Autotech Pvt Ltd (RAPL).
At RAPL, we implemented various Business Excellence Solutions & met all overseas
OEM customer requirements to become a global player in manufacturing & supply of
automotive & farm equipment components in India, USA & European Countries.
Having achieved expertise in world class practices, RAPL has formed a division viz. RBES
in Jun-2010 to share knowledge and provide need based, strategic & operational excellence solutions to SMEs to achieve sustainable growth.

Mr. Amol Odhekar (Manager-TPM) :- BE (Mech), Certified TPM Facilitator from TPM Club of India.
Having 15 years of enriched experience in implementation of Business
Excellence Solutions such as 5S, Visual Management, KRA System, and
TPM. Leading TPM implementation drive in Reliable since last 3 years.
Led Reliable team to own National Award for Best HR Practices - 2013
from NIPM.

Mr. Vilas Landge (Manager-CIP):-BE (Production) & having 15 years of

experience in sheet metal & machining industry. Since last 10 years
working with Reliable as a Corporate KAIZEN & CIP coordinator and has
successfully driven innovation culture in the organization. Under his
leadership more than 11000 KAIZENs per Year are implemented with
95% plus involvement of employees. Hands on experience in identification, analysis & elimination of wastes and successful implementation of
SMED Projects.
