Expected Graduation: Dec. 2022 at the age of 60 years old: engineer-scientist; (my childhood dream).
No one else in my backward country seemed to care for the establishment of genuine aeronautical education here.
My degree is BS Mech. Eng. granted 1986 by the Univ. of San Carlos, Cebu City, PH, an SVD Order Catholic school. People here in my technologically-backward culture dont know that aerospace engineering is a branch or an offshoot of mechanical engg. as the general field, and my non-aero enthusiast schoolmates find me off-the-usual. I have
gone through very bad experiences here in my very-aerospace-backward cultural group with regard my unusualness as a very passionate aviation/ aerospace enthusiast in my yet-to-have-a-debut-in-genuine-aerospace-development country. Our govt has grossly neglected the aero sector: theres not one quality aero college here to date! 2013.
I will be satisfied with the MSAE degree as my career goals require only such qualifications especially college teaching in AE. I may not qualify anymore to any AE PhD programs anywhere. However, a local D.Eng. in ME is an option. May the good Lord God in Jesus bless my altruistic, patriotic efforts in genuine Philippine aerospace development. I have been born with my intense interest and my goals and plans in local aeronautics is my perceived calling.
Someone, a natural-born Filipino, should lead the initiative to establish genuine aeronautical devt in our country.

People here in my technologically-backward culture dont know that aerospace engineering is a branch or an offshoot of mechanical engg as the general field, and my non-aero enthusiast schoolmates find me off-the-usual. I have
gone through very bad experiences here in my very-aerospace-backward cultural group with regard my unusualness as a very passionate aviation/ aerospace enthusiast in my yet-to-have-a-debut-in-genuine-aerospace-development country. Our govt has grossly neglected the aero sector: theres not one quality aero college here to date! 2013.
I will be satisfied with the MSAE degree as my career goals only require such qualifications especially college teaching in AE. I may not qualify anymore to any AE PhD programs anywhere. However, a local D.Eng. in ME is an option. May the good Lord God in Jesus bless my altruistic, patriotic efforts in genuine Philippine aerosp. development.

Expected Graduation: Dec. 2022 at the age of 60 years old: engineer-scientist; (my childhood dream).
No one else in my backward country seemed to care for the establishment of genuine aeronautical education here.
My degree: BS Mech. Eng. granted 1986 by the Univ. of San Carlos, Cebu City, PH, an SVD Order Catholic school. People here in my technologically-backward culture dont know that aerospace engineering is a branch or an offshoot of mechanical engg. as the general field and my non-aero enthusiast schoolmates find me off-the-usual. I have
gone through very bad experiences here in my very-aerospace-backward cultural group with regard my unusualness as a very passionate aviation/ aerospace enthusiast in my yet-to-have-a-debut-in-genuine-aerospace-development country. Our govt has grossly neglected the aero sector: theres not one quality aero college here to date! 2013.
The state-of-the-art of Philippine Aeronautics is like that in Papua New Guinea and some backward African nations.
The time is late to establish modern aeronautical (engineering & in allied fields) education for the sake of our talented aeronautics youth, our forgotten, most neglected, most important human resource in genuine aero devt. Philippine politicians should now dare to aim for the skies! The truth is that aerospace talent is found all over the world!
