crime happen if there is a racial
component?
The only thing that matters to them is how people feel. The Black Caucus in the House,
led by (uncle of Akeem) Leonard Jeffreys, came in with their hands up. He was fired by
a NY university. ((Clip-Jeffreys: I yield to congresswoman: *she answers+ Hand Up,
Dont Shoot, Mr. Speaker . . .)) That was last night in the US House of Representatives.
There will be blowback with the NFL Rams raising their hands up. Everybody knows
the grand jury established the Gentle Giant was not surrendering with his hands up. The
autopsy, eye witnesses, and every shred of evidence showed Hands Up didnt
happen. The Police Association want and think they got an apology, and the Rams say,
No we didnt.
The Rams could have just said, OK. But they insist they didnt apologize. Eric Holder
says he will make moves to end racial-profiling, he may as well be VP.
((Clip-Obama: Ferguson showed a problem that is not uncommon. Young people of
color feel they are not being treated fairly, a problem for all of us.)) So Truth doesnt
matteronly how people feel about Ferguson.
This shows one reason I could never be in politics. So The First Black President tells us
that him being president for six years hasnt mattered a whit; and in fact, he will
politically capitalize on it. ((Clip-Obama: You have a president that is deeply invested.
This time will be different!)) Why only now?
How many of you voted for Obama to make a difference? How will it be different? The
grand jury spoke and showed Hands Up isnt true.
>>> How many of you voted for Obama to make a difference?
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#2: Rush coins a term, the Obama-cam

498

Obama starts out his press conference saying, Ferguson laid bare a problem that his
existed through America. What problem was laid bare? You cant rob a convenience
store? You cant try to shoot a cop? The cop was at fault?
As a side note, Obama advanced that idea way before: how is a criminal on a cop going
clean up crime in a community?
Obama should say, Commit a crime and the Obama-cam will be on you!
>>> People are going to go insane; which is part of the motivation.
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#3: Newark NJ calls for more cops!
Did you hear what Mitt Romney said? Swallow hard and go all in to head Obama off at
the pass, for comprehensive Amnesty. [ED: Do your own research.]
We know what happened in Ferguson, but that doesnt count. The problem in Ferguson
has been reconstructed to be the problem with police. Eric Holder speaks even more
radically than Obama. ((Reading-Holder: The issues raised in Ferguson are [nationwide]
and etc.)) So are cops hunting young Blacks, multiple times? No, it is very rare!
((Reading on: Federal racial profiling . . . our police officers cannot be seen as an
occupying force.)) So now, cops are not peace-keeps, but an occupying force in
neighborhoods of color, all over the country. They talk this way about Israel occupying
Palestine.
He wasnt finished ((Reading: The nation needs to confront the broken relationship.))
Lets see now: GAYs get GAY-marriage; Illegals get legalized; and we all got screwed
with Obamacare. So everybody got something from this regime.
WSJ: ((Reading: A crackdown on eleven shootings. It is an emergency here in our city,
three dead in Newark, N.J. Mayor Baracka spoke.)) No protests for the three dead?
Obama and Holder dont speak about problems in the community? So what is their
solution? They call for more cops!
In Ferguson, the police didnt rob a store, nor try to shoot themselves.
Gov Christie is sending in more highway patrol officers. How does that square with
putting an Obama-cam on each police officer? Before Obama and Holder, the police
were not seen as an occupying force.
((Reading on: The unemployment is high; broken families; etc.)) They identified The
Obama Economy as a factor, along with broken families:
>>> too bad The Regime cant work on those factors.
_____________________________________________________________
499

Seg#4: Obamas Hope and Change to neutralize America

Just a reminder to every police officer in the country, and Im being serious: And Rich
Lowery had it right: The Regime is looking for another cop to indict and [destroy]. It is a
very dangerous situation with cops in the crosshairs of the most powerful forces in the
country.
They didnt get what they wanted in Florida presidential election, nor in the White
Hispanic, George Zimmerman; not with the Duke Lacrosse team
>>> Progressives/Liberals/DbM/Democrats will keep trying!
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#5: Obama looks like a 95-pound weakling!
W-Post Dana Milbank says Obama is not using the Bully Pulpit.
>>> He says Obama is not doing enough.
To quote: After a week of Ferguson protests that have roiled the country, President
Obama on Monday did what he generally does in times of crisis: He had a meeting.
Actually, he had three of them, all behind closed doors. He met with his Cabinet. He met
with civil rights leaders. He met with law enforcement officials and community and faith
leaders. And when all the chin-wags and palavers were done, Obama invited the
cameras into the room and announced that he had decided ... to talk some more. He
created a task force to spend 90 days studying police best practices.
_____________________________________________________________
From the Rush Limbaugh Morning Update: "Collect!"
Well folks, consequences are already being felt from Obama's unconstitutional
executive amnesty for over 5 million illegal aliens. In California, illegal immigration
advocates have joined forces with Democrats and "health-care advocates" to demand
new benefits for those granted amnesty. [California Pushed to Expand Health Care for
Amnestied Illegals.]
California allows low-income immigrants with "deferred action" immigration status to
apply for health care coverage funded by the state. Obama just cleared the way for
hundreds of thousands of illegals to collect. They can now line up and let taxpayers pay
for their health care.
But why stop at hundreds of thousands, when you can have millions? State Senator
Ricardo Lara has reintroduced a bill to open up the state's health care system to all
"immigrants." It would extend subsidized health care benefits to immigrants regardless
of their legal status.
"The president's action covers almost half of California's undocumented population,"
said Democrat Senator Lara, "but that still leaves over a million people with no access to

500

health care. We can do better. The bill will cover those remaining uninsured that will not
benefit from Obama's action."
By the way, there are legal residents of California without health coverage. They'd still
have no coverage, while illegals get to collect. Oh, and California's Medi-Cal system also
gets federal funds. That means all of us who pay taxes are "contributing," so these
future Democrat Party voters can collect. Kinda warms your heart, doesn't it? Yeah,
right.
_____________________________________________________________
Quote Gems from Rush Limbaugh dot com:
"We've got Black Friday, we've got Cyber Monday, and everybody is looking for deals
and price cuts because nobody's got any money."
"I will be the first to admit that I'm naive in many ways. It's actually not naivet. It's a
romantic investment in goodness and a belief that it'll prevail."
"One of the problems that I think conservatives have with politics, politics is not about
what is. Politics isn't about the way things are. Politics is about the way things seem.
Politics is about the way things are perceived. And we have all of this on perfect display
in the aftermath of what happened in Ferguson, Missouri."
"We're getting farther and farther and farther away from fact and truth having any
meaning at all."
"So we've got Black Friday, we've got Cyber Monday, and everybody looking for deals
and price cuts because nobody's got any money."
"The situation in Ferguson, Missouri, is, I think, a great illustration of exactly where we
are in this country in our politics on practically everything."
"The thing about immigration law that most people are upset about not being enforced
is border security. That's what most people are concerned about."
"If you want to look for something positive, what was it that caused this landslide defeat
for the Democrats in the November election? What was it? There's one word. The truth
did 'em in. The truth won, in terms of that election, in that universe. Now, what's
happening in the aftermath is a whole different story."
"I always say I'm the mayor of Realville, which means that the thing that matters to me
most, is what really is, whatever it is on anything. Trying to find the facts, the truth, and
then hoping that the facts and the truth carry the day and will end up being persuasive.
But we're nowhere near that. In fact, we're getting farther and farther and farther away
from that."
"The truth does not define itself. Facts do not define themselves."

501

"Bill Clinton is an expert at concocting false, phony narratives, phony compassion,

creating victims, you know, all of the things that it seems Democrats have to do to
succeed."

https://www.scribd.com/doc/249031109/Thoughts-LXVII-Graphics-Pollard-Israel-Islamism-FergusonIllegals
*Emulating the Daily Alert, an attempt is made in these Blast e-mails to highlight info that carries
both acute/chronic import [that otherwise might have been overlooked]; this one may be briefer than
most predecessors, but its chock-full of vital-data [and juicy-graphics]. {Because I must depart by 7,
bullet-points are provided regarding follow-up concerns with Ferguson and Amnesty; the import of both
is intuitive.}

[Follow this hyperlink and scroll-down;

you will encounter myriad graphics,
which are universally insightful,
along with linked-comments.]
As was noted in an earlier Blast e-mail, three Israel-oriented events were to transpire this week and,
thus, it was desirable to discern if conclusions drawn [and/or corroborated] after having listened to Jeff
Daube on Monday would be sustained after having attended two events on Wednesday [Dr. Asaf
Romirowsky discussing "The Future of Israeli-Palestinian Relations and the BDS Movement" and Director
Gloria Z. Greenfield discussing her movie Body and Soul]. I will embark in an hour to attend the former
but, if Im told the latter wont add much to my political knowledge-base, I may defer going to the latter
[immediately following an hour-long dental appointment+. This Blast e-mail was going to be retained
in draft form but, as it was being assembled, it seemed to be worth disseminating without further ado.
{Note AMAZING-Art by Marvin Coronel and AMAZING-Costumes by Colbert.}
Note that many concepts articulated by Lee Bender were applied as I blogged on
PoliticsPA in opposition to the Dem/Lib anti-Semite. One of the points I emphasized [as I
was constantly drawn into tangential byplay] was that the proposed amendment to
Israels Basic Law defining Israel as the Jewish State was intended primarily to
enhance her security [rather than to abandon fundamental principles of Democracy];
Ted Belman elaborated on that concept [What Exactly Are These
Democratic Principles?] while emphasizing the need to provide what might be
perceived as a mid-course correction to Israels judiciary when it handles myriad
concerns.

503

Regarding religiosity, note 7 Reasons Why Jews Rejected Jesus For Over
2000 Years and Machon Shilo's Rabbi David Bar-Hayim discussing the
assassination attempt of an Arab terrorist against Temple Mount activist
Rabbi Yehuda Glick, as well as the permissibility of ascending to the
Temple Mount. Also note that, allegedly, director Ridley Scott Insulted
Judaism's Core In the new movie, Exodus when he invoked an 11-YearOld to articulate the voice of God near the burning-bush; this was said
to have contravened possibly the most basic tenet of Judaism, that God
is One and cannot be anthropomorphized. ,Im not Orthodox and, thus,
I remain unimpressed with the stridency of these perspectives.}

Politically, this perspective was endorsed by Danny Danon, who favors Returning to the
Likud Way, rather than "appeasing Tzipi Livni and her colleagues." Illustrative of the type
of issue to which this new law would be applied is the forcible relocation of West Bank
Bedouin. Illustrating the impact of this controversy, Netanyahu Gambled on New
Elections, to be held next year, after the coalition collapsed after internal bickering
among the various ministers and party leaders became public; BB fired his two chief
rivals [centrist finance minister Yair Lapid of the Yesh Atid party and center-left justice
minister Tzipi Livni of the Hatnua party].
Commentary Magazine contains a column by Jonathan Tobin that explores why shimon-peres merits a
Special Place in Hell for how he treated Jonathan Pollard, quoting Rafi Eitan [chairman of the
Pensioners Party and former Israeli Mossad agent] who claimed Peres, Rabin knew Pollard was planted
in US armed forces; yet, the Pollards Rejected Ex-Mossad Agents Story of Possible Escape, as per a
publication [Hamodia+ promoting Torah Jewry *quoting JUSTICE FOR JONATHAN POLLARD] that has an
extensive oeuvre on this issue [Pollards Remain Hopeful After 28 Years in Prison; Pollards Urge Public
Not To Disrupt Obama Visit; Rafi Eitan Regrets Incriminating Pollard; Rabbi Lau Urges Rosh Hashanah
Prayers for Pollard; Speaker Quinn Sends Letter To Obama Requesting Him To Free Pollard].
Meanwhile, Islamism in myriad forms flourishes [Jordanian MP: "By Allah, It Is an Honor
to Incite Against the Jews"; French MPs Vote in Favour of Recognising Palestine State;
Vicar of Baghdad: Christian Children Are Being Beheaded by ISIS for Refusing to Convert
to Islam; Iran Unveils Advanced Military Hardware After Nuke Talks Fail], all the more
reason why the succinctly-distilled legal-arguments in the newly-translated Levy Report
should be memorized.
504

Gradually emerging and gaining broad acceptance is awareness of [and lamentation regarding] BHOs
proclivities [Mad Mag Said Obama 'Never Ready When Things Go Wrong'; Woodward: Obama Doesn't
Like War; WH Unable to Come Up with Any Qualifications of Campaign Bundler for Ambassadorship] and
the desperation of his Dem-friends [Landrieu: Cassidy "disrespectful" to Obama]; satire abounds [e.g.,
"According to a new poll, 37 percent of Americans approve of ObamaCare. These 37 percent must still
not realize that when ObamaCare architect Jonathan Gruber called the American people stupid, he was
talking about them."- Jodi Miller]. More profoundly, know that Palestinian Arabs saw a friend in Obama
as of 4/10/2008; this piece in the LA-Times includes a supportive phrase *the warm embrace Obama
gave to Khalidi+ that is documented in tapes the newspaper has resolutely refused to release. {Also
note that Author of Hard Choices *Hillary+ Still Wont Take a Stand on Keystone Pipeline.}

Because I am responsive to public-opinion, this Blast e-mail is shorter than most of its predecessors;
note the juicy-quotes by Rush and the silencing of the lib/Dem blogger @ PoliticsPA. Because it is
revelatory to note the reaction of purported leaders to a given situation, the Congressional controversy

Eleven Jewish organizations have placed the environment as a greater

mitzvah. Eleven Jewish organizations have decided to save the planet
instead of ourselves and our country. Hillel said "If I am not for myself
who will be for me, but if I am only for myself what am? If not now,
when." The pipeline aids our friend Canada by allowing it to ship oil to
refineries then to sell the oil on the world market. This adds
construction jobs and retains refinery jobs. Once the oil is available on
the world market, the increase supply lowers the cost of oil for the
entire world. The new discoveries of oil and gas from Israel also add to
the world supply lowering the price. Israel will use some of its
discoveries internally and sell the excess. The oil from Canada will not
be available to us only foreign customers allowing them to buy/use
cheaper oil. The question do we save the world and perform tikkun
olam , or drive up the price and wait for an eventual green world. BTW
Israel is one of the most green countries in the world and sees the value
in having both natural and alternative energy supplies.

because Sestak Received Lukewarm Support but No Challenges From PA Democrats for a PA-Senate

In a somewhat colorful piece [Commissioner Singer Calls-Out Tartaglione for Primary
Challenge], an old e-mail from Stephanie Singer was cited that, to me, illustrates the
strange level of fealty many [Jewish] Dems have towards Abortion-Rights; just days
before the 2012 election, she sent out a message that included the following passage:
As a woman, and as a Jew, I am horrified at the prospect of Republican
control of government. If you are glad to see me doing the work I am
doing, please consider this: It would have been much harder to dedicate
myself to work through my entire adult life to date if I had to either
prepare for the prospect of unplanned motherhood or forego that

Also, again illustrating why JoePa was a huge factor in the gubernatorial race, the Penn

Penn State football wants Jerry Sandusky to renew his season tickets]; again, in my view,
pivotal in the outcomeat this pointwill be reversal of the erasure of JoePas spate of

Subject: Thoughts - LXVI [Illegals, 2016, Dems, Blogging, Middle East]

https://www.scribd.com/doc/249296248/Thoughts-LXVI-Illegals-2016-Dems-Blogging-Middle-East
Again, the major action-item is to undermine funding BHOs Executive Order granting amnesty to
millions of Illegals; attachments contain input from Ted Cruz and Rush that dovetail with this
overarching concern. Other issues addressed [again, in this somewhat shorter Blast e-mail] focus on
myriad problems that BHO continues to ignore in the Middle East; whats happening in PA is also
covered, with a brief update on the blogging @ PoliticsPA. {For levity, note How Pro Sports Began and
these venom pool-hall trick-shots; then mark-your-calendar for when Colbert Welcomes Obama Next
Week prior to transitioning from the Colbert Report to hosting The Late Show on CBS, next year.}
In other media-news, Candy Crowley is Leaving CNN, THE NEW REPUBLIC imploded, and
ROLLING STONE is 'SORRY' FOR CRYING RAPE; there is hope, however, as the AP's Julie
Pace (often a gues on myriad FNC programs) ask the WH Spox whether Obama is
Planning Anything But Another Task Force [regardless of the ambient issue].
Regarding the Illegals, MCCONNELL proposed PASSING INDIVIDUAL APPROPRIATIONS BILLS WITH
RIDERS [a good idea, for next year], while others recognize the urgency of defunding BHOs initiative
ASAP in January because, per Sen. SESSIONS, OBAMA WANTS EXEC AMNESTY IMPLEMENTED BEFORE
AMERICANS DISCOVER CONSEQUENCES; LOU BARLETTA [a great guy, watched him debate this issue @
Temple U. when he was Hazelton Mayor] noted that EXEC AMNESTY INCENTIVIZES EMPLOYERS TO GET
RID OF AMERICAN WORKERS FOR CHEAPER ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS and Thomas Sowell exclaimed that a
'Psychiatrist' is Needed to Explain GOP Wanting More Foreign Workers. Indeed, FNCs Ed Henry
wondered aloud why, If Obama's Exec Amnesty is Temporary, BHO is Hiring 1K New DHS Employees. All
this was papered-over by people like Pete Sessions [who predicted the GOP Will Enact Immigration
Reform and Accept Amnesty], a supporter [along with Libs @ Politico] of the faux-bill touted by Florida
Congressman Ted Yoho *who adopted the strategy that posited the key to avoiding a government
shutdown is passing this irrelevancy, thereby channeling conservative anger+. Thus, as Senate and
House Conservatives Plotted Immigration Revolt, Rep. Luis Gutirrez (D-IL) articulated the following
conjured, oxymoronic thought: "birthers" and "Tea Partiers" would be unhappy with more government
bailouts and higher taxes that would result from the deportation of more illegal immigrants.
Meanwhile, noting the foregone conclusion in tomorrows runoff *LAST DEM STANDING
IN SOUTH FACING DEFEAT and NYT PAGE ONE FRIDAY: LANDRIEU SUPPORT ERODING
'LIKE A CHEAP LEVEE'], the political focus increasingly shifted to 16; thats why the
Senate Conservatives Fund endorsed the re-election of U.S. Senator Mike Lee in Utah

ROGERS 'NEEDS TO BE PRIMARIED.' And POTUS-16 maneuvering continues to abound

indeed, BUSH-43 considers Hillary to be 'my sister-in-law.'

Rush noted that its necessary to recognize that the Dems feel the perception of truth trumps truth,
explaining why they constantly emphasize heartfelt intent rather than flawed results; this posture
affects all issues facing the electorate [e.g., OBAMADontCARE, noting that premiums will rise in 2015].
Gun-Laws [Business Owner Shoots One Burglar and Slaps Second while telling Him To Leave] are also
targeted, particularly in the media; note that CNN's 'One Day Of Gun Violence' [which Includes SelfDefense Firearm Use] provides an interacting map intended to give readers the chance to see how "gun
violence" rears its head on an average day in America. ,Also, BHOs example of executive lawlessness
has become manifest in PA, for AG-KANE WON'T DEFEND CONTROVERSIAL GUN LAW [despite her oathof-office]. How this relates to Ferguson/Garner is to note that Boehner is open to hearings on Garner's
death *mirroring BHOs goals+ and that JESSE JACKSON warned that RACIST JURIES MUST PAY THE PRICE
FOR THEIR BAD BEHAVIOR [unspecified]. In an effort to stop erosion of support of Jews for Dems, this
Blast e-mail [replete with numerous $-raising hyperlinks+ sent to NJDC Supporters *National Jewish
Democrat Council, the RJC counterpart] was disseminated [c/o Greg Rosenbaum, its Chair], absent any
effort to cite any BHO position:
The midterm elections have put Republicans in control of the Senate, and have given
the Republican-led House of Representatives a greater majority. Do you think the
Republican Congress will work for the issues that are of utmost importance to the
Jewish community? We don't.
For over 20 years, NJDC has been working to make sure that the values of Jewish
Democrats are heard on Capitol Hill and in the White House. On issues ranging from
accessible healthcare to workplace equality to the U.S.-Israel relationship, we have been
an active and respected voice in the party for the Jewish community.
We're looking forward, and there is a lot of work to be done. NJDC will be there to make
sure the voices of our community, the Jewish Democrats, are heard - not only during
2015, but also throughout the 2016 elections. Democrats will take back the Senate and
we will keep the Presidency, but that work starts now.
My nemesis-blogger @ PoliticsPA again peeked onto another page [PA-Sen: Sestak Receives Lukewarm
Support but No Challenges From PA Democrats], only to be slapped-down again, both for his [overtlyflawed] opinions and for his lack of credibility:
You are reminding the readership that harbors an institutional memory of your lack of
credibility regarding even an issue of prognostication; Hillary is again delaying her
announcement for POTUS-16 *probably due to the pending skewering by Trey Gowdy+
and AG-Kane just decided [again] to ignore her pledge-of-office [AG-KANE WONT
DEFEND CONTROVERSIAL GUN LAW].
Indeed, were she to be indicted for leaking Grand Jury testimony, for example, it would
be another event that reasonable people would not be able to blame on any fight
against the old-boys-network.
Therefore, it is again necessary to remind the innocent reader of your political
proclivities [i.e., anti-Semitism] which matches that of your Fearless-Leader, BHO.

515

Despite exhaustive parrying, you were demonstrated [1]to have advocated the
overthrow of the Israeli government since its inception in 48, and *2+to have

Corroborating my sons observation during the past decade, regarding HOLIDAY SHOPPING, some BIG
CHAIN STORES are ON DEATH WATCH, for Retailers with serious problems have low prospects for
survival; for example, SEARS will accelerate closings and shutter 235 stores.
Note how the following update of the war against the Islamic State [c/o CNN] eschews
referring to Kurdistan, which remains my fixation [as I strategized briefly last night with
Sherkoh regarding how to disseminate his message in the major print-media]: U.S.
Options in Syria Shrivel as Islamists and Assad Regime Make Gains; the fortunes of
potential U.S. allies among Syrian rebel groups are ebbing fast as hardline Salafist
groups and especially al-Qaeda's affiliate go on the offensive. The past month has dealt
further reverses to moderate groups, whose presence in the northern provinces of Idlib
and Aleppo has further eroded. This is a growing headache for the U.S., which is trying
to identify and train moderate rebel factions to take on the Islamic State in Iraq and
Syria. Kimberly Kagan, president of the Institute for the Study of War, said, "the
moderate opposition remains marginal and incapable of shaping the battlefield in any
material way." Noah Bonsey of the International Crisis Group said coalition airstrikes
against ISIS had allowed President Assad to refocus on hitting mainstream rebels, and
the regime had made gains around Hama and Aleppo.

Former AP journalist Matti Friedman wrote an article for the Atlantic called "What the
Media Gets Wrong About Israel" revealing that, in the aftermath of the 2008-9 Gaza
War, Israeli scholar Dr. Gerald Steinberg was banned by the Associated Press Jerusalem
bureau from being interviewed. On Tuesday, the AP denied Friedman's story but a
second AP reporter claimed the Jerusalem office was banned from interviewing
Steinberg. These forces harbor real-life consequences, as Palestinian Terrorists Have
Gone Online and it consumed considerable energy to get MEMRI Back Online after
YouTube was pressured to Backtrack.
The Daily-Alert is replete with pieces regarding upcoming elections, as Caroline Glick wrote of Lapids
political crack-up; also, as Obama is Mulling Sanctions on Israel, a Poll revealed that Israelis Appreciate
U.S. Support, but are Wary of Obama. Why The World has seemingly Turned Against Israel is a source of
distress, as Demonization has led to an upcoming European Parliament Vote on Recognizing a
Palestinian State despite The IDFs adherence to its Code of Ethics during the Gaza War. Indeed, Israel
and Jews are constantly being attacked, both in Israel [e.g., Video: Israeli Security Forces Neutralize
516

Knife-Wielding Palestinian Woman at Checkpoint] and elsewhere [Anti-Israel masked-protestors

stormed an event at the University of Pittsburgh on November 24th requiring police intervention and
leaving event organizers shaken]; there was Boycott Fever at MESA [the counterpart of ASMEA, which
was started by Bernard Lewis]. Through it all, amazingly, the fact that Christian Zionists fund Israel
immigration still unnerves Jews, a phenomenon manifest in a decidedly oxymoronic editorial in The
Tablet about the Israel as a Jewish Nation bill *Judaism is all about complexity and ambiguity, but the
Knesset's proposed legislation is a sad display of simplistic thinking].
In is a bittersweet [perhaps inadvertent] pun, King Abdullah said Battling ISIS 'Is Our Third World War'
[alluding both to the aftermath of WW-II and the fact that the battlefield is the Third World+;
meanwhile, conflict rages in Abu Dhabi [Burqa Stabbing Suspect Arrested, Home 'Base of Operations' for

Missed the Chance to Rescue American Citizen Held Hostage by al-Qaeda], and Gaza [ISIS in Gaza: When
One Radical Group Believes Another Is Not Radical Enough]. In Syria, a Militant Threatened Lebanese
Shiites and there was Rising Discontent within Assad's Power Base; as is often the case, an individual
was Convicted of Being a Jew in Syria and the Death of Nazi War Criminal Alois Brunner in Syria was
Confirmed.
A friend complained that my blogging has prompted him to engage in like-behavior on
the website of the Union of Reform Judaism, where he posted the following in response
to the usual lib-writings:
Prof. Brooks, we (including Reform, Orthodox, Reconstruction, Renewal,
Conservative, etc.) share a mutual Jewish heritage. As you are aware,
Tikkun Olam is a concept devised in the mystical tradition following the
Spanish expulsion in which we are to collect the shards of light
dispersed after creation to reassemble them in order to help bring
about the Messiah (Messianic age). see The History of Jewish Mysticism
by Scholem.
We can speak of environmentalism, but to assume that it is Tikkun Olam
is to use the term devoid of its religious and mystical meaning. It you
who has "very cleverly perverted the meaning and spirit of tikkun
olam." We can discuss how to create a better world within a Jewish
context. But we must do so with candor and good will. I did not cite
Maimonides to promote the "environment," but for his ladder of
tzedakah in which creating jobs is the highest. Let us now discuss the
environment. You write of a potential environmental disaster that the
Keystone pipeline may cause, but there is an actual environmental
disaster caused by shipping oil by truck and rail. The Keystone pipeline
will transport Canadian oil. Unless the pipeline is built, their only option
to either ship by truck and rail. (I must assume you do not want to fire
all the Canadian workers.) There have been numerous spills and train
wrecks in both Canada and the United States. One Canadian train wreck
from eastern Canada destroyed most of a town. Pipelines are
substantially safer. You mention "only 35 permanent jobs." By that logic
all construction jobs are superfluous and not "mitzvah worthy" because
they are temporary. You also neglect the effect on the economy, and
517

thus jobs, by having surplus oil driving down the price. Low oil prices
allows all employers around the world to hire people who may not have
jobs. Finally, you neglect to accept a balance reasoned approach to
solving a problem and insist on shutting down the pipeline or more
precisely not allowing it to be built.
That is what I meant by using Israel as an example - fair and balanced.
BTW As a Reform Jew, I, as will as you, have personal option towards
expressing our Judaism, but we must acknowledge the full range of
Jewish thought and practice. This is what Geiger and Mendelssohn
intended in Hamburg. [This personal approach may even be traced to
the French Enlightenment (see Jews and the French Enlightenment by A.
Hertzberg) how to be Jewish without being confined within walls.] We
can speak of environmentalism but to assume that it is the Jewish value
without acknowledging as does Green Hevra in their statement that:
Jewish tradition is not monolithic, and the issues around the pipeline
are complex. But the Jewish community has consistently sought to take
a stand in favor of creating a better world for all. Our question is how!
Sen. Ted Cruz feels it is Time to Do the Right Thing on Foreign Policy, for "Leading from behind doesn't
work"; he adds, "We are seeing the consequences when America recedes and hides from the mantle of
leadership."

This blast e-mail is even terser than its predecessor, for it seems all key-concepts have been
elucidated; thus, the goal is akin to piling-on so that appropriate interventions can be pursued
anew. Attached is input from Richard Baehr *striking themes already covered in prior Blast e-mails and
touching-upon other contemporary issues that have been (appropriately?) ignored [e.g., Dunham]. To
be clear, although some may claim that Constitutional-Conservatives must keep the feet of Boehner
to the fire, my focus is solely upon Rep. Mike Fitzpatrick [Congressman Reveals GOP Leaders to Push
Amnesty for All But Violent Criminals, as LAURA INGRAHAM correctly noted that the HOUSE GOP
LEADERSHIP is PUTTING-OUT 'WELCOME MAT' FOR ILLEGALS]; he already violated his major campaign
pledge of four years ago when he voted to fund ObamaDontCare last year, and he should be pressured
aggressively to recant by voting to defund BHOs unconstitutional Executive Order on the Illegals.

if exposure of even more BHOs Scandal-Sheet data will register effectively to forestall his pursuit of
an agenda that is both Reverse-Racist [e.g., POLL: Most See Race Relations Worsening Under Obama,
President: Racism 'deeply rooted' in USA, Video, WIRE: America Coming Apart at Seams] and
unconstitutional [e.g., Feds release another 30,862 criminal aliens, Godfather and Gutirrez launch

are increasingly divided [e.g., Obama and congressional Dems show cracks in unity, VETO SHOWDOWNS,
Half of Senators who voted for Obamacare won't be part of new Senate, Gruber Set For Grilling!, GOP to
match Truman-era high with 246 House seats]. Nevertheless, per the last line of Gatsby: So we beat
on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past. {Also note that Michael Bloomberg
Funded Pro-Tobacco Tax Study by Obamacare Architect Jonathan Gruber.}
Kerry Put Brakes on CIA Torture Report when he personally phoned Dianne Feinstein,
chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence to ask her to delay the
imminent release of her committee's report on CIA torture and rendition during the

George W. Bush administration; his call came after an interagency process that decided
the release of the report early next week, as Feinstein had been planning, could
complicate relationships with foreign countries at a sensitive time and posed an
unacceptable risk to U.S. personnel and facilities abroad. [Kerry told Feinstein he still
supports releasing the report, just not right now. Hill staffers and human rights
advocates saw the Kerry call as a stunning reversal by an administration that has
publicly supported the report's release for months. If the release is pushed off past next
week, Feinstein will no longer head the committee, and the incoming chairman,
Republican Richard Burr, could very well prevent the report from being released at all.]
{Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) defended his House BenghaziGate report [prior to his
retirement], now claiming, Its not meant to be the definitive report.}
I attended a Holiday-Reception hosted by the MontCo GOP [headed by Rep. Mike Vereb]; a few people
noted my blogging-match with David Diano [updated on December 5, 2014 at 10:10 am] on PoliticsPA
and his having demonstrated behavior suggesting he wanted to hide by scampering to new webpages. Also, I was told that the possibility that the new Legislature [more Dem, more Conservative, less
Union+ could pass legislation that had stalled *paycheck protection, etc.+ is problematic because,
apparently, any such initiative must be preceded by involvement of the Committee on Committees;
nevertheless, I advised that they vote to suspend the rules and accomplish what should have been
achieved correctly [including Voter-ID] years ago. In any case, an effort will be initiated next month to
get the Log Cabin Republican effort rolled-out statewide; also, as per numerous post-mortem
discussions, I hope that PA will have been mobilized electronically [by the statewide-GOP] ASAP for,
even if it cant help the MontCo row-officers, interaction of databases @ all levels *national precinct+
must be seamless, accurate and current.
Personal indiscretions, both convicted [Will Jerry Sandusky face new charges? and
Sandusky's son: 'I remember things'] and alleged Navy revokes honorary title given to
Cosby and Cosby accuser also testified against Marv Albert] of locals continue to carry
national implications; meanwhile, the WORK OF A SECRET PROSECUTOR RAISES LEGAL
EYEBROWS regarding AG-Kane.
Regarding the Media, note a tale of two retirements, one disgraced for her bias during the POTUS-12
debate [CNN's Candy Crowley] and one an unheralded news-source [Jim Angle Retiring from Fox News];
also, the U-Va. rape story published in the Rolling Stone was retracted after its author [a Penn-Grad]
ignored basic rules of journalism. {In a related-item, the 'FLAMBOYANT REPUBLICAN CONSERVATIVE'

Eleven Alternative Investigative Journalism Sources
[c/o Sharyn Attkisson]
One of the most frequent questions people ask me after reading Stonewalled is: Where
can I find good journalism that speaks truth to power in a fearless fashion? The
traditional television news networks, national print organizations and local news still
produce some great reporting. Here are some additional sources you might want to
check out:

520

1.
Project Censored: The News That Didnt Make The News They also publish an
annual book on The Top 25 Most Censored Stories of the Year.
2.
The Center for Public Integrity was founded in 1989 by Charles Lewis. Its one of
the countrys oldest and largest nonpartisan, nonprofit investigative news organizations.
Their stated mission: To serve democracy by revealing abuses of power, corruption and
betrayal of public trust by powerful public and private institutions, using the tools of
investigative journalism.
3.
The Investigative Project on Terrorism is a non-profit research group founded in
1995 by Steven Emerson, an internationally recognized expert on terrorism and national
security and author. It is recognized as the worlds most comprehensive data center on
radical Islamic terrorist groups. The IPT accepts no funding from outside the United
States, or from any governmental agency or political or religious institutions.
4.
ProPublica is an independent, non-profit newsroom that produces investigative
journalism in the public interest. They produce journalism that shines a light on
exploitation of the weak by the strong and on the failures of those with power to
vindicate the trust placed in them.
5.
The HBO Series: Vice brings to light groundbreaking and startling stories from
around the world.
6.
PBS Frontline produces documentaries that have never shied away from tough,
controversial issues or complex stories. In an age of anchor celebrities and snappy sound
bites, FRONTLINE remains committed to providing a primetime venue for engaging
reports that fully explore and illuminate the critical issues of our times.
7.
Open Secrets by the Center for Responsive Politics produces fascinating reports
compiled with the most extensive campaign donation database analyses of their kind.
8.
BlueForceTracker.com was started in 2014 by former military Special Ops officer
Nolan Peterson. It aims to close the growing civilian-military divide by providing an
unbiased, unfiltered and realistic account of what the military does and the world in
which it operates. The mission of Blue Force Tracker is to report on and analyze issues
related to U.S. national security, foreign affairs and veterans issues from a team of
journalists with backgrounds in the military, intelligence services or diplomatic corps, as
well as those who have unique first-hand knowledge of foreign regions where U.S.
national interests are at stake.
9.
Fusion.net is a joint venture between Univision and ABC that produces some
original, investigative reporting.
10.
The Center for Investigative Reporting believes journalism that moves citizens to
action is an essential pillar of democracy. Since 1977, CIR has relentlessly pursued and
revealed injustices that otherwise would remain hidden from the public eye.

521

11.
Investigative Reporting Program at UC Berkeley Graduate School of
Journalism was established in 2006 by veteran investigative reporter Lowell Bergman
and is dedicated to promoting and protecting the practice of investigative reporting.
Through its various projects, students have opportunities to gain mentorship and
practical experience in breaking major stories for some of the nations foremost print
and broadcast outlets.

As Reverse-Racism continues to be fomented by BHO/AG-Herder, it dominated the Sunday shows;

taking a page out of BHOs *I just read about this scandal in the newspaper+ playbook, Philly Mayor
Michael Nutter [completing his second term] sees a trust gap *Residents and police are afraid of each
other+ as if he had absolutely nothing to do with its local creation. Other national figures *predictably
weighed-in, including Former President George W. Bush [the grand jury's decision on Garner was "hard
to understand"] and Rush [who echoed what he had said all week, namely, that Obama can heal racial
tensions, but Obama and other Dems havent defended the police sufficiently]. Illustrating what BHO
has created, Michael Brown Demonstrators Cheered as Police Officers were Hit by Car. Also, as the
national NAACP president called for an Overhaul of policing, Minister Rodney Muhammad [the local
chapter first vice president and leader of the Nation of Islam Mosque No. 12] was elected president of
Philadelphia's NAACP chapter; he defeated retired union official Thomas Logan and West Philadelphia
pastor Pamela Williams.
I have consistently predicted that Hillary will not run for POTUS-16, notwithstanding her
tooling-up efforts; exemplifying her gaffe-machine tendencies [superseded perhaps only
by Biden] is her claim that Americans should respect the enemy *such as those in the
Islamic State who have the proclivity to behead and crucify innocents]. Note that she
omitted *from her book+ her messy, sometimes explosive and often politically clumsy
dealings with congressional Republicans and White House aides. She also has a 1968
Problem [per Dick Morris, who noted that Eugene McCarthy entered prior to Robert
Kennedy to compete with an unpopular POTUS of the same party].

As it was revealed that the Yemen raid was BOTCHED, as at least 13 were killed in failed U.S. bid to
rescue hostages [due to its having been delayed], a double-revelation of incompetence emerged
[although the media reported SECRETARY HAGEL was just in AFGHANISTAN, underreported is the fact
that the USA will keep [~1000] more troops in Afghanistan as violence spikes, and that there are ISIS
Training Camps in Libya, while the US is Searching for Benghazi Attackers without Ground Forces].
Overall, it was claimed that the US Doesn't Understand that the Islamic State is waging a war within
522

Islam; whereas al-Qaeda directs its anger at the 'distant enemy,' the United States, ISIS wants to destroy
the near enemy, the Arab regimes, first. The global nature of this challenge continues to be evident, as
Anti-Semitic incidents doubled in France such as when Paris Teens were Robbed and Raped Because
They Were Jewish.
Also grossly under-reported was a White House Statement that Ignored the Muslim
Brotherhood's Continuing Hamas Support; it explained why it does not view the Muslim
Brotherhood as a terrorist group in response to an online petition [which had attracted
more than 213,000 signatures, including mine, in support of designating the Egyptianbased group as a terrorist entity+.
Hamas Ramped-Up Rocket Manufacturing as Israel Readied a New Defense Shield; also note that Israel
accused Palestinian Arabs of looting antiquities. Regarding the upcoming elections, "The Lid" claimed
rumors of US Sanctions on Israel Aren't True, for they're Just An Obama Attempt To Sway the upcoming
election *c/w what Clinton did in the 90s and BHO has been trying to do for a half-decade]. This was my
immediate reaction as well, a topic pursued by Arlene Kushner, to wit:
Kerry declared, right after the announcement of elections, that he hoped the new government
would resume peace negotiations. He may have been blowing in the wind. But it is more
Obamas style to do what he can to promote the election of a coalition that will support
negotiations. It is no secret in any case that he despises Netanyahu. The idea would be that the
Israeli electorate would realize that Netanyahu had damaged Israels relationship with the US
and thus vote for his opponents.
She had detected two sorts of rumors:
[] that he is considering levying sanctions against Israel because of our building
(at the same time that he is attempting to block sanctions against Iran) and
[] that he is thinking of withholding the US veto against anti-Israel measures in
the Security Council.
I most certainly recognize that Obama is a snake-in-the-grass. But, for pragmatic
reasons, I am not yet ready to become too distressed about these possibilities. That is,
first, because the Congress is solidly with us. And then, my own understanding is that
the Israeli electorate is so anti-Obama that, were the president to act against Israels
interests, they would support Netanyahu with even further strength. Caroline Glick has
written that Obama is aware of this possibility, and hesitant to act, less his gambit
backfire.

[GOP-USA and Illegals, GOP-PA and unions, NAACP, Log Cabin Republicans, GOP-Modernization, BHO
and Muslim Brotherhood, Investigative Journalism, Hillary, Pentagon, Hamas]

As the US-Congress and the PA-Legislature wind-down, the former [via hearings] must presage the need
for the adults in the room to assume greater influence over foreign/domestic affairs and the latter [via
sine die+ must achieve what wasnt accomplished pre-election (notably, easy-stuff such as Voter-ID
and Paycheck-Protection, if not Pension-Reform and Liquor-Privatization). Simply by lifting-quotes from
the Blast e-mail remitted a few hours ago [superimposing a strategy directed @ the union-rented
Republicans in Harrisburg] and @ the corporation-rented Republicans in D.C., compared with how
these entities are owned by Dems+, the good-guys can truly accomplish a turn-around; Richard Baehrs
[reformatted] comments are corroborative.
That is why my focus is solely upon motivating a more conservative *and less
moderate la No-Labels] stance be adopted by Rep. Mike Fitzpatrick [Congressman
Reveals GOP Leaders to Push Amnesty for All But Violent Criminals, as LAURA
INGRAHAM correctly noted that the HOUSE GOP LEADERSHIP is PUTTING-OUT
'WELCOME MAT' FOR ILLEGALS]; that is also why, if Harrisburgs Committee on
Committees cant act in a timely fashion in January (by voting to suspend time-frame
rules), another push must be initiated ASAP against Reps./Sens. based upon a simple
notion, conveyed in a fashion that can be presumed to resonate *You will be
primariedno matter how safe you seat appears to be, no matter how you voted on
any given-issue, regardless of your previous rhetoricif you continue to express
obeisance-fealty to the unions in PA and to Wall St./K St. in D.C., on slam-dunk
matters+. ,Note Drudges headlines this-a.m. above the fold (Why So Secret? GOP
Keeps Tight-Lid On $1 Trillion Funding Bill; Conservatives claim leaders trying to pass
before can read; 'Secrecy justified') and Breitbarts interview with Rep. Gohmert (House
GOP Leaders Tricked 216 House Republicans into Accidentally Supporting Obama's
Executive Amnesty).}
The latter cite [House GOP Leaders Tricked 216 House Republicans into Accidentally Supporting Obama's
Executive Amnesty] must be read in its entirety, to gain an appreciation of the task-at-hand; the original
bill was amended-by-addition to provide statutory justification for BHOs Executive Order, inserting
language that was defended as c/w prior statutes *but which therefore wasnt needed and, thus,
undermined the gravamen of the legislation]. Also note that upcoming hearings starring GruberGate will
assuredly address his post-exposure comments [Obamacare Architect Jonathan Gruber: Abortion of
'Marginal Children' a 'Social Good' and Jonathan Gruber: 'Anything I Say Will Just Feed the Haters'],
while quality-Republicans continue to see-the-light [JINDAL: COMMON CORE WAS BAIT AND SWITCH,
LIKE OBAMACARE].

524

Nationally, Art and Life imitate each other, noting that the theme *Im told+ of Showtimes
Homeland is to ID corrupt governmental terrorists *who will even switch the meds of innocents in
their inner-circle]; again, as BHO continues to destroy America and Americas place in the world with
alacrity despite unambiguous electoral defeats [e.g., Landrieu was CRUSHED+ and the cinema created
by how politicians/media portray key-issues [BHOs Scandal-Sheet (BenghaziGate, ObamaDontCare),
Reverse-Racism]. It matters not that Dems claim to be increasingly divided and remorseful over
ObamaDontCare, notwithstanding claims of executive transparency; what will be determinative is the
degree to which true-conservatives within the GOP can tweak its co-opted leadership [and that includes
opposing Boehners re-election as Speaker for having violated the Hastert Rule on crucial matters].
The TEA-Party Movement has quietly [and favorably] adjusted the fulcrum of internal GOP-Politics [e.g.,
Nebraskas Ben Sasse+ and the new Harrisburg leadership in both chambers+; its already crunch-time.
Clarity-of-purpose is pivotal when educating both Dems [Democrats still confused as to why the South
has given up on them] and Republicans [Another Democrat Falls. Republicans Still Wont Listen].
Toomey opposes triggering a government shutdown, and he doesn't foresee one this
year. Instead, he supports funding the vast majority of noncontroversial areas and
attempting to withhold funding from points of contention. He cited the president's new
egregious immigration executive action policy as one such area, suggesting lawmakers
could strip funding for new documentation cards. Or lawmakers could vote against
Environmental Protection Agency funding to oppose regulations, he said.
On my end, an effort will be initiated next month to get the Log Cabin Republican effort rolled-out
statewide; also, as per numerous post-mortem discussions, I hope that PA-GOP will have been
mobilized electronically [by the statewide-GOP+ ASAP for, even if it cant help the MontCo row-officers,
interaction of databases @ all levels *national precinct+ must be seamless, accurate and current.
{Note that Congress Demands Obama Explain
Rumored Sanctions Against Israel.}
I sampled yesterdays communication from c/o Sharyn Attkisson that advised routinely reviewing Eleven
Alternative Investigative Journalism Sources that manifest good journalism that speaks truth to power
in a fearless fashion; note what national concerns are currently being highlighted by each. ,Most of
those cited here have been captured in prior Blast e-mails, gleaned mostly from Drudge/Breitbart, and
525

many (apparent upon perusal of hyperlinks to all posted topics) appear to be generated from the libperspective; I care not about the latter perception (noting that many of these entities link with libowners), for its always desirable to note the additional potency of a justifiable attack on BHO from the

A friend who is involved with the regional NAACP will investigate the fact that Minister Rodney
Muhammad [the local chapter first vice president and leader of the Nation of Islam Mosque No. 12] was
elected president of Philadelphia's NAACP chapter; even the lefties @ the Southern Poverty Law Center
feel the Nation of Islam is reverse-racist and anti-Semitic. {Meanwhile, also noting the NFL-Protest, Yale
College Black Men's Union Published Photo Essay Tribute to Michael Brown.
I have consistently predicted that Hillary will not run for POTUS-16, and her most recent
gaffeAmericans should respect the enemy *such as those in the Islamic State who
have the proclivity to behead and crucify innocents]was ridiculed on Fox-News. A FNC
PANEL CRITICIZED HILLARY FOR SAYING WE SHOULD 'EMPATHIZE WITH OUR ENEMIES'
and, in comments with which Judge Pirro concurred, Mike Baker said she was
ridiculous and Steve Emerson simply said we should empathize with our friends first.
Observations regarding the under-reported BOTCHED Yemen raid and the fact that the USA will keep
[~1000] more troops in Afghanistan as violence spikes, and that there are ISIS Training Camps in Libya,
while the US is Searching for Benghazi Attackers without Ground Forces] were amplified overnight; not
only does the US fail to Understand that the Islamic State is waging a war within Islam, but there is a
Morale crisis in military [Burned out and without sense of mission...More doubt their leaders]. {Note
also that recent-news both reinforces how BHO undermines the military [Six Guantnamo detainees
released to Uruguay] and meshes the impact of his pacifism with Islamism [the FBI Arrested a SaudiBorn Navyman for Sharing Tips on Blowing Up Aircraft Carrier].}
When noting that Hamas is operating from Ankara, it should be noted that INDONESIA
REJECTED HAMAS PLAN TO OPEN NEW OFFICE IN CAPITAL; when noting the impact of
history on BHOs current embrace of the Brotherhood, one need note both the
existence of Hitler's Henchmen in Arabia and the biographies of Israeli leaders [BenGurion, Tsafrir Ronen, Israel Tal, and John Henry Patterson].
The strikes in Syria on Sunday afternoon, which have been attributed to the Israeli Air Force, were likely
intended to prevent the transfer of advanced weaponry from Iran to Hezbollah; they hit Russian top-line
air defense missiles sent to Syria & Hizballah. Meanwhile, the Israeli elections seem to have spurred
efforts to manipulate the outcome both in Israel Israel's Secular Elite Commits Treason with 'Palestine'

same time that he is attempting to block sanctions against Iran, vide supra].

During the past 24-hours, what had first appeared to be a rather brief follow-up has morphed into what
now must be segregated into domestic and PA/foreign components; although I was scheduled to attend
myriad political events each evening this week *portrayed as Holiday Parties+, I deferred tonights
evening-lecture probing Islamism [although two friends will provide reports related thereto, tomorrow]
so that this double-Blast e-mail can be prepared and distributed [before I experienced sensoryoverload when attempting to rationalize burgeoning hyperlinks].
Attachments cover Jim Geraghty and Rush, plus details in the Daily Alert. Rush provided
commentary of his interview on FNC [LIMBAUGH: BILL CLINTON 'FIRST BLACK
PRESIDENT,' ALSO 'FIRST WHITE BILL COSBY' and Rush Limbaugh: Pro-Amnesty
Republicans Like Jeb Bush Will 'Lose the White House']. Jim inter alia covered the way
narrative journalism has corrupted otherwise reliable reportage *invoking
confessionals c/o Lena Dunham and UVA+, and his Person of the Year choice *today+
mirrors mine [from last week]: Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
Because of what is happening in Congress regarding the Illegals, the results of last-nights Heritage
Action Sentinel Call have been uploaded separately [Heritage Action Stressed Need to Block Executive
Amnesty in 'Cromnibus']; today, I registered with its HUB and was richly rewarded when myriad
updated/relevant/unique resources were discovered. These issues are explored infra, but just know that
the GOPs Civil War continues to rage, with the battle-lines starkly drawn.
At the onset, BHOs ongoing failure to provide fundamental law-enforcement must be
recognized as festering rather than healing [Number of Illegal Aliens Deported Fell in
2014; Goodlatte: Obama Administration Refusing to Enforce Immigration Law; Jeff
Sessions: Illegals Could Receive Thousands from Feds Without Paying Income Taxes
Under 'Post-Modern' Amnesty]; indeed, under the executive amnesty immigration
action from Obama, internal administration documents show the administration is
considering allowing terrorists, transnational criminals, and anyone else who wants to
enter or stay inside the United States to not even answer if theyve ever been connected
with a crime. His efforts may have been coordinated with those of Mexico [MEXICO
STOPPED FLOW OF UNDOCUMENTED MINORS PRIOR TO US ELECTIONS], as efforts to
ameliorate the damage he has caused have emerged [Texas to Place 4000 Cameras on
Border], along with initiatives intended to sustain it [NYC to Issue ID Cards with Free
Benefits to Illegal Aliens] that were c/w how Valerie Jarrett and Jeh Johnson Advised
Mayors on Exec Amnesty Implementation at De Blasio Immigration Forum.

528

Mirroring then-Speaker Pelosi regarding ObamaDontCare, Boehner essentially said to Conservatives:

you have to pass the omnibus to find out whats in it. Politico reported the budget deal hit a small speed
bump that didnt threaten a shutdown; Rep. Jeb Hensarling (R-Texas), a frequent foe of big business
who chairs the Financial Services Committee, tried to use the negotiations over renewing the Terrorism
Risk Insurance Act to enact changes to Dodd-Frank, the 2010 banking regulation law Republicans have
tried to dismantle. This is not what was conveyed during last nights Heritage Action call to Sentinels
[Mondays from 5:30-6]; this also proved to be a non-factor, as per info that emerged after 6 p.m. [vide
infra]. We were told that nothing had been released due to Conservative pressure regarding the Illegals
[e.g., BUCHANAN ON GOP IMMIGRATION PUSH: REPUBLICANS 'GOING THE WAY OF THE WHIGS';
Boehner's Amnesty Omnibus Begins To Fall Apart; GOP Rep: 'Votes Are There' for Spending Package;
Sheriffs to Converge On DC, Demand GOP Block Boehner's Plan to Fund Obama's Amnesty]. It was just
announced that WE HAVE A DEAL Lawmakers Agreed on $1.1 Trillion Spending Bill, with $1 Billion To Aid
Border Migrants; because it was felt to be desirable to fight now to oppose BHO, SCALISE IS UNDER FIRE
FOR BOWING TO OBAMA'S EXEC AMNESTY. {Also, note that OBAMA [mistakenly] quoted the BIBLE as
having advised 'DON'T THROW STONES IN GLASS HOUSES'; that MITCH MCCONNELL feels
IMMIGRATION WILL BE LOW PRIORITY IN GOP SENATE in 15; and a Third of Brits are Too Scared to
Speak-out on Immigration and Religion.}

529

Surgeon general nominee [Vivek Murthy] is suddenly likely to get a vote,

notwithstanding his strong stance favoring gun-control which he considers to be a
healthcare issue. It may be recalled that I had opposed this stance via a letter-to-theeditor which can be read outside of the pay-wall *Guns, Suicide, and Homicide+
published in the Annals of Internal Medicine a few months ago, in which I had debunked
both an article and an accompanying editorial [proving inherent bias]. There is always
give-and-take [Walker-Bound Vietnam Vet Pulls .45 to Stop Home Invasion vs. Police
Chief Asks City Residents To Allow Their Homes To Be Searched For Guns], but it must
be emphasized that people owning guns is not a public-health issue. {Recall, also, that
my other letter-to-the-editor on a public-health issue was focused on promoting e-cigs;
promoting their use has another advantage, for a Tenant smoking [real cigs] in bed
caused a Mercer County high-rise fire.}
Just as the Palestinian Arabs are trying to create Intifada III, American Reverse-Racists are trying to
foment widespread race-riots; some unusual twists in this set of events are, themselves, unnerving:

'Exodus' Cast Defended Film: 'Religious Adaptations Always Get Heckled' [after some argued the cast

Not-so-amazingly, PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZERS ARE PLAYING PROTESTER ROLES, as
Leftist activists are portrayed as voice of ordinary citizens. This has been revealed by
Aaron Klein, who is the senior staff reporter and Jerusalem bureau chief of World Net
Daily; he also hosts "Aaron Klein Investigative Radio" on Salem Talk Radio. [Recent
stories are comparably insightful: US 'peace partner' funding violent Jerusalem riots;
Obama's planned surge against ISIS already in trouble; and 5 'significant problems' with
GOP's new Benghazi report.}

Regarding Gruber, apparently he explains his quotes by apologizing for pretending to be a politician and
by forgetting he had ever uttered these *untrue?+ observations; his splash onto the public scene has
yielded coinage of a new verb [CASSIDY: DEMS TRYING TO 'GRUBERIZE' KEYSTONE XL PIPELINE
OPPOSITION; The Gruberization of Government: Obamacare elitists; How to Gruberize the AfricanAmerican; Americans got gruberized]. He is not, apparently, out of the woods [Vermont State Auditor
on Request for Gruber Contract Billing Information: 'Nothing Yet'], for a Democratic State Rep with an
Economics Phd concluded Vermont's Gruber Contract 'Likely... Economic Propaganda.' Finally, some feel
Jonathan Gruber could undo himself and ObamaDontCare, the law he worked so hard to create
[although, for reasons aforementioned, I dont think the SCOTUS-case will undo ObamaDontCare,
noting the context of the problematic phrase].
ObamaDontCare has been portrayed as a byproduct of the centralization crusade and,
531

thus, Republicans are eager to use a special Reconciliation procedure *which was
invoked to pass it, c/o NY-Rep. Slaughter, if memory serves] that might let them kill at
least a large piece of the ObamaDontCare law potentially the Medicaid expansion,
subsidies for purchasing health insurance or even the individual mandate with only a
simple majority. [Illustrative of how the privileged-few will overcome its restrictions, is
the query as to Why Did The President Get A CT Scan For A Sore Throat?]
This is one of many ongoing controversies that fall under the rubric of Federalism and, thus, are
manifest both in Congress [Legislation Lets States Cut Ties Between Common Core and Federal Grants]
and within state-level legislatures [Liberals ramp-up for state-by-state push (on issues such as marijuana
legalization, background checks on firearms and raising the minimum wage) in 2016; in my view,
national issues would justifiably be addressed by Congress [DUMB POLICIES FRUSTRATE BENEFITS OF
FALLING OIL PRICES], while social issues would justifiably be addressed by the states [D.C. (unjustifiably)
Banned Help for Minors Wanting to Change Homosexual Behavior]. In general, my tendency to
emphasize decentralization [and to minimize Big D.C. Government] would honor, for example, the 100Year-Old Math Teacher who Blasted Common Core and would condemn Californias High-Speed Rail
Strategy [Build Now, Hope for Money Later].
Regarding the CIA/torture Report [issued by the Senate-Dems, to the consternation of
the Rs (except McCain)+, George W Bush declined to back-stab the CIA over waterboarding as the Obama Administration Prepared For Violence After Release Of Torture
Report. Sadly, an Ex-CIA Officer was imiprisoned for Whistle-blowing on Torture. Bias
appears to have been manifest when it was argued that prolonged detention led to
loquacious al-Qaeda, notwithstanding episodes of water-boarding (only 3 detainees)
that undoubtedly were conducted in the interim; when leftist-Brennan claims info he
acquired under such duress was crucial when saving Americans [and capturing OBL].
I have remained an adamant supporter of the TEA *Taxed Enough Already+ Party Movement and, thus,
it is instructive that Sarah Palin is Heading Back to Iowa for Inaugural Freedom Summit [to be joined by
other POTUS-16 aspirants+; Politico feels the GOP Could Learn from Jim Webb *Ten years ago in his
only nonfiction book, Born Fighting, James Webb came to the defense of red-state America, standing
unapologetically for the marginalized Scots-Irish stock that heavily populates the South and Midwest. On
the wrong side of the cultural divide since his Naval Academy days in the 1960s, the decorated Marine
of the Vietnam War identified blue-collar workers, the military services, the Bible Belt, and country
music as the heart and soul of America+. As per a prediction that I uttered a year ago to Marcel Groen
[MontCo-Dem Chair, who lives in my voting-precinct], even Dems are pondering the launch of their own
[Leftist] tea party because, after the midterm debacle, liberal insurgents say its time to upend the
Democratic Party. [I had supplanted the beverage and the type of event with Coffee Klatch.+
The extensive list of potential Presidency candidates for 2016 may soon lose one name,
for Hillary's Dumb Idea [Americans Should Empathize With Our Enemies] is getting
panned and, thus, The Hillary-is-inevitable bandwagon is in trouble. On the R-side, a lib
[CILLIZZA] praised JEB for WANTING TO MOVE the GOP to 'WHERE IT NEEDS TO GO' ON
IMMIGRATION, and [predictably, sadly], the WSJ claimed CONSERVATIVES SHOULD GET
BEHIND SUPER-CONSERVATIVE JEB BUSH [e.g., ignoring his support for Common Core].

I recall that, in 1968, Drew Pearsons Washington Merry-go-Round column *on the last
page of the Philly Evening-Bulletin+ endorsed HHH over RMN because, in 48, HHH had
shown himself to be ahead-of-his time when pushing for civil-rights; this concept was
manifest when Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) was revealed to have been 25 Years Ahead Of
His Time On Fighting Campus Rape. He felt the issue of sexual assault on college
campuses was personal, in part inspired by a dark chapter in his family history. In any
case, during his years at Princeton University, Cruz spearheaded efforts to fight date
rape by having 'helped implement increased safety and rape education during Freshman
week' and cosponsored a Take Back The Night march.

Cruz [member of the class of 1992] also found A Very Conservative Reason To Oppose A
Ban On Beer Kegs at His College; as a member of the student government's U-Council,
he took Princeton President Harold Shapiro to task for allegedly failing to seek input
from the community when he made controversial decisions to confer an honorary
degree on President George H.W. Bush and to ban beer kegs from the campus.

Regarding the Media, COLBERT LET THE POTUS HIJACK HIS SHOW TO PROMOTE OBAMACARE; a Video
of Obama's interview with Colbert [PART 1 & PART 2] is hysterical [as usual]. On the flip-side, the
Meghan McCain show was [mercifully] canceled and will wind-down over the next few weeks; the show
had been geared toward engaging millennials with current events, but Meghan was so simple-minded
that, presumably, anyone with a modicum of intelligence would become predictably repulsed. Finally,
regarding leftie-anger with the not-always-lib-any-longer Media, anguish probably animated both
Obama [who Launches 'Profanity-Laced' Tirades Against Press] and STEWART [who RESPONDED TO HIS
OWN FACTUAL INACCURACY REVELATION WITH AN ANTI-FOX NEWS TANTRUM].
