The AR-5623, AR-5620 and AR-5618 have the speed and
versatility to meet all of your day-to-day office document needs.
Not only do they print and copy at speeds of up to 23, 20 or
18 pages per minute, but they each have full colour scanning
capabilities.
Each model has a Document Cover
for accurate single page scanning,
with the option to add a Single Pass
Feeder for scanning in batches. Plus,
if you choose the optional Network
Expansion Kit you can extend the
power of high performance PCL
network printing to everyone in
your team.
Designed for efficiency

The AR-5623, AR-5620 and AR-5618

are built for productivity. Their paper
capacity can be expanded up to 1,100
sheets, for instance. A 100-sheet
multi-bypass tray for special media,
is included as standard. And because
the first copy comes out in just 5.9
seconds* (7.2 seconds* with the

AR-5620 and AR-5618) and the warm

up time is a mere 25 seconds, theres
less waiting around, too.
Advanced options

Its easy to equip these compact MFPs

with high-end options. If you choose
the Network Expansion Kit you also get
the ability to scan documents directly
to a USB memory stick. And if you add
Sharpdesk document management
software, youll find it easy to organise,
search, edit and distribute your scanned
documents.

SPLC technology speeds up the printing

of complex, graphics-rich documents, a

RIP Once Print Many feature uses less
time to create multiple sets of multi-page
documents (which are automatically
collated, thanks to the e-Sort feature),
and theres a special paper feeding
mechanism to keep the paper supply
flowing smoothly.
Efficient and economical

Naturally, all of Sharps multifunction

systems meet the Energy Star criteria, to
save energy and reduce running costs.
But the AR-5623, AR-5620 and AR-5618
go further with N-up which saves
paper by copying multiple sheets on to a
single page, an energy-efficient Pre-Heat
Mode, a Toner Save setting and Auto
Power Shut Off for maximum economy.
