THE PROGRAM:
• Employment Readiness training consisting of 10 hours of on-site training
delivered in five 2-hour sessions over 10 weeks
• Topics covered include finding a job, interviewing, resume/application
preparation, references/referrals and working successfully
• Free for students, schools, community organizations and government
agencies
• No barriers to information or opportunity to receive training
SPONSOR BENEFITS:
• Branding to targeted 50,000 millenials aged 15-24
• Option to provide up to 2 items inside gift bags delivered to each introduction
attendee (target: 50,000)
• Sponsor logo prominently displayed on Owner web site with hyperlink to
Sponsor's web site

• Promotion in upcoming media
○ Interviews, articles, press releases
• Promotion in all email communications to online members and enrolled
training participants (target: 2,500 in 2010)
• Sponsor logo printed on each Certificate of Employment Readiness (target:

Hire online community (Sponsor to provide email content that Owner will
