Objectives of the complaint

I accuse you because we think you should step down immediately by yourself.
And it is because that it is supposed as follows:

You distorted a point of the law, acted with influences of other countries, intimidated and ridiculed
Japanese people, used “psychological or informational weapon”, tried to put many of Japanese
people on edge while many of Japanese people are impoverished. And you are possible to harm,
damage and affect not only the fundamental character of the nation but also all the aspects of world
structure.

In general, the “use of force and military power” is not exclusive to the metal equipments that cause
damages to people physically. For example, think about the use of nuclear weapons. In most cases
“using the nuclear weapons” is “the use of Information” that the country have and hold it which
will serve as deterrent by providing the “Information” with other countries.

The “use of force and military power” does not only mean damaging physically. “Damage” may be
a kind of sign which will be recognized objectively as disadvantages before and after the damage
for a third-party. But it is “a real pain” which will be recognized on only the fact of “damage” for
the people who have been affected.

If some people use other countries' influences on Japan's weak points or defectiveness of the system
and many of Japanese people feel the “real pain”, it is a “real attack” to Japan. And if the “real
attack” is by Japanese citizens, it is a bad collusion with other countries.

If you all who read this document have minds and spirits like me and lives are not robots who just
do physical movements, please understand the fact that many of Japanese people have been hurt by
the accused.

This time, the fact of “use of psychological or informational weapon” are known by many of
Japanese people and it is easy to collect a lot of evidences and witnesses who suffer the “real pain”
at any time.

If many of Japanese people feel it as the “use of psychological or informational weapon”, then it is
already “the use of force” to Japan.

If many of Japanese people feel it as a “crisis of civil wars”, then it is already “the crisis of civil
wars”.

If many of Japanese people feel it as a “subversive work”, then it is already “the subversive work”
in Japan.
If each of humans feels like “my mind has also been hurt” actually, then it is already “the attack
toward humans' spirits”.

If the “use of psychological or informational weapon” is not a weapon, then anybody can use it for
anybody.

These all can be confirmed logically, statistically, objectively and especially on our sensory
experiences.

Many of Japanese people have received “the signal that attacks our spirits“ sent out by the accused
and have started to worry about our lives, the future of our country and the future of the world. I
would like all the people in the world to realize the fact that many of Japanese people feel the crisis
of our future seriously.

Neutralizing “the use of psychological or informational weapon” which is thought that it was
mainly manipulated by the accused requires his stepping down at least.

Also, unless “the attack toward human spirits” is not deactivated, this type of attack may continue
as long as human beings have spirits and the nature has its order from an information theory point
of view.

If we follow our sensory experiences, the law of nature and information theory, it is easy for
everyone to know objectively how dishonest, violent, and criminal putting physical terms and
conditions over human spirits are.

If it is easy for us to know it, then we yearn for him to govern the further disorder and step down by
yourself immediately.

I hope that our minds and spirits will be cherished everywhere.

I as one of Japanese people strongly hope that the security of Japan and its people and the world
peace will be protected every time.
The fact of criminal suit

The accused mainly manipulated “the use of psychological or informational weapon” which attacks
not only Japanese spirits but also humans spirits by standing between Japan with the largest average
amount of information (entropy) in the world and China in an arbitrary manner.

1. Japan is a country that has the existing oldest royal family in the world.

2. Japan has a clean shrine network with a higher amount of average information (entropy). Also,
the Emperor of Japan is the leader of Shinto priests.

3. Humans know the facts of 1 and 2 above.

4. Therefore, Japan has the largest average information (entropy) in the world.

5. Many people have been caring the relations between the symbol of the state, the Emperor, and
politics, people from other countries, and any people in the world by giving thoughtful
considerations in this several thousand years.

6. Therefore, sending out messages reversely which is not the way they have been done in this
several thousand years means disabling the average amount information we all humans have
accumulated.

7.This is equal to directing all the people who is related with Japan and Emperor all through the past
and the present, that is to say, all the people in the world to worthless objects with zero average
information (entropy), which can also be confirmed objectively by information theory. And the
accused have been affecting real pains, sufferings and worries to many of people.

8. Also, from an information theory point of view, the more people who know the fact, the more all
the people in the world will be affected.

9.The accused sent out “the signal that attacks humans spirits”, which is recognizable to many of
people and can also be confirmed objectively by information theory, and real pains, sufferings and
serious worries operate the country in the future are affected by a series of actions taken by him as
follows:

November 14 2009
U.S. President Obama made a profound reverence and showed respect to the Emperor and Empress
at the imperial palace. The fact that Mr. Obama bowed solemnly was broadcast worldwide and
many people in the world knew it.

December 10 2009
The accused went to China with around 630 people under his control. He had a meeting with
President Hu Jintao. During the meeting, he compared himself to the army commander of People's
Liberation Army in China, specialized in the field battle.

And he said “the war to liberalize Japanese people has not been completed yet” and he told that his
actions in Japan is related with China and Army in China.

And at the same time, his party are trying to distance Japan from Japanese alliance partner, the U.S.
and U.S. Forces and trying to reduce the influence of defensiveness, dishonoring the representative
of U.S. President.
And at the same time, he staged himself forceful to Japanese people with a look of acting over the
backgrounds of hot economy and military force in China.

December 11 to 13 2009
The accused used the biggest influence to realize the plan to have the meeting between Emperor of
Japan and Vice President, Xi Jinping, which were hold by by breaking the way from the traditional
rule of application and without agreements of many of Japanese people.

Although the meeting should be filed application to get permission and prepared thoughtfully one
month earlier at least, the application rule was broken violently and the meeting was held in the
confusion.

Vice president is thought as No. 6 within the Chinese communist party and is said by media to be
the next Chinese president. However, it is not sure whether he will be the next president in China or
not.

On December 14 2009
The accused didn't act as a representative of Japanese people in order at a news conference.

When a reporter asked him a question, “The preferential measures enabled for the Emperor and the
Chinese vice president Xi Jinping to have the meeting. Was it the political exploitation?”

He behaved roughly without responding the serious question from the reporter and sent out the
message that many of Japanese people felt that the Japanese and the Emperor of Japan were
intimidated by him.

On December 15 2009
During the meeting between the Emperor and the Chinese vice president Xi Jinping, the Chinese
vice president did not bow to the Emperor as it was planned and many of people expected.

10. Thus, it is supposed that the accused mainly manipulated the demonstration and the signal that
attacked many of Japanese people, which were done by exploiting a weak point of Japan or
defectiveness of the system with utilizing the influences of other countries, which is illegal , and
which will attack human spirits in the end.
The way of confirmation (Anybody can confirm it anytime and anywhere)
1. The information theory.
It is supposed that the signal to attack humans spirits by the accused is objective on Information
Theory.

2. Many of Japanese people who received “the signal that attacks our spirits“.
