Every good and perfect
gift comes from God.
This year-ender issue of the HCEC
Grade School Parents’ Bulletin is
dedicated to the very reason of all
these merriments; the reason for the
season, Bro. . . . Jesus. . . Our savior,
our king! A dedication of worship and
thanksgiving to our Lord Jesus Christ is
offered thru this humble publication.
Christmas reminds us that our lives
must be a life of worship and praises.
This is also a great time to count the
blessings received for the whole year,
Remember the “Acknowledgement
Area” in Heaven? Let’s give the Angel
there things to work, make her busy by
sending our “Thank you messages”.
Saying thank you is an
acknowledgement of our dependency
to God, a humble acceptance that
there is one supreme God who is the
source of everything. What we have
right now, whether material or spiritual
are all caused and given by HIM. We
received things from HIM not only
because we deserve to receive but
most important to realize is that, God
loves us. He showed it when Jesus was
given to us as our Savior, King, and
Lord. These are more than enough
reasons to be thankful and we still
have more than enough things to be
thankful. Let’s count our blessings and
be forever grateful to Bro. Like the
three wise men, let us all worship the
King of kings, the baby in the manger.

that HCEC community is generous
and kind-hearted people. Countless
times have passed that this has
been proven correct- HCEC has
been and is always a channel of
blessings for others; a bridge that
is instrumental to reach-out for
others. The dictum: “It’s better to
give than to receive” is true in its
essence and is evident in HCEC
culture and spirit.
Recently, the Misa de Gallo Mass
Sponsorship for St. Anthony of
Padua Parish has collected Php36
300.00. The Rev. Monsignor Luis
Jonie V. Aguirre, H.P extended his
heartfelt thanks to all parents and
families who sponsored the 9-day
novena-mass of Misa de Aguinaldo.
The school also have the “Share a
Joy Project” of the PGO which
collected more than 10 boxes of
assorted food items, cartons or
used clothings. May God
continuously bless you with your
big and generous hearts.
This morning, HCEC PGO officers
and class presidents played as
Santa Clauses for a while to give-a-
way candies to children after the
Misa de Gallo. This activity aims to
trigger the spirit of generosity and
volunteerism among our pupils.

heartedly given by our pupils and
parents)
Good bye 2009! Thank you
for the wonderful time. There are a
lot of memories to be cherished,
things to be thanked for, people to
be remembered so well, which
happened in this great year.

home for more than I week when they were
in trouble. Just last week, we adopted one of
the children so that she would be able to
continue her studies under our care. We’re
also looking after our great grand aunt. We
pray that God will still extend her life with
us her on earth.
