Executive Summary
IT products which were available for the selling in the school during the tenure
of our work for 8 weeks. It was nice experience working with the staff of at
SaiMeddha Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and the experience which was gained at the
time of selling ERP,IVRS,SMS,,ONLINE REPORT pack and coming across
many unknown things which, not being in the market couldn’t have been
possible to study. Working with the SaiMeddha Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and the
staff was being a wonderful experience for me.
Many things which are of practical nature and not given in any of the books are
taught in the field which are of great help in the near future. You got to learn
many things like, how to talk to a person and what expressions to show at the
right time. There are good and bad people in the organization and you got to

What are the way that reduces the communication gap between the parents
and school teacher to know day to day classroom performance?
So, there should be needed to reduce the time gap while providing
services to the required schools
.
I had seen that when schools complain to the problem that arises in
the software by telephone, email mode, company is not giving
response timely. I think when client complain to the problem it
should be needed to remove within 15 days but here sometime
company take 3 month time to visit that school.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research design provides the glue that holds the research project
together. A design is used to structure the research, to show how all of the
major parts of the research project-the samples or the groups, measures,
treatments or programs, and methods of assignment-work together to try to
address the central research questions. There can be following types of research
design:-
Descriptive Research studies are those studies which are concerned with are
concerned with describing the characteristics of a particular individual, or of a

main purpose of such studies is that of such studies is that of formulating a
problem for more precise investigation or of developing the working hypothesis
from an operational point of view.
When field studies are undertaken in practical life, consideration of time and

few items. The respondents selected should be as representative of the total
population as possible in order to produce a miniature cross section. The
selected respondents constituted the 'sample' and the selection process is called
sampling technique. The survey so conducted are called’ sample survey'.

objects, technically called the universe, to be studied. The universe can be finite
or infinite. In finite universe the number of items is certain, but in of an infinite
universe the number of items is infinite i.e., we cannot have any idea about the
total number of items.

entrepreneur who holds a Masters Degree and a Gold Medal in Systems
Management, an area which he used effectively in his problem solving
ventures. His 15 years as a Software Developer, Systems Analyst and
experience in the field of Technology and Automation Integration has resulted

Apart from this Mr. Mohan has also been a consultant in the fields of

Ms. Payal Shah holds a Masters Degree from the University of Nottingham,
UK. She is an Organizational Psychologist who works towards initiating
positive action in the workplace by establishing healthy work environments to
improve employee performance and enhance business performance. Payal has
worked with Organizations to design, implement and communicate HR policies
and processes, identify core competencies and align them with recruitment
strategy, performance appraisal and training needs.

other school, and they always try to become good competitor of the other
school near by.

pamphlet to client by post/courier to remote area school.

A child spends only one fourth of this in school and of the rest maximum
time is spent at home or under supervision of the parents. Therefore a parent is

IVRS:
School availing the services is provided with a unique telephone number on
which the parents can call up to be responded by an automated system
(interactive Voice Response System) to guide them across the day to day
progress of the child.
SMS:
School can make available the term report cards online to facilitate parents to
have access to them anywhere. The School can also avail extensive analysis
reports customized to their needs. What we are offering is an opportunity
wherein the schools need not maintain any technical infrastructure
(computer/software) or extra technical hands to operate the above or generate
the results. We take away all your worries and use highly qualified staff to do
all your chores and ensure that you that you get quality results in the minimum
cost and time.
We have technical support team working round the clock to provide all
necessary help and to maintain the system with 99.99% uptime.
The School cans archieve quality results only with coordinated efforts of
parents and PRODIGY provides the unique opportunity to involve the parent in
the progress of the child.
The cost per student per month works out to a nominal cost irrespective of
number of students.
3. In case institutions opt for annual payment a flat 105 cash discount is
applicable
4. Validity of IVRS and SMS will be based on the period of contract i.e. if the
payment is made for one month the validity is limited to one month.\
5. Data for Online Report Card is to be provided in soft copy in the specified
excel format. Two checklists will be provided free. All other print outs/reports
is chargeable.
6. Minimum three clear working days required to prepare the report card.
9. Minimum contract value should be Rs4, 000/- for IVRS & SMS and Rs20,
000/- for report card
10. The online Report Card per term will be maintained online for Rs21 days.
Further requirement for keeping it online will be chargeable@Rs9,000/-per 30
days
11. Unique Telephone Nos. for IVRS, Unique Identifier for SMS, Unique
Domain/hosting for online Report Card will be chargeable additionally. Please
contact office for details.
12. Maximum of 15 groups can be created for free (for SMS and IVRS).
Additional Groups will be chargeable at Rs. 1,500/- per group.
13. A monthly usage report individually for all products subscribed will be
provided free of cost.
14. Institutions interested in availing any of products above may ask for a copy
of the contract for further proceeding and details.
COMPETITORS
Monopoly:
In the education sector at school level most of top most schools of Delhi, NCR
are using SVPL products.
One of the most leading Schools i.e. (Delhi public School, BOKARO) of India
in education sector using SVPL products.
DPS, Bokaro remain at either 1st or 2nd position from last 6 years.
It take over all the top most school of India like Delhi public school, and top
most school of Delhi and Delhi NCR.
They have good response getting from there client and company is getting well
reputation. And there client had made agreement/bond for 4 years and more.
We know this is computer era but still our nation is not fully using
computerized system process.
Only few schools using centrally computerized system otherwise rest of school
doing outdated manual process which is lengthier process which is considered
as slow process in respect to time.
Now a days in the cities, Parents have not enough time to know day to day
performance of their wards, They feel lack of information that push their wards
back, Notice delivered by the Schools to the parents are not get by them timely
and same time they were unable to reach the notice due to some reason like
when they are out of town, child don’t think the importance of notice.
Due to this type of reason, Parents are not aware of performance, information
delivered by the schools timely that’s why they have to pay penalty in the sense
of money and failure of wards.
So, SVPL puts one steps ahead and made touch screen system, online facility to
make them aware of school activities to reduce information gap between

FINDING
Over all responses came from client for the SaiMeddha Ventures (P)Ltd is
showing satisfactory result for the software but they are facing problem to
service providing. They are complaining about delay service.
This system is highly advanced system. This system helps to reduce the time
and work load of the employees. And used to prepare out a lot of report and
profile of the student at a time. This helps to save resources such man power,
usage of machinery, cost of the company.
WEAKNESS
This system requires high cost maintenance and regular observation during the
process. It also requires tight security for the process. A lot of observation
verification and cross checking is done. Each and every data of the
authenticated employee is matched before the process.
SUGGESSION /RECOMMENDATION
Need some more activities that aware the company product at school
level and it should be of less expensive because it directly affect the price
of software

We understand and agree that in case we do not pay the renewal charges from
2nd year onwards
CONCLUSION
demand of new generation and 20% percent don’t need to change. Survey
show 70% person is aware of IVRS whereas 80% aware of ERP, 60%
people is aware of Sms system and 84% is aware of online report card.
