Martini 8,00
Once the most popular cocktail in the world, this
legendary dilution was spawned from an earlier
concoction the Martinez, created by a bartender
named Jerry Thomas in around 1862. Over time
the Martinez became too sweet for some, due to
its mix of Sweet Vermouth and Old Tom Gin, so it
was gradually changed to incorporate Dry
Vermouth and London Dry Gin to create the
Martini Cocktail that we know today.
