PART I
INTRODUCTION

A. Background
Activity working practices (PKL) is Vocational High School education curriculum that supports
student learning activities through direct practice in the world of work in accordance with the
specific courses to achieve job skills in preparation for working professionally.

To realize these goals, it is applicable an educational system that is known by the term "Work
Practices Agencies (PRAKERIN)". Or is also called the "Dual System Education (PSG)".

This system is a form of education provision of professional expertise that systematically


combines education programs in schools with programs mastery through direct work activities
and targeted to achieve a certain level of professional expertise.

Professional skills can be mastered only through direct way of doing work in professions that
exist in the world kerja.Sehubungan with it, then the vocational students at a particular level
required to participate in activities directly working practices.

B. Restrictions Topic Reports


We in compiling this report limiting report topics, namely: starting from the background,
purpose prakerin, time and place of execution prakerin, the type of work being done in places
prakerin to findings when implementing the Regional Secretariat prakerin in Banjarnegara.

CHAPTER II
IMPLEMENTATION PRAKERIN

A. Time and Place Prakerin


Prakerin execution time is 60 days, starting from the date of January 15, 2014 and ending on
March 15 2014.Waktu 60 days is enough time for us to learn and get to know the world of work.
We were placed in the Regional Secretariat (Regional Secretariat) Regional

Banjarnegara.Tepatnya at Jl. Ahmad Yani No. 16 Banjarnegara.

CHAPTER III
FINDINGS

A. Factors Supporting
There are several contributing factors that helped us during the performance in the Regional
Secretariat prakerin Banjarnegara. The supporting factors include:
1. The working environment clean and beautiful environment Banjarnegara Regional Secretariat
clean and beautiful to make us feel comfortable in performing the task.
2. The employees were nice and friendly employees at the Regional Secretariat Banjarnegara
good and kindly made us do not need much time to adapt to the working environment.
3. Adequate facilities Facility located at the Regional Secretariat Banjarnegara very adequate so
that we can do the job quickly.

B. Obstacles
In carrying out work there must be a variety of obstacles. Similarly, we are new to the world of
work, we are also experiencing various hambatan.Hambatan-hanbatan include:
1. Lack of Experience
2. Lack of skills and creativity of students
3. Less Mastering Office Equipment
4. Theory and Practice are not appropriate

CLOSING

A. Conclusions
With the Employment Practices Agencies (PRAKERIN), we can infer that this activity is very
beneficial for students of vocational schools (SMK) .Experience obtained work will make the
students have professional expertise in the field, and to educate the students to have sense of
discipline and high responsibility.

B. impression
Prakerin that we live in the Regional Secretariat Banjarnegara very pleasant. Employees there are
very friendly and patient in our guide. We are confident that we can experience during prakerin
can help us in the future.
