I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I am lawfully indebted to the NELSON MANDELA METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY
and undertake to pay the fees for the above student and confirm that I stand surety for his/her fees.
The student will REGISTER FOR 1ST SEMESTER MODULES ONLY. (If the student registers for any additional modules,
these will be cancelled by the Faculty Officer without prior notice being given to the student.)
In order to add 2nd Semester modules there is to be no outstanding amount on the student account and 50% of 2 nd Semester
modules must be paid in order add the modules. The student is required to complete an Adding of Modules Form at the
Office for International Education which must be submitted to the faculty officer for processing.
It is my responsibility as Guardian to adhere to the following payment plan, alternatively, I will be excluded from this agreement and
the FULL AMOUNT outstanding on the student account will need to be settled within 7 days.
