2. Gillette Project Scope: Understand evolving male shaving habits and practices of consumers/shoppers in
Pakistan across the three segments (defined below). Understand receptivity touchpoints and propose
customized communication strategy for each of the segments.
Target Segments: (i) Affluent Males: Pak 1+/1 Age 24-40, (ii) Young Males: Pak 1/2 Age 16-24, (iii) Value
Conscious Males: Pak 2/3 Age 24-40
Proposed Research Methodology: Focus Groups & In-home / Market Visits
Develop a methodology to classify vendors covering all key evaluation parameters based on historical
performance ( E.g. service level, credit terms, technical abilities, etc).

Domestic Hospitals Plastics waste market: The target of this study is to focus on the plastic waste that is
generated by hospitals, understand how it is currently disposed off, what are the regulations surrounding the
disposal of such waste in Pakistan and globally, how closely are such regulation being adhered to in Pakistan and
would could be done to manage the overall system in a better way.
Domestic Polyethylene market analysis: The study will aim to understanding the overall market of PE in
Pakistan, pipes in
