As monks, we always practiced traditional methods of meditation. Not only that but
also our devotees used for practices traditional method. That means in the certain time period
tries to get mind consciousness thinking about type of meditation. But in this meditation
session we got an idea about what the real mediation is. Reason for that is step by step we
practiced meditation with engaging real environment process. Within that we understood that
meditation is very easy and we can meditate our own way. Firstly, our venerable sir gave us
freedom to stay comfortably and when we get a pain from our body, we can solve it walking
outside. Within that every student start to do meditation. As above mentioned, we learn from
these meditation sessions that how control our mind for getting mind consciousness with the
real environment. Not only that further more venerable explained that significance of concern
precepts and importance keeping
Most important thing is that we never get certain time for doing meditation. If we
want to meditate for fifteen minutes of twenty minutes we can meditate. Therefore our minds
free to think about meditation than other meditation practices. Anyhow venerable also
explain some important facts using many simple stories. It has also helped to keep up our
thoughts about meditation in one way. More than practicing meditation we get real
understood about what real mediation is and how it do the proper way when walking and
sitting.
o Within that we learned much kind of doctrinal facts relates to the meditation. Yoniso
manasikara that mean awareness of thoughts which arise in our mind. But these words
have deep meaning as the roots of arise thoughts in mind. Within that we start to think the
root of arising thoughts. Within that we can find some why our mind goes away from our
aim in meditation time.

What clinging is and how craving became as the root of the clinging.

What the nature of sotpanna person is and a way of using language of them
understood by listened to the venerable Ajn cas story explain by our venerable sir.

stories for introducing the nature of our mind. Those stories are

A lotus flower does not bloom suddenly. It takes time to bloom. In that situation out
patters of the lotus is not clean and they are not beautiful as inner patters. as well. Our
mind same as lotus. When someone meditates, he has to spend time to get concentrated
and calm. As lotus out patters starting point of the meditation mind not beautiful. But
taking time it can be seen as inner patters of lotus. After taking time for meditates we can
overcome with defilements.

In the garden have useful plants and weeds also. We try to remove weeds and protect
useful plants in the garden. As well as we try to remove our bad distraction thoughts

from our mind and protect good thoughts in mind. Within that we can protect our mind
very well.

One person who is sitting under the tree observes animals that are coming to the lake to
drink water making any noise. Thus a person can understand the real nature and behavior
of the animals. As same as mediator has to observe thoughts which are coming to his
mind without any trying to change them.

As well as in satipattna sutta have special for terms relates to meditation. They are
1. tapi
2. Sampajno
