To review the Work Order on daily basis and ensure required Consumables are available for
Drilling/Machining .If any problem is there co-ordinate with Production manager/Production
planning & Control Incharge.
To ensure that full qty of glasses in order are Drilled/Machined and handed over to next
process with the internal process transfer & Signature.
To monitoring and controlling on consumption of Drilling/Machining Drill Bits, Routers, Counter
Sank, Slot Cutting Blade, Hand Gloves, belt Wheel, Rubber Separator. And submit the
monthly report of the same to Production manager/Production Planning & Control Incharge.
Always mark date of Drill change and compute how many Holes produced by that Drill and do
recording in Drill Bit life monitoring Report, Submit monthly report regarding the same.
Co-ordinate with next process and previous process regarding job order status, process
related problem.

Production Helpers
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
Experience: Preferred to speak and write English

some other GCC Counties depends on the delivery orders.

Evening drop to the accommodation after office hours as per schedule.


Daily activity such as local purchase / Local courier / Banking Documents / Documents for
Head office and other as per guidance of Admin HR
Maintenance of the vehicle also clean.
Should not break any of the traffic rules.
Should report Administration of his daily routine.

11. Estimator
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 4+ Years experience in glass processing company
Salary Range in Bahraini Dinars: 175-275

Job Description:
To do Feasibility Study for the glass enquiries being received and obtain clarifications if any in
co-ordination with Sales Persons.
To obtain quotations of initial approximate raw glass prices from various suppliers by
communicating with them.
To obtain quotation of Patch Fittings, Spider Fittings, Automatic Sliding Door Mechanism etc.
and other Hardware / material used for Frameless glass installation from Various Suppliers.
To arrange Technical Data sheet for the various glass combinations required by the Clients
from the suppliers.
To Study drawings and calculate the glass qty, Fittings type & qty, and other hardware
requirements for Estimation / Quotation Purpose.
To Prepare Estimation / Costing sheet for the various glass combinations as per Customer
Requirement.
To Prepare Proposal drawings for frameless glazing for Clients approval along with the
quotation.
To Prepare Quotations of Various Glass combinations as per Clients requirement as per the
Estimation / Costing sheet.
To prepare Production drawings for frameless glasses as per the details received from the
Client and fittings supplier so that glasses can be processed and installed correctly.
To make, maintain & keep records of all the quotations issued by the Estimation department
and the orders confirmed.
To attend / visit any Exhibitions / seminars / training programs by the Glass Manufacturers for
updating product knowledge in order to serve the clients in much better way.
To visit project sites along with sales if required to get more clarifications for the enquiries.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to
effect cost reduction.
Management pricing policy should be followed but no quotation to be issued below cost,
unless previously approved by the chairman
To workout initial optimization with glass when receiving the enquiry.
On receiving the confirm order, to approach the client for
(a) Approximate to help production in ordering glass.
(b) To do final optimization on receipt from client and if the wastage is more then what is
allowed in available quotation, he has to inform Sales Department to revise the quotation and
include the extra wastage.
