Rights: The organiser reserve all the rights in connection with the Expo
Terms of reference: In these Rules and Regulations, the term Exhibitor shall include all
employees, staff and agents of the company to whom space has been allocated for the
purpose of participation. The term Expo shall mean the Exhibition known as COST 16TH
TO 18TH JANUARY 2015, YMCA, ROYAPETTAH, CHENNAI.

Allotment:
A. Allotment of stalls will be made sole discretion of the organisers at first come first serve
basis.
B. The stalls allocated will be solely used for the display of goods noted in the application form.
C. Subletting of stall(s) or Display/sales of goods not mentioned in the application form will not
be allowed

Stall Alteration:
A. Any alteration in size and position of exhibitors stand will be permitted only with prior
written approval from the organiser.
B. No additional stall height will be permitted.
C. The organiser reserves the rights to modify the layout of the stalls and gangway.

D. Any attempt involving the reinstallation of original structure will be at the expense of the
exhibitor or his agent
E. The stall may not exceed the allotted area, nor any obstructions permitted on the gangway,
free points, extinguishers or emergency exits
F. Designers should avoid designs which disturb the visibility of other stalls
G. The organisers reserve the right to require exhibitors to make such alterations to the stalls and
the settings of the exhibits as they reasonably feel necessary, to maintain an acceptable standard
of presentation or avoid interference with the display of other exhibitors.
5. Stall interior: While the exhibitors are allowed to design the stall to the best of their product
and company, they shall not make any permanent fixtures to the wall, panels and floor through
use of nails, paint or any other such activity.
6. Terms of payment:
A. 100% payment has to be made at the time of booking of the stall drawn in favour of
Razzmatazz Payable in Chennai.
B. A service tax of 12.36% will be levied on the cost of the stall price
7. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation by the exhibitor, the booking amount paid by the
exhibitor will not be refunded under any circumstances

8. Insurance:
A. Insurance of exhibits and property of the stall will be responsibility of the individual exhibitor
B. The organiser shall not be responsible in anyway for personal injury to the exhibitor or his
staff or agents or invites or whomsoever caused
9. Consequential loss: In case of the show being cancelled or suspended in whole or part due to
causes not in the organisers control, the organisers do not accept any consequential liability
in any such eventuality
10. Default of payment: The organiser reserves the right to cancel any reservation of space in the
event of an exhibitor not having paid the dues of rental charges as stipulated
11. Space not occupied:
A. Every exhibitor shall occupy the entire area booked by him/her
B. Should the exhibitor fail to take up the stall allotted to him/her, the organiser reserves the
right to deal with the unoccupied stalls as they think fit.
12. Failure of service: the organisers will use the best endeavors to ensure supply of services of
the official contractors, but as the supply of such services are not within the control of
contractors, neither they nor the organisers shall incur any liability to the exhibitor

13. Electrical installations: All the on-site electrical installations must be carried out by
officially appointed electrical contractor before the connection to the main supply.
14. The exhibitor shall not solicit any business outside the exhibitors allotted space.
15. Participants are not allowed make any loudspeaker announcements, except on the
public address system pf organiser, only if permitted by the organiser.
16.Exhibitor should wear the id cards of the brand and the event by the organiser.
17.4 passes will be given to each stall exhibitor.
