PT. ZUG Industry Indonesia (commonly know as Zug) was formed in 2003. The
company specialiazed in boiler manufacture. The owners soon realized that there
was a growing market in Indonesia for full EPC of small coal fired power plants,
both for the public and private sector. So the investment was made and a new state
of the art factory was constructed in Jakarta for the manufacture of boilers. This is
the most modern facility of its kind in Indonesia. Having this facility along with our

in house design and engineering departments, allows Zug to offer a much faster
and competitive solution to our customers, from first discussions to full project
completion. Our experience covers not only coal fired Power Plants, but renewable
energy solutions, such as Solar, Hydro, Biomass, and Heat Recovery Systems.

Our owners and managers work closely together with the client. We develop a

Project Director, is appointed for each project. You can then be assured of constant

ZUG have a fully trained team of service engineers and an extensive supply of spare
parts to ensure that after the completion of your project, we are still there to support

Manufacturing
At our new factory in Jakarta, we have facilities to manufacture the following : Boilers,
Pressure Vassels, Heat Exchangers, De-Airator Condensor, Steel Structure, Water
Treatment, Electrical and Instrument & Control, Material Handling and Balance Of
Plant.

Having our own local production facility gives us the leading edge over
our competitors. We can control the manufacture to meet our customers,
requirements, and provide a large local content to any project. Thus
complying with new and changing Government regulations. This in turn
leads to pricing benefits and scheduling advantages.

We can manufacture industrial boilers with a range from 2 to 110 tons per hour and
power plant boilers in the range of 20 to 250 tons per hour. With a pressure up to 130
bar, superheater temperatures up to 545C and sub critical temperature of 570C
Our total installed capacity is up to 12,000 tons per year. This is achieved by replacing
the time consuming and labour intensive jobs, such as plate/pipe bending, rolling,
cutting and welding, with automated machines. We have installed an array of heavy
automated CNC machinery along our assembly line. This cuts labour costs, speeds up
production and improves overall quality.
Our factory stands alongside our new office complex, ensuring engineering and
manufacture are in close contact. The office and manufacturing facility are set on a
total area 3 ha in prominent industrial and warehousing area. A second area of 8 ha
has now been acquired for our future expansion.
