▲ After installing the speakers, the flat-screen LCD TV is ready to ship. A
few sample units are taken out of the production line and placed on these
test stands and put through a series of long-term tests.
▲ Here the main boards are functionally tested. When the lid is closed, the
test probes make contact with specific points on the main board allowing
every possible electronic function on the board to be tested. ▲ The final step: a crane is used to lower the finished product into its
shipping box – and that’s it!
