The increasable (in principle), environment submit and fire fighting protection almost in good
condition.

First Id like to inform bad thing that the accident happen last week between our 02 drivers.
After this meeting well hold discipline meeting and to consider about accident. The result will
inform to you later.

During last week Fire-fighting (th hin vn bn cho ngha) Department Police came to
VSM working General Affair Department about checked our files, our documents and also they
check all firefighting equipments and materials. At the end of the meeting, we have conclusion
almost invisible (in priciples) about VSM commission of firefighting and protection enough
achieve Police requirement

And then Mr. Tin will report to you, because Tin-san joined the meeting which Binh Duong
Labor Department hold in last week and they have some new requirement on Safety.

Mr. Hieu:

Now, after all, these reports of G.A department on fire-fighting and hygiene and enviroment
protection. Fire-fighting police came for inspection, due to not enough time so they many-check
is factory and some part locations not all, and Thinh-san just have been said our best, but there
are certainly we have to pay attention and we have to be (b do cho ng) compliant with
their requirement, So the parts and services they not get check, but if they check we do not
comply because no water tank or holds in there ereas, so for some wall facilities fight creature
will be ok??? khong biet ong noi j T_T

But there are some other things we have toThe first Our Fight fighting member should have
renewed the certificate or be trained by professional authority.

We must work out action plans when fire happens, especially for our factory, which way to call
the fire-fighting police get here. In the new situation, I think factory managerment should
consider and coopperate with GA, and after we work out, we will ask the fire-fighting police for
consultation, this is very important. Next time when they come, if we do not have, thay may ask
us to certain penalty because we violate some regulations.

Mr. Luong:

Regarding to the Hieusan, reported certificate of fire-fighting of security guard, The last week
we checked about security guard certificate which almost already expired. Therefor I propose
G.A to coperate with us to hold the training for them as soon as possible any available time.

Mr. Hieu: we try to coperate but we dont know how to do, you already knew the training center
and training is mainly task of personnel so I think

Mr. Luong: You have to coperate with us. We just do the training for soft skills and some others,
but this is the fire-fighting training and it belongs to Safety company budget, not training
budget.

Not allow bringing Ipad or personal laptop to the workshop, we already asked security guard
strictly control and coperate but sometime we can not check, because they can hide inside and
use in workshop. In workshop, you should increase (thay = have) some counter-measures for
checking.

Mr. Vu:

We have nothing, but regarding to Hieu-san I would like report that, in priciple, we have a
measure when the fire happens inside the factory, I agree with there situation and we will
update, we already have the information, but maybe out of date, example: there is new
telephone number maybe change. The person in charge will check and update.

Mr. Phuong:

City water is ok, after G.A repair the pipeline I think now it is easy

Remind all workers to check WS, materital and be careful about fire.

Last month no accident happens, but unfortunately, some small parts were missing, maybe by
stolen which not worth, I propose security guard corporate with us in cheking workers.

Mr. Hieu: The problem is not stolen parts are worth or not, but without those items we can not
complete our car. We should pay more attention.

Mr. Luong: The security guards will coperate to check outside factory, but we can check
everyday. You should set procedures receiving and delivering for checking and strictly
controlling parts and we set the responsibility each station and each person

Mr. Thinh: You can easy check on the line, Mr. Luong: incharge, Mr. Vu: suggest -> reason why
this happen -> very small value -> Mr. Hieu: many case small/ big -> dont care -> security
check

Cant find who stolen -> Mr. Hieu: keep carefully Mr. Ich working time (some worker not
satisfy -> thinking. I hope cooperate

Mr. Luong: when stolen did you check Mr. Ich -> he responsible -> in the morning -> camera

Mr. Asano:

Improve, discussion helmet when you use motorbike -> even inside the company remind all of
people

About service ware house -> alarm bell on this week -> check

Mr. Tin:

Attended in label safe & clean in work plan Binh Duong social safe -> instruct some circular ->
1 circular uniform in department -> particular in keep for a staff (driver, security)

. Mr. Luong: necessary photocopy and sent to all department with detail

Mr. Quynh:

Fight police -> discuss -> regulation fire fighting law -> supplies detail firefighting equipment
make report -> police the end of this month & Oct. finish send document the end of this year
(Dec.) every year training organize.

Mr. Luong: some department not send fire fighting -> Mr. Tin sent attention
