Code of Ethics
Perfect Parts Code of Conduct & Ethics prohibits unethical
behavior such as engaging in things which open the door to
conflicts of interest, kickbacks, bribery, fraud, improper
accounting and the improper use of company assets or
funds. It mandates compliance with the laws of the
countries in which we do business. It also requires the
protection of confidential information and intellectual property, the selection of suppliers in
accordance with set business criteria and strict adherence to all public reporting requirements.
Perfect Parts encourages reporting any issues or instances that one feels may conflict with the
Code via anonymous email to Privacy@PerfectElectronicParts.com or their local Human
Resources Department. Reporting is available to all employees, suppliers, customers, investors,
and other stakeholders -anywhere in the world to report suspected violations of the Code of
Conduct. Reports can be made either by using an Anonymous email. Emails can be sent in
multiple languages.
All Perfect Parts Employees must also honor the companys Privacy Policy which in in place to
protect all customers, users, and vendor information. Please see company Privacy Policy for

Management undertakes to protect the moral integrity of all employees and staff by ensuring
that the working conditions are exceptional. In the context of working relationships, it is
absolutely forbidden to commit any harassment or to display any conduct which may
compromise the harmony of the teams cohesiveness and/or performance of the functions
